Guest Reviews
- Michelle (5/5): - Location was good suite was comfortable The cleaners did not clean the kitchen sink or the tub or floors.
Felt kinda yucky being around someone else’s mess.
Considering they charge for cleaning-didn’t seem like it had been cleaned other than the bed caught made
- Zelda (6/5): - Location was great for us. The suite was not as clean as I'd expect.

- Caitlyn (10/5): Pleasant stay - The location was good and easy to get to. The construction noise was very loud
- Sylvia (7/5): - Check-in at the reception was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. The room, including the kitchen, was very clean. The location is excellent too. The host communicated quickly, which is a big plus. The facility offers overnight storage for skiing equipment, so one doesn't have to take it all into the room or leave it in the car. We never realized, that the room isn't a part of a hotel. We had been contacted by the host, but we assumed it was someone working with the hotel. However, the room (suite as it is officially called) is privately owned, so there was no hotel/housekeeping service. We are a family of four and we all stayed in the room. Hence, it was a bit crowded. This wasn't problem, but we would have liked a quick sweep in the morning. No housekeeping means no 'sweeping'. Plus at our arrival we had to put the sheets and blanket on one of the two beds ourselves. At the end of our stay we received the request to dispose of all our garbage. It would have been nice to know all this beforehand. We feel the amount we had to pay per night (CA$800+ & additional parking fee of CA$25) is way too much for what the room has to offer. We know we stayed there during peak season and prices per night are very high, but some service would have been nice. We would have left with a better feeling for sure.

- Tara (10/5): Really enjoyed the room - The room was beautiful and cozy. Lots of cable Chanel’s to watch. We watched the World Series comfortably. Just waiting for those pools to reopen next year
- Steve (8/5): - Good price, great location, nice and comfortable for the weekend I was there
- Debra (9/5): Perfect stay for two people. - Very comfortable. Small but well equipped. Easy walk to most places in Whistler. Would stay here again. The only thing was having next door’s balcony right outside the window which made us feel a little uncomfortable when there were people on it.
- Paul (10/5): -
- Émilie (5/5): - Le foyer et les rideaux ne fonctionnaient pas. Il n’y avait pas de planche à repasser et beaucoup de construction (donc du bruit).
- Shelagh (9/5): Stayed for a conference and it was everything I needed. Super clean, convenient, nice decor. -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Navarro (10/5): Really a great experience, we will most likely be back skiing. - Open 24/7, the suite was ready to check in earlier than required. The kitchen was very new, well equipped, and clean, which added value.
- Sarah (10/5): Awesome unit - Conveniently located and on ground floor Nothing
- Rea (10/5): Will be coming back! - Glacier Lodge location is unbeatable, just a short walk out the door to the lift. Apt was cozy, well modernized.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lei (6/5): Pleasant - The location No service at all
- Yichen (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. Short walk to the Blackcomb gondola and shops. There's a bus stop at the lodge to the Village.
- Sam (9/5): Can’t wait to return! - Great location, comfortable feeling decor and efficiently organized. Super value!
- Christel (10/5): Great location, spacious and clean, friendly staff. We will stay here again. - It was in a great location for us, it was newly renovated and the kitchen appliances were brand new. The apartment was a good size and we loved the fireplace. We would have liked a patio, but other than that it was perfect!
