• Nathalia (10/5): - Ótima localização. O condomínio é super tranquilo, as fechadura era digital/eletrônica, então não tivemos preocupaçoes com chaves. O apartamento é super organizado, assim como os itens disponibilizados. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação do lugar. A vista da janela é pra um terreno, mas não atrapalha em nada, considerando que o apartamento fica bem no centro e dá para visitar os pontos turisticos tranquilamente.

• Stanislav (2/5): - The apartment has a coffee machine and kitchenware After booking, the hotel sent me a WhatsApp message with a link to upload a selfie with my id card through a third-party website. The website looked suspicious and similar to phishing, so I did not send my personal data. Later the host insisted on a phone call. Before the trip, I asked about check-in time. I was told that from 15:00 to 19:00 there would be a staff on site who could help with all issues. Outside these hours, check-in would be paid (R$50 or R$100, not clear what this depends on). I changed my travel plans and arrived around 16:30. When I arrived, there was no staff on site. There was only an intercom. I was told that I would not be allowed inside the building unless I uploaded my id photo and a selfie to the unknown website. I could have been robbed on the street, so I had no real choice and had to upload a selfie with my id card. The apartment is accessed via a code lock sent by WhatsApp. There are no physical keys, no option to change the code, and anyone who knows the code can enter the apartment at any time. Any resident can bring an unlimited number of people into the building. The building has about 20 apartments on each floor, but there is no security and no receptionist. I stayed only because I did not have any valuables. During my stay, there was an attempt to access my Facebook account. The bed has no headboard and no bedside tables. There are panoramic windows facing the street and nearby buildings, but only blackout curtains. As a result, either people outside can see everything, or you have to stay in complete darkness. One day the elevator was not working. One evening, there was a strong smell of fish on the entire floor. The walls are thin, and conversations from neighboring apartments are clearly audible. On the last day, the host messaged me at 8:30, saying it was time to leave and asking me to record a video of the entire apartment. This is despite that Booking shows check-out until 11:00, and I planned to sleep until 10:00

• Camila (10/5): Confortável e tranquila - Prédio bem arrumadinho e tranquilo, quarto confortável, com todas as amenities descritas no anúncio. Gustavo (responsável pela hospedagem) foi super educado e prestativo. Não tenho queixas sobre a estadia.

Gostei muito dos utensílios da acomodação, como panelas, copos, talheres, etc. Todas as instruções de uso foram enviadas por mensagem, com videos de demonstrações. A localização é muito boa e pude fazer muitas coisas a pé. Super recomendo.

• Leandro (9/5): - Localização Limpeza tudo muito limpo e organizado Atendimento, anfitrião Gustavo foi muito atencioso Comodidade De qualquer forma independente de tudo voltaria lá. As paredes são tão finas que qualquer barulho da para escutar. Se você tem um sono pesado tudo bem, se tiver sono leve como eu você fica sem dormir e no penúltimo dia tinha um pessoal que ficaram falando alto e bagunçado até umas 2 da madrugada. O travesseiro não é bom, aconselho levar o seu. O ar condicionado é somente frio ou seja fui agora no inverno liguei para aquecer o ambiente e descobri somente lá que ele só esfria e não aquece. A cama é boa, já o sofá cama não é nada confortável.
