• Daniel (8/5): - Bliskość do atrakcji i zwiedzania. Duży problem z parkowanie auta. Hotel nie ma swojego parkingu a znalezienie miejsca na ulicy to duże wyzwanie. Przyjemny widok z restauracji na zatokę.

Avevo prenotato una stanza più grande ed invece, il giorno dell'arrivo, mi è stata cambiata con una molto piccola. Al check in mi hanno detto che avrei potuto rinunciare alla prenotazione ma a quel punto dove potevo andare? La terrazza per la colazione aveva una bella veduta sul bosforo, ma quando arrivavamo un po' tardi (sempre entro l'orario previsto) non trovavamo le bevande (l'acqua la dovevamo chiedere) e comunque nessun dolce se non un po' di ciambellone se avanzava...

• Paraskevas (8/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική, καθώς τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα απέχουν μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Με την άφιξή μας, ο Ali μας καλωσόρισε θερμά με παραδοσιακό τουρκικό τσάι μέχρι να ετοιμαστεί το δωμάτιό μας, το οποίο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο.Στη ρεσεψιόν, ο Praneeth και ο Hammad ήταν ευγενέστατοι και μας βοήθησαν πρόθυμα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η εμπειρία στο spa και το hamam ήταν απλά αξέχαστη, χάρη στη Ramad και τη Fatimah που μας πρόσφεραν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Τέλος, απολαύσαμε το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου, όπου η Qurat μας υποδεχόταν πάντα με το πιο γλυκό χαμόγελο. Σας ευχαριστούμε όλους για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!

• Sara (10/5): It was perfect overall - We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The best part is definitely the location—it’s perfectly situated and made everything so convenient for us. The staff truly made our stay special; everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. A special mention goes to Mr. Ali Cheema at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable—his service was outstanding. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of food and a beautiful sea view that made each morning even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay! Nothing I can think of

• Ibrahim (2/5): Would never stay again or recommend to anyone, and I would like a full refund for the stay. Completely unacceptable. - Good location - easy to get to the important places for our bucket list Dinner was nice on the rooftop - bad facility, breakfast was usually served cold and not well cooked - staff very unhelpful and rude: ended up with a cancelled Hammam session. This was prearranged for 18:30 on the agreed date 23/04/2026. I messaged the concierge saying that can we arrange the booking for a male masseuse for myself and female for my wife and gave many hours of notice to follow up on this and confirm. I notified them of the change in time hours in advance, and the concierge worker agreed that this can be done. I only received a reply at 18:25 that they can’t change the booking, giving me 5 minutes notice. I return to the hotel finding out the male masseuse left as I was not there, which meant he was not informed at all of the change of time even after this was already promised to me and I was previously assured this would be fine. The subsequent rudeness from the staff and blatant incompetence is unacceptable. I was really aggravated about this and was given no compensation other than a refund for our deposit. -staff incompetence 2: complained about finding ants in the room. Asked staff to follow up on this. No update and we ended up finding much more the next day
• Sofie (6/5): Value for money, what you see is what you get. - Value for money. We booked it, just for a place to sleep, so we did not expect much, but it fit our needs perfectly. So do you wish to visit Istanbul, stay centrally and want to spend your money on food and sights, this is a good fit, but don't be too fussy about the room. They are simple, what you see is what you get, but it was perfect for us. The breakfast was poor and the beds quite hard, so be aware of this.

• Pirante (9/5): Hotel is located on very good place. Very close to the sea, restaurants, shops and other places. - Clean and comfortable place. Reception guy Praneeth was very nice and communicated. Big thanks to him. He slowed the problems with taxi, rooms, and other services. Hotel need some extra blankets. Only thing, what i didn’t like, they dont have same blankets, as in the hotel room.

