• Ana (7/5): - Lokacija, velikost in prostornost apartmaja. Ležišče na raztegljivem kavču je bilo tanko, čutil si kovinsko podnožje in se je slabo spalo. Tudi cevi v tuš kabini so bile uničene, voda je tekla počasi, občasno samo po kapljicah. Pogrešala sem metlo, da bi lahko počistila za seboj. V kuhinji aparat za kavo ni deloval, tudi pečice ni bilo, čeprav je tako pisalo v navodilih.
• Sergio (7/5): Alternativa valida per girare bene il centro con la comodità di un appartamento - La posizione ottima, anche l’appartamento accogliente e ben diviso, inoltre comodo perché vi era una cucina fornita con tutto il necessario e una lavatrice che è stata anche molto utile con un bimbo. Check in e check out grazie a un preavviso sono stati gentilmente variati dato che avevamo un bimbo e avevamo altre necessità. Eravamo in 4 quindi per forza di cose due di noi hanno dormito nel divano letto del soggiorno e devo dire che era parecchio scomodo, veramente sottile e si sentiva la brandina sotto, Le due tv presenti in soggiorno e in camera funzionavano solo con internet e quindi non si vedevano i classici Canali tv, quella del soggiorno addirittura non si accendeva e il telecomando della tv della camera aveva solo una batteria; Erano presenti dei cumuli di polvere in alcuni angoli della casa e sopra alcuni oggetti (per esempio sopra il citofono), in bagno vi era un leggero odore di urina non so se era dovuto al fatto che non vi era il copri water
• Jolanta (8/5): Wyjazd bardzo udany, miejscówka bardzo dobra, polecamy! - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który natychmiast odpowiadał na pytania, pomagał i reagował na nasze prośby. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, a podpowiedzi właściciela przesłane przed przyjazdem znacznie ułatwiły nam poruszanie się po okolicy, pomogły w szukaniu dobrej restauracji itp. Brakowało ręcznika papierowego w kuchni lub ściereczki. Poprawy wymaga prysznic.

Había basura en el baño y las sábanas del sofá cama se notaba que estaban usadas porque encontramos pelos. El anfitrión no respondió los mensajes que le envié vía WhatsApp ni tampoco contestó mis llamadas días previos al arribo.

• Panagiotis (10/5): Exquisite location and comfort.. - We have been in Rome a lot of times, but this is the first one in such a central, convenient and so distinguished place. Via Di Ripetta, piazza del Popolo, vía Condotti etc. are around the corner, lot of various restaurants from simple pizza and pasta to five Michelin stars Alain Ducasse, all next to this beautiful apt. Metro line A is just 5 min. walk. Excellent price for the apt, wonderful heating and very clean. Very easy access and check in all on line. We will sure come back on our next trip, shortly... All excellent

• Elodie (4/5): - L'emplacement La qualité du canape/lit : les enfants ont fini par dormir le matelas par terre ,alors que le problème de confort a été signalé il y a déjà plusieurs année par d'autres voyageurs La cafetière est en panne depuis longtemps aussi, jai lu des commentaires qui explique déjà... jai envoyé un message pour connaître la marque, on ma renseigné, jai donc achèté les dosettes, au final la cafetière est en panne et personne ne change en 3 nuits ... Manque d'équipement : pas de four alors que c'est indiqué dans booking , pas de torchons, pas de produits douche.... Problème de chasse d'eau : elle coule en permanence ... Bref emplacement top mais un gros manque d'entretien

• Laura (6/5): Amazing location in spacious flat , but some improvements in cleaning , communication and WiFi needs to be done - The location was amazing just 8 min from Spanish steps and from pincio square in about 5 min . also apartment was very spacious and remodel The bedsheets seem not very clean and sometimes appartment had a humidity smell . The communication was not easy , wifi didn’t work all the days and we communicate that wifi was not working ( problem in router ) and therefore neither Netflix was working .

Wifi didn't work, it could be a bit more clean, and the worst thing was that I tried many and many times to reach out to the owner but no reply, the only answer I got was related to the wifi, saying to restart or something like that, but didn't say where it was the router.

