• Sven (1/5): - Leider haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit Adelka gemacht: Wir hatten für drei Nächte gebucht. Als wir dann aber nach einer vielstündigen Autofahrt nachts ankamen, haben wir eine Nachricht bekommen, dass wir nur für zwei Nächte bleiben könnten. Das heißt, dass wir nur einen Tag vor Ort hatten: Hätte ich das gewusst, hätten wir nicht die lange Anfahrt auf uns genommen. Offenbar hatten sie die Apartments überbucht und dann nicht reagiert. Gleichzeitig hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass sie sich viel Mühe gegeben haben: sehr späte Benachrichtigung, keine echte Entschuldigung, keine Wiedergutmachung und als wir abreisen mussten, war das ganze Haus leer. Ansonsten ist die Küche mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, aber das Apartment wirkt ansonsten lieblos und unbedingt eigene Kissen mitbringen!

• Olga (10/5): - The jacuzzi was ready for us upon arrival, so we could use it right away. Communication was clear and smooth. The apartment is close to the trails leading to Sněžka, and in an other cases there was no problem finding parking at the designated parking spots in Špindlerův Mlýn. The sofa is not super comfortable, and light sleepers may be disturbed by the jacuzzi engine, which is located behind the terrace door.

• Mark (8/5): Great value for money condo with nice terrace with hot tub. - Peaceful location. Beautiful nature. Hot tub is nice. Slightly small. Not too many towels.

• Vera.v1985 (10/5): - The place was clean, very roomy, The kitchen was exceptionally furnished. We took an apartment with a jacuzzi outside, which was very nice and warm. The only downside I found is that they had a lot of cleaning material in the jacuzzi with felt kind of chemical. And burned my eyes on the first day. So many cleaning material in the jacuzzi water
• Mariusz (10/5): Rewelacja! Fantastyczna miejscówka - Duży, ale bardzo przytulny i czysty apartament z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Cisza, spokój - pełen relaks :). Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzami domu. No i fantastyczne jacuzzi z zawsze gorącą wodą - rewelacja! Jedyne o czym można by było pomyśleć, to jakieś zadaszenie nad jacuzzi, np. jakaś markiza. Niewielki koszt, a dużo większy komfort i intymność dla korzystających.

• Diana (10/5): Wonderful holiday for sure! - The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and warm. You could find anything you need - bathrobes, slippers, kitchen equipment…The best experience - private terrace, whirlpool and the Mountain View. You could watch the stars every night in hot water and glass in your hands…We could order private sauna every day. We had private parking with rooftop and calm location near the good local restaurant Kristyna (highly recommend). We will surely come back! Thanks to all staff - very polite and helpful people. Everything was perfect.
