• Christina (3/5): The entire experience was extremely disappointing, with shockingly poor service and cleanliness. - Our initial impression of the apartment's comfort quickly deteriorated upon discovering how filthy it was. The beds were not clean, with linens that clearly hadn’t been changed. We found trash in the kitchen, and the washing machine was inexplicably filled with dirty towels. To make matters worse, despite notifying the staff immediately, it took over an hour for the cleaning lady to arrive. The service was absolutely dreadful—no compensation was offered for these unacceptable conditions, and the cleaning staff seemed completely unaware of our scheduled check-in time.
• Stephen (9/5): A really excellent, modern apartment; close to shops, harbour and restaurant - Beautiful modern apartment and scrupulously clean. Lots of space and well air-conditioned. Parking is extremely good and one can walk to all amenities. The beach and harbour are both in easy walking distance. The kiosk downstairs provides for most things and a 5 minute walk to the 'orange' supermarket provides the rest. The apartment has modern sliding balcony doors with really good sound-proofing. A second set of keys would have been helpful and also a chair in each bedroom. Some basic cleaning materials, i.e., dishcloth, tea towel and soap would be nice. The bathroom would benefit from additional places to hang towels together with instructions on how to use the washing machine. Given this is in a central location, 'vibrant' nights can be expected!
• Elena (7/5): Overall it was a good stay but with some monitoring would be excellent - Renovated apartments, new facilities, excellent A/C the apt kept cool even with the A/C closed.. Comfortable beds, central location, parking space The Apt needs extra blinds to keep the morning sun out, current curtains are not enough. There were ants in the apt you couldn’t leave anything on the table for half an hour. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was only one in the toilet, the one hanging on the wall.. Also second room needs a mirror somewhere, it is vital in a room