• Renato (4/5): Host assolutamente inesistente - La posizione e la dimensione della struttura sono le uniche sue cose che si possono ritenere sufficienti La totale assenza di un referente. Ho presentato le mie problematiche non appena entrato in struttura, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né ai messaggi, né alle chiamate. Sono stato ricontattato da Firenze (ebbene sì, non Roma) solo dopo aver aperto una contestazione su Booking. Inutile dirvi che nessun problema è stato risolto, per il semplice fatto che (a quanto ho capito) non esiste un referente in città. Se volete evitare di rimanere abbandonati a voi stessi nella città eterna, vi sconsiglio di alloggiare qui. È la prima volta che capita in vita mia, e spero vivamente sia l’ultima. Tv senza canali installati, e impossibilità di utilizzo dell’antenna. Wi-Fi totalmente inutilizzabile
• Ángel (1/5): El peor personal de un alojamiento de mi vida - -Nada, nunca volvería. Lo peor fue la atención del personal. Nunca me había pasado en más de 20 años usando Booking. Los responsables del alojamiento nunca ofrecieron ayuda, ni contestaron a mis mensajes. A continuación expongo cosas por las que solicité su ayuda: -El apartamento no tiene Wifi (tampoco tiene buena cobertura móvil). Tras intentar contactar con el alojamiento varias veces, nunca obtuve respuesta. -No había mantas (solo sábanas como ropa de cama). El propietario me dijo me el personal de limpieza me las llevaría y fue mentira. -No hay jabón, ni elementos de baño. Otra mentira a lo que dicen en el anuncio. -La puerta del portal está rota y la llave partida por la mitad. -Cuando entras al alojamiento para hacer el check-in, dicen que toques al timbre y te abrirán de forma remota. Otra mentira, el timbre está roto y nadie nos abrió. Por suerte, entraron unos vecinos y pudimos pasar. -La máquina de aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y es imposible dormir con ella puesta. Al no haber mantas, tratamos de poner la calefacción, pero podíamos dormir del ruido. -Y cuidado! Nada más hacer la reserva te mandan un email para que canceles la reserva y lo contrates a través de ellos (sin Booking como intermediario) para ofrecerte un 10% de descuento. Menos mal que no lo hice porque ahora estoy reclamando a través de Booking. -Cualquier otra opción de Roma va a ser mejor. No os dejéis engañar por la nota del alojamiento, no se corresponde con la realidad.

Shower tub was not fully cleaned (small details). No amenities like soap Kitchen was very basic, no coffee, just a few pack of tea. Even though after cleaning, still a lot of dust left

• Caroline Elisabeth (4/5): - Location We did not have Internet/WIFI ! We followed the instructions of the property, but the given password did not work. I contacted the property via Whatsapp, Whatsapp Call, normal telephone and Booking.com-Messanger. They did not reply. We (3 persons) really needed WIFI, but no reaction. It was really disappointing. I think no one checks the given whatsapp number. They just send automatic check -in information and reminders that you should leave the tourist tax on the table.

• Wawrzyniak (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, zarówno do głównych zabytków jak i do Watykanu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i łatwy odbiór kluczy. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne z dobrym wyposażeniem, choć nie działał ekspres do kawy i WiFi.
• amori (8/5): Bel appartement bien située - L'emplacement a proximité a pied de pas mal de monuments et du metro La clim dans la chambre trop bruyante et le wifi qui ne se connecte pas a internet et le responsable qui ne réponds pas sur WhatsApp ni par téléphone . Un peu de poussière sur les murs mais rien de bien grave.
• Bahadir (8/5): Zentral, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, reibungsloser Check-In - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in bester Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos per Schlüsselbox. Sie erhalten einen Link mit allen Infos zum Check-In sowie Aktivitäten und weiteres. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Parken können Sie entweder kostenpflichtig auf öffentlichen Plätzen z.B. nach der Brücke oder in der Seitenstraße. Ca. 18 min zu Fuß zum Trevi Brunnen, 10min zur Spanischen Treppe, 4min zum Piazza del Popolo. Zum Kolosseum können sie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln z.B. ab dem Trevi Brunnen. Außerdem befindet sich der gehypte Sandwich Laden aus Florenz (All‘ Antico Vinaio) vor Ihren Füßen. Empfehlen kann ich für Nudeln „Pastaciutta“ und für Cannoli und Tiramisu „Pompi“

• Mónica (8/5): Ubicación perfectísima, atención bastante mejorable - La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, perfecta para visitar a pie la mayor parte de los puntos turísticos de interés. Tienes de todo cerca, incluido un carrefour exprés por si quieres comprar alguna cosa para desayunar, como fue nuestro caso. Estaba todo bastante limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente, algo muy importante si vas en verano. Lo peor, sin duda, fue la falta de respuesta de los propietarios durante toda nuestra estancia. El wifi no funcionaba y nunca respondieron a mis mensajes en los que les pedía ayuda al respecto. También tenía una duda sobre una llave que nos entregaron rota y nunca obtuve respuesta de ninguna de las dos cuestiones. Creo que hay atender mejor a los huéspedes y, aunque esté todo bastante automatizado, un poco de humanidad nunca viene mal. El sofá cama está bien para que duerman niños que pesen poco, un adulto se levanta de allí sin espalda.