• Hasnija (1/5): - The breakfast is very poor, cold, and limited. The hotel is extremely dirty. They changed our room, but the overall experience is still unacceptable. There are many much nicer and better hotels nearby. The hotel is located on a hill, very far from the sea, and it is absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. They do not change the bed linen, and everything is so dirty that the rooms smell. These have been the worst few days in terms of accommodation I have ever experienced.
• Alisher (10/5): 4 незабываемые ночи в Отеле Miss Royal hotel and SPA - Отдыхали в Miss Royal Hotel & Spa 4 ночи с женой - остались очень довольны. Брали трёхместный номер - он оказался просторный, чистый, уютный и реально комфортный. Кровати отдельный плюс - очень удобные, высыпаешься отлично. Завтраки просто огонь - разнообразные и вкусные. А самое приятное - проходят на террасе с шикарным видом на Босфор. Утром сидишь, пьёшь чай и ловишь настоящий кайф. Персонал очень приятный: отзывчивые, внимательные, дружелюбные. Отдельное спасибо парню по имени Мухаммед Али - при выезде помог с чемоданами, всё быстро и с улыбкой, а так же девочкам которые готовили ооочень вкусные завтрака. Общались на английском и турецком - проблем вообще не было. Локация - это вообще главный козырь. В пешей доступности буквально всё: Голубая мечеть, Площадь Султанахмет, Парк Гюльхане и другие топовые места. Гуляли почти всё время пешком. Wi-Fi в отеле быстрый - работал стабильно, без проблем. Из минусов: на второй день появился запах в санузле (жена сказала, что напоминает голубиный помёт), и входные двери тонкие - шумоизоляция слабоватая, иногда слышно коридор. Но если честно - эти моменты вообще не испортили впечатление. За свою цену отель отличный, а локация и завтраки перекрывают всё. Мы реально кайфанули от отдыха. Вернулся бы сюда снова? Да, без вопросов. Если, конечно, за те же деньги не найдётся что-то лучше - в чём я лично сомневаюсь. Из минусов: на второй день появился запах в санузле (жена сказала, что напоминает голубиный помёт), и входные двери тонкие - шумоизоляция слабоватая, иногда слышно коридор. • stefano (6/5): - Personale gentile, a 5 minuti da Sultanahmet. Bella la terrazza con vista e il servizio spa interno (provato e approvato). Purtroppo ci è capitata la stanza al piano della reception che è interrato, quindi con vista "scarpe dei passanti" e conseguente impossibilità di aprire la finestra per arieggiare o guardare fuori. Odore interno non molto gradevole. Colazione sul rooftop sicuramente con bella vista ma con posti limitati, se capiti in orario affollato devi attendere per sederti sperando che rimanga qualcosa da mangiare.

Я заказывал 5 номеров с раздельными кроватями, на сайте указано что можно выбирать : общая кровать или раздельная. Это было принципиально!!! Я выбрал раздельные кровати. О чем писал в отель. На не на одно сообщение о вет не получил, за то получил кучу рекламных предложений. По приезду нас поставили перед фактом что на дают все номера с общей кроватью . В результате пришлось срочно искать номера в соседних отелях чтобы нормально поселится. Служба поддержки тоже не особо помогла. Вобщем, не буду рекомендовать этот отель

• Kitti (6/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, azonnal segítettek amikor kérésünk volt, reggeli bőséges. A szálloda a fő nevezetességektől nagyon közel van, gyalog 10 perc, de nagyon meredek emelkedő alján, így aki ide foglal készüljön egy kis izomlázzal :) Iszonyatosan vékonyak a falak, így minden hallatszik, sajnos nagyon hangosak voltak a vendégek így szoba cserét is kértünk amit ezúton is köszönünk. Az épület aljában spa van, ami minden egyik este nem volt egyáltalán víz, várnunk kellett aztán visszajött, másnap este pedig épphogy langyos vízben zuhanyoztunk..

