• Iacono (2/5): Solo se ti serve da punto per Atleti. Scale e sveglia presto - Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della movida di Shinjuku, ben servita. Purtroppo la struttura si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore con delle scale molto strette e scomode. Le stanze da letto si trovano al piano ulteriormente sopra, e se hai necessità di andare in bagno devi scendere giù e poi risalire. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ci sono state parecchie giornate ventose e c'erano dei rumori fastidiosi di metalli che sbattevano continuamente. Una delle due camere ha un gravissimo problema di una finestra alta non schermata da cui entra la luce del sole all'alba svegliando forzatamente gli ospiti. Alle 11 a.m. impossibile stare in stanza. Naturalmente contattata la struttura non si sono minimamente preoccupati di risolvere. Il vento e il sole sono due elementi naturali, come li fermi.
• Eduart (7/5): All good - Fairly big and well located appartment. There was something clattering pretty loudly when it was windy. You could hear it in the room with one the double bed.

• Caroline (7/5): Be ready to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs... - It was in a great location. The supermarket, convenient stores and train station are a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and the living room area was cozy for our family of five. We were not expecting to climb 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. We are a family with 3 teens so it was ok. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues. There are strings attached to the bottom of the stairway lights that can be turned on each floor. They are on timers so if you return at night, you need to find them in the dark to switch them on. The air conditioning unit did leak in the room with the 4 beds. We left a bucket under it to catch the condensation. I would recommend new towels as a few of them had a smell.
• Mark (3/5): Disappointing stay, poor host, poor maintenance, don’t recommend. - The location was ideal to explore Tokyo Shinjuku area and beyond. Entrance to the property to the 4th floor was dark, narrow and by steps only. Small living area with individual seats that had seen better days. There was a comprehensive list of what you were not allowed to do which was a little abrupt to say the least. Kitchen was small but reasonably stocked, however the cleanliness was below standard that should be expected. Large stag head antlers were protruding well into the small living room and despite a previous guest being injured, the host has simply placed a very makeshift pad over the protruding areas looking pretty awful. Finally and why we left this property early was due to a badly leaking air con unit in the bedroom which had already been reported by two previous guests. Although reported early there was no rectification whatsoever. Presently in a dispute with the host who has declined any further interaction.
• Gaspar (2/5): First time I leave a negative review. There are much better places for the money. - Good layout and location Previous reviews spoke about the AC not working. I asked about this before the arrival and they told me it's been fixed. Well, it wasn't. The AC is always leaking and very noisy. We had to place a bucket underneath the AC and empty it every few hours. I spent summer days in other properties across Japan and never had this issue. This resulted in our sleep always being disrupted. There's a massive deer head with its antlers downstairs, right above the trash bins and the small desk. One person of our group hit his head against it and had to get stitches. Just a terrible placement and decoration for a small apartment.
• Kerryn (9/5): A fantastic home base to explore from and a place we looked forward to coming home to each day. - It was a fantastic spot with easy access to so much! The space and layout were perfect for us and true to the pictures. The lounge chairs were really comfortable too. We loved our stay here. The hosts were so accommodating and understanding about our late arrival time after getting delayed on route. They responded quickly and kindly to each message. We pretty much liked everything! Be ready for a few stairs to get inside… fine for our family though.
• Guilherme (8/5): Very useful and cozy. - Location was great, next to good places to visit, and metro as well. Beds were really confortable, bathroom was very well maintained and taken care of. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a little confusing at first, but we manghed to figure out the code for the door after talking with the person in charge through the booking messages. Other than that, the chairs are not very confortable, and the AC was not working.
