- Mykola (5/5): • Every night groups of drug addicts gather under the windows, making noise and sometimes acting aggressively. - • Great central location. • Quick response via WhatsApp (issues like the clogged drain were fixed promptly). • Poor cleaning (trash under furniture, dirty balcony, strong sewage smell on the first floor). • Ants in the kitchen and one bedroom. • Shutters don’t block the noise. • Daytime construction noise from the neighboring building. Main issue: • Every night groups of drug addicts gather under the windows, making noise and sometimes acting aggressively. The police couldn’t resolve the problem, and local residents seem intimidated. Because of this, the apartment feels unsafe at night.
