• Egle (10/5): Piacevole sorpresa - La posizione è centralissima ma in una via non troppo frequentata, quindi abbastanza silenziosa. Piano terra. L' ambiente non è grandissimo ma funzionale per due persone. Nessun cattivo odore. Confesso di aver prenotato per errore, non avevo visto il punteggio attribuito dalle 2 recensioni precedenti, ed ero un po' preoccupata di aver scelto un appartamento con un voto così basso. Sono stata favorevolmente stupita, il mio 10 vuole anche alzare la media del voto, a mio parere molto penalizzante. I rapporti con il proprietario sono stati corretti, cordiali e gentili. Non ha esitato nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Quando tornerò a Malaga facilmente soggiornerò di nuovo qui e consiglierò il posto ad amici e parenti
• Manuela (1/5): Attrape touriste - Rien Nous avons laissé la clé à l’intérieur et avons quitté l’appartement la minute qui a suivi la prise de connaissance de l’appartement. C’est un scandal de louer des appartements dans cet état. Il y a une odeur de moisissures que même un chien ne pourrait y rester. La personne de l'établissement Pineapple San Telmo 10 nous a mal reçu au téléphone. Et Nous a dit de contacter Ebooking car il n’est pas responsable et vous vous dites que ce n’est pas vous. Votre réponse est un peu facile après avoir encaissé quasi Euro 900.00 et tout le monde se déresponsabilise. C’est inadmissible et il y aura des commentaires négatifs pour les 2 parties.
• Martin (6/5): Pragmatisches Appartment in sehr guter Lage, Zustand ok. - Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Verfassungsplatz ist direkt um die Ecke, die Seitenstraße selbst ist jedoch recht ruhig. Der Wohnraum ist grds. gut eingerichtet und das Interieur in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche bietet viel Platz, die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Die Einrichtung als solche beinhaltet alles was man benötigt, es fehlte nichts. Das Bad ist äußerst eng, in jeder Hinsicht (innerhalb der Dusche, auf dem WC, am Waschbecken). Auch der "Weg" von der Sitzecke zur Küchenecke ist sehr eng, wenn man dabei etwas trägt muss man schon jonglieren. Das Bad war mir leider viel zu weich, einer der Füße auch schon instabil. Im Schrank war leider zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, die Putzmittel benötigen dort leider zu viel Platz. Dafür ist der Preis doch deutlich zu hoch (zum Vergleich: direkt danach hatte ich ein Appartment in Granada, das viel moderner, größer und zugleich viel günstiger war, bei vergleichbarer Lage).