• Denisa Iuliana (10/5): Totul a fost super ok! - Totul super ! Hotelul este Foarte curat, ieftin și calitativ. Am avut o experiență foarte bună și pot recomanda cu încredere tuturor acest hotel! Este poziționat central, la 5 minute pe jos distanța față de sultan Ahmed, Hagia Sofia, 10 minute Grand Bazar și multe alte atracții din zonă, cat și foarte aproape de stația de tramvai. Camerele sunt foarte drăguțe și curate in primul rând! Micul dejun este și el destul de bogat și diversificat zilnic! Depinde acum și de gustul fiecăruia! Are și o zonă Hamam și spa / saună… nu a fost inclus în preț dar prețul a fost unul foarte accesibil pentru oricine . Noi am stat 5 zile și pot spune ca totul a fost perfect nu am avut absolut nici o problemă aici. Tot stafful este super amabil, prietenos și atent la orice detaliu pentru ca sejurul tău să fie cât mai perfect ! Într-un cuvânt totul 10/10 !!! RECOMAND!!!

Ontbijt was op terras met een mooie uitzicht. Comfortabele bed en kon dagelijks vragen om ka.er te schoonmaken. In kamer was ook waterkoker, thee en koffie aanwezig. Er kon ook taxi regelen via het hotel. Ik heb zelf het via Booking.com gedaan met een vaste prijs. Het was ook een goede prijs voor 5 nachten Enigste wat tegen viel is het weer , war regen)))

• Ohla (4/5): Коли буду ще раз в Стамбулі - саме в це місце не повернусь. Буду шукати щось інше - Розташування Одне здорове ліжко, хоча бронювали два окремих. Прийшлось спати разом. Також, одна ковдра на двох, просили ще одну, дали тільки тонкі простирадла але мені було холодно.

• Sara (5/5): - El hotel estaba recién reformado, limpio y bien ubicado. El desayuno era incomible. De 3 habitaciones que cogimos, en dos no funcionaba la calefacción y en una el aire caliente. Durante toda la estancia escuchamos ruidos en el techo de una rata haciendo ruidos o algo parecido, nada agradable, claro.

Pa najviše nam se nije svidio doručak odnosno to što smo imali oskudan doručak i previše ljudi na tako malo sjedećih mjesta tako da smo se svi ustajali prije da bi drugi mogli jesti.U toaletu se sve raspada ,higijena je pomalo upitna . Nažalost shvatili smo da smo ovaj put pogriješili u odabiru hotela ali uvijek je na slikama ljepše nego što zapravo je ,a i ljudi po hotelima i restoranima u Istanbulu sami traže da im damo dobre recenzije tako da visina ocjene nije uvijek realna . Nažalost ovo je naše iskustvo ali unatoč svemu nama je bilo ugodno i jako smo lijepo spavali što nam je bitnije od bilo kakvog luksuza ❤️

• Petra (5/5): - Die Lage war Zentral aber ohne trubel Die Betten waren super Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, ich konnte die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören und verstehen. Die kaputten Möbel im Bad.sollten auch ausgetauscht werden und der Wasserschaden an der Decke sollte überstrichen werden. Das Hotel ist leider verwohnt. Das angebotene SPA ist auch weniger als erwartet

• Wille (6/5): - Die zentrale Lage war ideal ca.10 Minuten fußläufig von den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt (Hagia Sophia, Zisterne, Museen u.a.) entfernt. Auch der Hop on Hop of Bus startet hier. Aussichtsmäßig war es das schönste Zimmer mit verglastem Wintergarten. Das Bett war bequem. Die Besuche im hauseigenen Restaurant waren gut. Die Speisen waren schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer gab es nur zwei große Handtücher, kleine wurden trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage erst einen Tag später geliefert. Die Hausschuhe waren dünne Stoffetzen. Der Toilettendeckel war lose und es roch unangenehm im kleinen Bad. Es fehlte ein großer Spiegel. Direkt neben dem Zimmer befand sich eine allgemeine Toilette auf dem Flur für die Besucher des Frühstücksraums und des Rooftop Restaurants, was abends zum Teil sehr laut war. Der Service beim Frühstück war katastrophal. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, Gläser bzw. Tassen nicht nachgeliefert. Ausgegangenes Brot nicht aufgefüllt. Das Personal sprach kein Englisch. Man konnte sich nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Für Spätaufsteher gab es nur noch heißes Wasser als türkischen Tee. Erst nach heftigen Protesten wurde dieser dann fast 20 Minuten später serviert.
