• Frantz (10/5): Très bel appartement hôtel au cœur de Rome. Idéal pour le tourisme et la restauration. - Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous avons été accueilli d'une manière très professionnelle et très courtoise avec beaucoup d'explications. Belles prestations. Emplacement idéal pour les visites et la restauration. Petit détail : les portes devraient être légèrement rabotées. Les 2 matelas du lit pourraient être plus qualitatifs, plus épais pour correspondre au standard du logement.

• Lidia (10/5): Ce mai bună cazare pe care am avut-o până acum la Roma - Locație excelentă în zona centrală (3 min de Fontana di Trevi) dar pe o străduță liniștită. Ferestrele apartamentului dau spre curtea interioară ceea ce este un plus. Descrierea locației și pozele publicate corespund cu realitatea. Ludovico și Max au fost foarte amabili. Ludovico m-a așteptat la sosire și mi-a dat toate detaliile necesare pentru a avea un sejur cât mai confortabil. Mi s-a oferit cafea și ceai pentru toate zilele, biscuiți, lapte, apă și fructe. În apropiere, la aproximativ 100 m, există un magazin alimentar așa că prima masă a zilei poate fi asigurată fără a părăsi locația în căutarea unui restaurant. Raport calitate-preț excelent. E adevărat că am prins și o reducere frumoasă ceea ce mi-a permis să inchiriez locația doar pentru o persoană. Aș reveni oricând la această cazare în aceleași condiții. -
• Eztizen (10/5): 100% el mejor apartamento en Roma. - Todo fue perfecto. El alojamiento súper cómodo y agradable, en una zona céntrica (ubicación inmejorable) pero a su vez tranquila. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Tenía una zona de estar con sofá y una cocina pequeña pero con todo lo que necesitas. La cama y almohada cómodas y también había una smart tv para ver Netflix o Disney. Todo limpísimo. El anfitrión es súper detallista. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos. No hubo nada que no me gustara. Son muy atentos.

• Enrique (9/5): Buena Ubicación - Buena ubicación, muy cercano a la Fontana de Trevi y a estación de metro. Me agradó encontrar agua, galletas, frutas, detergente para lavar ropa y suficientes toallas para uso. Hay supermercado cercano, restaurantes y tiendas de ropa en los alrededores. No tiene ascensor, por lo que recomiendo viajar con equipaje ligero.

• Fiorella (7/5): Excellent location, good stay, with aspects to improve - What I liked: • Excellent location, the best part of the apartment. • Nice welcome detail with coffee, cookies and water. • Properly furnished and friendly staff. What I didn’t like: • Too small for 4 people, photos make it look more spacious. • Hot water issue: last two showers are cold. • Price-quality ratio is not balanced, you mainly pay for the location. • No luggage storage after checkout, which is inconvenient for late flights.
• Caroline (9/5): - Very comfortable, equipped and well located apartment near all the key attractions and great restaurants. Lovely host who made the time to drop off the keys. Nice touch providing tea, coffee, water, fruit and snacks as well as house slippers and plenty of towels. Going up two flights of stairs with heavy luggage but that was expected. Going down was much easier.

• Blake Day (10/5): Everything is perfect - Amazing apartment perfectly located to explore all the best parts of Rome. We loved our few days here, and Max is a super accommodating host who provides so many tips on the best activities, places to eat, etc. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Roma!

