Guest Reviews
- Marcia (9/5): - A hospedagem foi tranquila, só tivemos probema com o wifi que de 13 dias somente funcionou 5 dias. Estamos em grupo então isso causou um pouco de problema.

- Nicola (1/5): Apt was changed night before due to bedbugs, assured sane size, it was not. Broken bed so had to share. Would not answer - Decent location. Dishonest owners. Bed bugs. Broken bed. Apt change night before. Smaller apt than booked no refund for change. No key in lockbox had to wait 40 mins for entry. Wont message through booking.com they use what’s app to cover themselves. Marked us as no shows so we couldn’t review, had to contact customer services to leave review.
- David (7/5): Weekend art festival - The location was close to the tube and tower bridge There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken. I informed the owners who dealt with it straight away.
- Genevieve (3/5): The host has the worst communication skills of any I have experienced iin all the places I have been - Once we got entry instructions it was fine and easy. See my negative comments below. My main problem with this flat was the appalling communication of the host. I was travelling with colleagues who were arriving from all over Europe at varying times. This meant I was unsure of who would arrive first. I spent a considerable amount of my time trying to contact the owner prior to our stay to try and find out how we got in, if we were being met personally, if there was a door code, trying to give our approximated arrival times.
I was repeatedly blanked and my requests ignored. I reached out to Booking.Com helpline and they were ignored too. I even reached out via AirBnB, and my questions were unanswered there too. At one point I even wondered if I'd handed my money over to a bogus operation. It was pretty stressful.
Then FINALLY, the night before we arrived I had a WhatsApp with the door codes and arrangements. And after that point it was fine - I was communicating with someone else who obviously manages the place day to day. And they were very responsive (thank you!)
Two thing would have made this experience more positive:
Firstly - if there was a single sentence on the booking information to say 'you get entry via a door code which will be sent 24hours prior to check in' it would be an incredibly easy fix to the total lack of communication I received
Secondly - if you (the owner - Jonathan) are simply too busy to reply to repeated messages, phone calls, emails, perhaps consider delegating this job to the person who turned out to be helpful once we had her number.
It really didn't need to be as difficult or stressful as you made it.
As to the actual property. It was clean, and pretty basic (but I expected that because of the fairly budget price). The bathroom light didn't work and was unsafe du to dangly wires, and actually that got sorted quickly once we reported the problem. The toilet seat wasn't loose and broken, and that didn't get sorted.

- Sozzad (8/5): Great apartment, but not the best host! - The apartment was really clean, spacious and large. It was really convenient for me and my family of 5. The host is not the most responsive person, he is a very hard man to get hold of. The fire alarm went off in my apartment and the host could not be bothered to message back or help us.
#LAZY #UNRESPONSIVE #PATHETIC
- Ali (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, well decorated, comfortable beds and furniture.
Air con. excellent for summer heat.
Didn't hear neighbours at all once inside the apartment. Only issue was that there was building work going on on the exterior. We weren't informed about that before arrival.

- Linto (10/5): Exceptional -
