MUSTAFA (1/5): - İşte Booking için uygun, net ve kurumsal İngilizce çeviri: English: On the first day, the air conditioners were not working. Communication was very difficult as the staff could not speak English. There was no hot water, which was completely unacceptable. On our last day, water leaked from the kitchen sink and the floor was flooded. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Maryam (10/5): It was such a beautiful getaway and it was the only place that felt safe, clean and modern. - It was stunning! A cute and quaint little villa that’s the perfect welcome to explorers. The staff were extraordinary and exceptional in making us feel welcome. Moustafa and Abdurahman were amazing. There was a language barrier but that didn’t stop them from helping us with anything we needed. Such lovely people mashallah! I loved everything about it

Ondrej (9/5): Superb - No complaints. Personel was fine (shoutout to Marianne!), breakfasts were simple, but tasty. I think the venue is more suitable for a longer stay, especially if you like to cook for yourself and have kids (there's a large garden, pool, PS5...). This was my first stay in Egypt, so I am not sure how safe the area is or not, but I found the door of the not-that-high-placed balcony very... breakable-into. I think the door would benefit from being changed to something that could withstand a shoulder push. The other door has an outside rolette, which gives some more feeling of safety. On the other hand, the gate seemed quite sturdy, so maybe its just my paranoia. :-)
William (8/5): Very good - The hotel is in a perfect location, not too close to the airport but conveniently near the facilities in New Cairo. Some staff members don’t speak English, but they are so kind, friendly, and welcoming that it doesn’t detract from the experience. There were some maintenance issues: the air conditioner in the second room didn't work effectively, and the shower in the second bathroom had water pressure problems. Additionally, the sound of the nearby mosque's call to prayer was clearly audible even with doors and windows closed, which might be worth noting for light sleepers or those unaccustomed to it.

Quiet and nice garden. It is a villa so it is not built originally as a hotel. Unmarried couples are not allowed (I received a message on WhatsApp after I booked and paid for it). Breakfast was all prepackaged food. The bed was not well assembled. The water for some reason was not working (might have been some plumbing repairs or issues) then they fixed it after I called them.

The self contained units were modern and high standard cleaning. The garden and pool were great and nice quiet location. Food option was good but could be even better with option of toast instead of just bread. Pool furniture could do with upgrading, not a lot of restaurants within walking distance

Martin (8/5): great but with easy possibilites for improvements - Great large room, clean, nice garden. The staff had very, very modest language skills. The breakfast was dissapointing considering the price we paid for the room. Furthermore, the staff lacked flexibility as to when breakfast could be served, not before 9 am. The service provided made it unclear to us if we have booked a hotel or an appartment. In case it was a hotel, then the above comments regarding breakfast i applicaple. If it was an appartment, then we certainly missed access to the kitchen. We were denied acces to the kitchen by the staff

Iurii (8/5): Very good - The members of staff were nice and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are airy and spacious. The hostel is not very easy to find. Took us some time with a local driver. The first room was not quite ready for a stay, but the owner suggested we have a bigger room that had no convenience problems. So in the end everything was excellent.
Guoxin (10/5): Exceptional - Nice environment, nice house, nice service. The owner is a very kind gentleman, you will have second stay if you had first for sure. The most thing l don't like is that l can't find what l don't satisfy with.

I would also like to thank Mostafa and Islam for their cooperation and attentiveness in ensuring all our needs were met with such professionalism and kindness. Villa 13 will undoubtedly be our top choice for future visits to Cairo!

Mohamed (8/5): During my stay, I enjoyed several aspects of the property, particularly the swimming pool and the convenience of having - I appreciated the swimming pool and the excellent service provided by the receptionist, Malak, who was always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the two security staff members were consistently kind and welcoming. I was so impressed with Malak’s assistance that I wanted to show my gratitude, but I felt a bit shy about it. I also liked that the property included a washing machine and dryer, which made it convenient to do laundry, and the Wi-Fi access was a great bonus as well. One issue I encountered was that the showerhead handle kept falling off, which was a bit inconvenient. While the room was well-equipped, it felt a bit small without a designated sitting area. Having a private sitting area in each room would have enhanced the experience, although I appreciated the shared sitting area and kitchen. I understand that these shared facilities are part of the hotel’s offerings, and while they were generally quiet and not disruptive, it would have been nice to have more personal space. Overall, these are just minor observations, and I recognize that you get what you pay for!
