• Andrea (1/5): NIET DOEN!! DONT!! - De uitzicht was prachtig van de bergen. Wow ok.. wat een vieze zooi! Kapotte bed, smerige kussens, schimmel en ga zo door. Heb dezelfde dag wel nieuwe kussens kunnen regelen. De volgende dag is de bed gemaakt. We hebben zelf schoonmaakspullen gekocht en alles zo goed mogelijk schoongemaakt. Er was geen magnatron. En maar 3 pannen-achtig-iets. Er waren 3 gewone houten stoelen en 3 klapstoelen. Dat is waar je op moest relaxen. Douchen moest als een standbeeld en voor 5 minuten. Anders kon je zwemmen. Tanden poetsen in de keuken, want de wasbak in de badkamer loopt niet door. Koffieapparaat was verkalkt en niet te gebruiken. De bedden zijn oud en wankel en kraken al als je ernaar kijkt. De spoor geeft zoveel herrie dat slapen haast niet mogelijk is. Zijn nu een week terug en nu pas een beetje aan het bijkomen. Dwijlen de eerste dag leverde 3x zwarte dwijlwater op. Tv gaf geen beeld, hebben we zelf opgelost. Wat een verschrikking is dit appartement. Heb officiële klacht lopen bij booking.com hier moet niemand slapen. Voelen ons opgelicht en willen (een deel van) ons geld terug. Als we konden hadden we ter plekken ergens anders heen gegaan!!

• Róbert (1/5): Terrible! - All of the appartment: dirty, worn out, disappointing bed. I travel a lot but I have never seen such a run-down accommodation. The pictures have nothing to do with reality. The bed linen and mattress were also torn.
• Željka (1/5): False advertising - Metro access ​The apartment is nothing like the pictures—the furniture is old and damaged, and the overall impression is terrible. While the location is good for metro access, it’s right next to the railway, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the noise. In short: false advertising

• Ródenas Belda (8/5): Estancia buena - Un buen alojamiento para unos días, calefacción estupenda, muy amplio y agradable. Con toallas para cada persona, agua caliente rápida y genial. Está bien en general, algo simple pero bien. Nos han permitido dejar las maletas en su oficina ya que el vuelo salía por la tarde. Faltaba alguna cosita del hogar, y en una de las habitaciones a falta de luz.

• LORENZO (4/5): A dir poco deludente. - La posizione era abbastanza comoda ed è l'unica nota positiva del nostro soggiorno. Le foto che vengono pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà: spazi piccolissimi, arredi molto vecchi e cortesia dei gestori quasi inesistente. Tra l'altro cercano di "comprare" una recensione positiva offrendoti poi degli sconti sui successivi alloggi. Abbiamo prenotato un'altra struttura con la stessa signora che ci ha seguito in questa, non avendo altre possibilità, ed è impensabile che nel 2026 non vengano accettati bonifici istantanei che, proprio come il significato della parola lascia intendere, viene emesso nell'immediatezza. Inoltre, ci vorranno 10 gg per ricevere una fattura: assurdo. Insomma, questo soggiorno è stato a dir poco deludente ma soprattutto perché la struttura viene mostrata con uno stile moderno e si presenta come un appartamento antico. Prezzi alle stelle e servizi poco efficienti.

• Maggie (1/5): Appalling, disappointing and completely unacceptable - The experience was so bad and the apartment was unihabitable so we didn't actually stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. This is now the subject of a formal complaint via Booking.com and the detail has been shared with them via Customer Services.

• Sophie (8/5): Milan est une ville très agréable et riche en visites à faire. L’appartement convient très bien à un groupe de jeunes (e - La proximité avec la gare centrale, les lits pour 8 (nous étions 7). Le late check-in accompagné d’une appli pour déverrouiller le portail, la porte de l’immeuble et la porte de l’appartement. Les draps, les nombreuses serviettes de toilette, la quantité astronomique de papier toilette. C’est un appartement pour 8 et il n’y avait que 6 chaises. Pas pratique pour les 2 repas pris à l’appartement. Pas de salle de séjour mais en même temps nous n’étions pas là pour rester enfermés. Certains ont été un peu dérangés par le bruit des trains.

