• Beata (9/5): Perfect location by Ipanema, daily cleaning, and excellent service – highly recommended! Kürzer - We spent a week in this apartment. Great location – Ipanema is just across the street! There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is nicely furnished, and there is also daily cleaning service. We really enjoyed everything, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We will definitely come back.

• Shay (5/5): Not sure it was worth the premium price for the location with a lateral view - Building in a great location in Ipanema - security and reception staff generally quite helpful - although you need Portuguese or google translate to communicate effectively with them. Building felt very safe and common areas on the roof had great views. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in need of some repairs - the door frame on the second bedroom was almost falling off and the finish of the joinery was very poor. No washing machine or dryer. Need to stick your head out the balcony to see the view - so it is exactly as described - a lateral view of the sea.

• Ana Luiza (10/5): Quero voltar mais vezes. - Adoro esse apartamento pq ele tem uma decoração linda, moderna e amo estar com “pé na areia”, pois o prédio fica de frente pro mar, super bem localizado. O apartamento tem limpeza diária o q facilita muito e fica sempre limpinho. Roupa de cama e banho ótimas e itens de cozinha também.
• Severine (4/5): - L’emplacement est au bord de la plage d’ipanema Super beau quand on arrive dans l’appartement malheureusement on déchante vite ! Les robinets sont mal fixés, l’eau chaude met 5 mn à venir, et sur deux salle de bain , nous n’avons pu utiliser qu’une seule durant 3 jours car l’eau était coupée dans l’autre ! La plomberie fuit de partout ! Table de nuit pas propres ( poussières et peintures ), prise électriques qui se décrochent des murs , lampe de chevet inutilisées car pas de prises pour les brancher …

• Teatini (8/5): Good location, apartment suffering from use. - Fantastic location. Directly across the street is the beach. Apartment with many small things to fix. But generally everything is working.

• Stan (6/5): Location and staff - superb, apt - tired, grimy - not worth for the value - Three things stand out: Firstly, location - beachfront, very convenient. But next time I’ll stay at second or third line to the beach - much better value. Secondly - property staff, extremely friendly and helpful even with little to no English skills. They made us feel very welcome and secure. Thirdly - property manager has always been easy to reach. Useless in their responses, but nonetheless always available, which is a good thing. Property is extremely “tired”. No one said anything construction that’s been going on for a few years (based on notices posted in elevators). Secondly, the apt is grimy, moldy, old and rather poorly equipped. We had to buy a frying pan just because it was impossible to make breakfast with that they had. Overall, pictures look much better than reality.
• Leonardo (4/5): Will not be coming back, in spite of the location being great. Mold is something unacceptable! - Location, and the pool area at the top of the building with bar/snacks/meal service. The apartment is tired, moldy and bed /pillows damp.
