Karen (1/5): - WARNING!!! This is a SCAM!!! Read the other review of May 7th 2026. Five days after that review was posted we were scheduled to stay at this property. We tried a few days ahead of time to contact the owner but our texts/messages/calls went unanswered. We decided to just show up so got in a taxi from the train station. On the drive out to the property we received the following message from the owner; "Hello Karen I am realy realy sorry but the flat is on the top floor and it has been flooded by the rain. There is no electricity and the flat needs big refurbishment. Realy sorry for the inconvenience. Would you be kind and cancell your booking? Thank you very much Kind regards Remus" As you can see it is the EXACT same response to the May 7th review, spelling mistakes and all. A further message from the property owner indicated he had only learned of the issue 'this morning' which is clearly a lie. We received no refund from the property owner and talking to Booking.com customer service was joke.

Thank you very much Kind regards Remus This was at 3pm and my awards ceremony began at 6pm - so i had the stress of trying to find somewhere to stay and get ready ! If it had flooded why not let me know before the second i arrived ? Sounds fishy to me ???? I would urge people not to book here !
Imran (8/5): Spacious flat in great location. Enjoyed my stay - Spacious flat in a fantastic location. 10 mins from Soho and West End. Large bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Big TV. Lots of wardrobes space. Comfy sofa. Table and chairs in kitchen. Great view from flat of whole of London Shower head drips with cold water a little.

Joseph (10/5): If you're a skyline enthusiast you can see this is great - Of course the view , as you can tell by the listed photos it's the main attraction of this place. As a full apartment you get that airbnb style privacy and the opportunity to refresh the laundry during your travels and have proper meals. The owner was lovely and eager to help, he was also accommodating to a preferential check in time , if you give him a heads up on the way there he can guide you through accessing the building and getting your key. The only downside would be it's a bit pricey, but for a whole apartment on the top floor that's to be expected.