• Samuel (3/5): The worst property ive ever booked. - It is st a good location AC was not working, there are a lot of leakages, the wc was blocked. The shower was broken
• Boczek (4/5): Disappointing - My stay at this hotel was definitely one of the worst experiences while travelling abroad. The way they treated me and my friends was unacceptable- starting off with the power outage at 2 am (which lasted to 10 am). We tried calling the hotel service so that they could help us, but nobody seemed to care (nobody was answering our calls). After many tries, someone eventually called us back and they told us that somebody will come at 9 am and fix it for us. However, they came late (long after 10am) so we ended up not having any electricity throughout the whole night. On top of that, we couldn’t turn the AC on and it was so hot it was almost unbearable to stay in our hotel room. Also, there was not any warm water, so we were made to take only cold showers. What makes it even more ridiculous is that we were not informed about all of this. I am so disappointed. Moreover, we had two more power outages during our stay so it is probably reasonable to assume that the people there haven’t fixed it despite our requests. I strongly DO NOT recommend booking a stay at this hotel.

• Adrian (8/5): Good, was a good place to stay for a 4 day trip to Milano. - The location was pretty nice next to bike station and Milano centrale. Good price and enough space for a group of 5 peoples. The cleanliness could be better especially regarding the beds.

• George (5/5): Would not recommend - Property was well maintained and had enough room to comfortably fit our group of 5 (could have easily fit 8). Location was near the main train and bus station which made travel a little easier Management was not good, of site key pickup managed by somewhat sketchy staff, asked for my passport and gave me the wrong code to get into the apartment, had to walk back and request the correct code. Owner does not pick up the phone when calling and makes the check in process difficult
• Elipsa.firma (1/5): My stay was extremely disappointing due to the dirt, poor service, and lack of communication. - Nothing. I strongly do not recommend this place. We stayed for one night, and it was extremely dirty and disappointing. The photos online do not match reality. The apartment had visible dirt, mold on surfaces, broken tiles, and old, unhygienic cleaning supplies. The floor was cracked and dirty, and the kitchen was in terrible condition. Additionally, the key pickup location is in a completely different place than the apartment itself, which is totally inconvenient and makes no sense. The staff was rude and unhelpful – they didn’t answer phone calls, making any communication impossible. This was far from any acceptable standard, especially for the price. Avoid this place at all costs.

Automatic entry via app on your phone which is great stops the worry of losing key. Plenty of space in appt suitable for larger groups. Nothing was lovely and great communication

• Anna (7/5): Nice place, good location, management needs to be improved - The apartment is close to the central train station (15-20min walk). The rooms are quite spacious and all 8 guests can sleep on beds, noone has to sleep on a sofa. The apartment is equipped with A/C. The check in is managed through Vikey, which is an awfully arduous task if you are 8 friends. It states you can share the link among each other so everyone can fill out their own data. In reality, many of your already filled out forms were overwritten when somebody else tried to fill in the data and there was no way to check who's data was missing. The apartment has an online smart lock system, which is fine if both the guests and the apartment have access to the internet. When we arrived, the locks were offline. As the host was unavailable (we tried both phone numbers from booking and Vikey) a kind resident let us into the building, where, fortunately, we could use a code to unlock the apartment door. After the internet was fixed (unplugging, waiting and plugging in the modem fixed it), the door was working as it should. The second night, the electricity suddenly went off, and the host was again unavailable, so a very kind neighbour helped us go down to the cellar (access only with keys) and find the main switch to the flat. A few little side notes: there was leftover food in the microwave, greasy fingerprints on the glass of the balcony door, the light bulbs were not working in one of the rooms and the bathroom and the water in the toilet had been slowly but steadily flowing since we arrived. All of this made our stay only a bit adventurous, but the main problem was really the communication. Both phone numbers were not working, and we felt that the host only replied in the chat when he needed information from us, but was not really helping us when we needed it.

Confortable matresses and pillows, well equiped kitchen. Automatic check in and access via Vikey app No heating system (only two air con) One bathroom No quilt sheets bulding next to train railways