• Elinor (5/5): Great location, under cleaning standards! - Location, smart TV The apartment was not properly cleaned! It had garbage from previous guests- meat that created a horrible smell in the apartment! Upon our arrival there was no soap at all, and it was provided only during the second day (we stayed for 2 nights). The dished were dirty and we could not use them- there was no sponge, and when it was provided on the second day it was not new but used… In addition, an important aspect for us in the apartment was the washing machine, as we came after a long stay in Italy. However, the apartment did not have a drying rack (although written in the amenities), which the owners could not supply.

• Rachel (9/5): Great apartment in a perfect location. - Perfect location, huge apartment and very comfortable. Pictures do not demonstrate the size!!! Perfect for a Rome getaway in the heart of everything. Would recommend. Only really minor… The property would benefit from having some soap and shower gel, or at least advise travelers there aren’t any supplied. Also extra towels would have been good given we were there for 5 nights.

• Sfakianakis (5/5): Apartment deserves better treatment - Very spacious apartment and the location is amazing. Next to the metro station and on the most commercial street of rome. We arrived after an hour of the check in time and we couldn't get into the apartment because there were not any keys in the lockbox. We contacted the staff immediately and they responded to us in no time that the cleaning lady cleaned a different apartment than hours. We left in order to give them more time to clean our apartment as well. However it took another hour or more to get into the apartment and in the end they decided to spare us the tax fee. When we got into the apartment was cleaned but almost everything was old. The bathroom especially needs a serious renovation. The toilet seat was in a really bad condition and no one told us how we could have hot water so we had to figure it out ourselves.

• Jose (1/5): Terrible, non-luxurious experience: no air conditioning and no light in the main area, and rude cont - Very rude host, meaning the person responsible to let us know how to access the property, and when we arrived there was no light in the main living area and the air conditioning was not working. She didnt send anyone to fix it and didn't care. For a property that describes itself as luxurious, not having basic air conditioning and no light is fairly "non-luxurious" to say the least.

• Georg (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, and in walking distance from Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. There is a kitchen, with a coffee machine and a big fridge. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. The building is right next to a pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants, and cafes. The bathroom is outworn and could have been cleaner. There was an elevator in the building, which only residents could use. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, which was OK for us but might be a problem with young children.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Great place to stay in Rome - + very convenient location close to many attractions, metro stations, shops etc + spacious and well equipped. Towels, hairdryer, hair straightener, basic kitchen equipment to prepare meals. + self check-in and check-out - 3 people stayed in the apartment. While the big bed in the bedroom is absolutely fine, the foldable couch bed in the living room is really uncomfortable. It is very squeaky and the mattress is thin and worn. I would recommend replacing it at some point :) - WiFi connection was rather poor and kept disconnecting.

• Pedro (7/5): Great if you want to be within a walking distance to several locations in Rome. - The location was great, if you don't mind a little walking to the central, and the street is packed with stores. Also the apartment was comfortable for a short stay. The noise during the night mostly due to the trash cleaning (bottles, etc), because the windows did not isolate the street sounds. The wifi could be a little stronger, could only get in the living room.

• Lilian (10/5): Very spacious apartment close to spanish steps, fonteini di trevi, restaurants and shops - Very nice apartment, big and clean, near the Spanish steps, Fonteini di Trevi, on walking distance from the Vatican and very close to the main shopping street of Rome (less than 50m!!). A lot of nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The owner was very helpful. He read the previous comments some visitors left: there are curtains in the livingroom, the heating was working, the water in the shower was warm, there was soap in the shower and detergent and a tea towel in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!! Nothing, just perfect!
• Yang (8/5): central and well maintained - the apartment is centrally located in Rome. most attractions are within walking distance. the staff was helpful, Wi-Fi worked well and the apartment was well maintained and clean. it was in the third floor with no access to lift, this can be difficult if you are carrying luggage. We visited in December and the flat was cold during the day and during the night. there is air conditioning for the summer!