• Julie (9/5): Perfect base for a trip to Rome - We loved the apartment, it’s in a brilliant location on what feels like a quiet street despite being only a 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, just enough space to relax and cool down, it is so well equipped, everything you could need, the washing machine and drying rack were such a blessing, and the kitchen though compact had all you could need, we will definitely be back, thanks to the staff who were so friendly and helpful. A tiny complaint, the bathroom door doesn’t close/ lock properly, wasn’t a big issue for us but might bother other guests.
• Carolyn (9/5): Other than the initial wait time to get into the apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Great position and very friendly hosts. - Position and we appreciated the water and snacks left. We had to wait standing on the street for nearly an hour to get in upon our arrival which was disappointing as we were all very tired after a day of travelling despite messaging our every move for our arrival. The kitchen sink had no plug. Shower drain partially blocked.
• Jolanda (9/5): Superb - My husband and I had a very pleasant staying for five days. The flat is well furnished and well kept. The kitchen corner is tiny, but still comfortable enough to make a quick meal. Bathroom is also in perfect condition, the shower is big enough and looks new. Bed is a queen size, mattress medium/firm and not sagging in any way, and is not wobbly.. which is extremely important for me as a light sleeper. The sofa bed is good enough for a sofa bed. I was happy that the window had double shutters, inside and outside, that made the bedroom totally dark. And, of course, perfect position in the centre of Rome. Being an old building, there is not soundproofing on floors, so you can hear when someone upstairs is dragging a chair or running the washer. Fortunately neighbours were quiet at night, we never got disturbed. That's it, the only negative point.
• Beth (9/5): Fabulous location and comfortable quiet stay in the heart of old Rome. - The location of this place is excellent, easy walking or metro distance to everything we wanted to see. It is also a quiet place. No traffic noise and very little noise from other apartments in the building. (Picture is view from bedroom window) Very comfortable bed and easy to sleep. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you would need to make breakfast. Didn’t try to fix anything else, but there were pots and pans to use. Staff who guided us to get there for check in and arranged transfer for us to get to the airport on departure were fabulous. The hosts had coffee options, milk in the fridge, some fruit, biscuits and crackers waiting for us. Was perfect. There is also a grocery store very near (<5min walk) The washer on site was a bonus. We were able to pack lighter so the stairs were not really a problem. No dryer but there was a nice size drying rack as well as iron and ironing board. Because the location was so great, it was easy to take a break for little rest mid day if we wanted to. It’s not a fancy place, but very tastefully decorated, has a really cool ceiling of exposed wood, and is extremely functional. We had several restaurants just a few footsteps away and everywhere that we ate was delicious! This place worked really well for us, but take note of the stairs to get in, 2 flights. We felt very safe, but if you have mobility concerns this is not the place for you.

• Garry (9/5): A central place to stay - The hotel was just perfect for our stay. Our host met us on arrival and gave a comprehensive tour of the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The snacks were a nice touch. The apartment is central in a great location within walking distance to all attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay The wifi was very slow which made booking attractions difficult.

• Allison (10/5): A great little apartment, cooking facilities and small washing machine. Great location, walking distance to everything - A fantastic location, great facilities, all we needed for our 3 nights in Rome. Walking distance to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and much more. We don’t have any negatives.
• Marie (9/5): Perfect for a short visit of Rome! - Amazing location, walking distance from all visits and public transportation. Very well equipped and furnished (we were a family of 4 with 2 kids). Quiet place as it faces a closed courtyard . The WiFi! The signal was unstable and very weak . It was really the downside of our stay as we needed it to plan our visits . We got an eSIM card which was also not working properly so it was pretty inconvenient. Understand from the property manager that there is a plan to fix this issue shortly but … too late for us . Still, if we had to go back to Rome we will definitely want to stay at the Trevi Little Palace again, with a good WiFi 😊😅

WiFi connection was terrible. They had a washing machine but I couldn’t get it to work, no instructions either and no place to dry the clothes adequately (no area with direct sunlight nor a heating rack). Couldn’t get into Netflix’s.

• Jania (9/5): Lovely stay in Rome , can recommend the apartment just remember try to travel light! - The location was very convenient to some of the sights , cute apartment , was surprisingly well stocked with water coffee snacks. The stairs on arrival having to carry heavy bags up the two flights was a pain! Day to day going in and out was ok but arrival and departure was a bit of a struggle. Understand most places like this don’t have lifts.

Within a - Location was excellent, staff were fantastic with Romina ready to take and handle all requests. The rooms were comfortable Due to its placement, WiFi signal sometimes went off and data roaming was irksome. Also no lifts so if you have heavy bags, stay on the 1st floor cos climbing up can be tedious.

• Ayelet (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in an excellent location. 3 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. The apartment is internal and therefore very quiet, equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator full of treats, capsules for a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine. Comfortable beds and a very pleasant stay. Thank you Max. 
• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy and has everything you need, for me and my friend it was the perfect size and location as we were two girls and wanted to stay in a safe area even if returning home, at night. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment very quiet as the windows were facing the inner courtyard. Great water pressure in the bathroom both toilet and shower. For sure if coming back I won't hesitate to book again as the entire experience was even more enjoyable through the hospitality of Romina and Max.

The apartment is in a safe area and is very close to lots of historical sites to visit. The bed was a bit stiff, but wasn’t the end of the world.

Max was very helpful with recommendations, booking a car transfer for us and facilitating a delivery on our behalf. Thanks Max! The only thing that was a slight negative for us was it being up two flights of stairs, as we had a lot of luggage.

• Ranyi (10/5): Perfect! - It's a five-minute walk from the subway station. Very convenient! Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Espana. There is a lot of space in the room and the furniture and facilities are very new and complete. The washing machine in the toilet provides us with great convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cutlery. Slippers were even provided. The landlord was very hospitable and we checked in smoothly even when we arrived at 11 PM. I was pleasantly surprised by the fruit, cold drinks and coffee served in the room! I enjoyed my vacation here and would definitely choose this hotel if I had the chance to visit Rome again! Nothing
