• Heather (6/5): Great location, easy to find and good for our group. Needs a better clean, stock up stuff in the kitchen and fix the tv! - Location good, easy to find. Not much in the kitchen - not even enough plates for all of us to eat. Not that clean - hairs in the shower. TV kept coming up with android error and buffering.
• Edward (7/5): Good location. Hard beds and minimal AC. - It had a good location. Free parking. I accidentally booked the wrong place. I contacted the owners within 2 min of booking to please cancel since it was an accident. They saw my request but ignored my texts and calls. Because of this we had to change our flights. They refused to cancel and I tried calling them 4x over those 2 days and every time I called they hung up or declined the call. I would understand if it had been booked weeks out but it was literally requested to cancel within a few minutes and I told them it would mess up our flights. So for that I wouldn’t recommend this place. The other issue is they only had one mini split for the entire place and it’s hot when you arrive they turn off AC before arrival. It also has stained tiles and stained grout in bathrooms and shower. The sink was cracked and painted over that with peeling paint. The beds are super hard and low to the ground. The couch is very very hard and of low quality. It would be hard to sleep on it. They do answer text messages quickly atleast but ignored my request to cancel after they said I could request to cancel.

Good sized apartment for 4 adults with 2 bathrooms. Close to all transport, Southern Cross Station, Trams & Skybus. Excellent access inner city location. Could have had an information guide in unit, stating where rubbish bins were etc

• Margaret (4/5): Great locsyion - apartment was old and not well maintained - Convenience of parking within the CBD Very little hot water, fridge did not work, iron did not work - kitchen facilities did not allow for even simple cooking - had to buy a fry pan that did not stick the food
• Dianne (9/5): Great location and spotless place; a few small things aside, really enjoyed my stay. - I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was spotless and well maintained, which made it feel instantly comfortable. The location was perfect — right in the CBD and close to Southern Cross, so getting around was super convenient. Overall, it was a smooth, easy stay and I’d happily book again. Everything was comfortable and easy, though I did notice that towels weren’t provided, which was a bit inconvenient.

• Jessica (4/5): Cheap and nasty but costs a fortune - The location was great. The couch in the photos doubles as the sofa bed for the 5th person, it is incredibly uncomfortable and shouldn’t be considered a bed. The towels were neatly rolled on the beds, when we went to use them they were still wet. There were 5 people staying and only 2 cups for coffee. Mould in the shower and a cheap bed in the main room that broke when it was sat on. The exhaust fan in the shower was covered in lint.

• Gentoku (10/5): Exceptional - Location of the apartment and friendly owner. Situated around the corner from Spencer tram sation. Also, check in and check out was seemless and any requests were attended to promptly. Pool and gym facilities were nice also. Good for families.

The place was spotless. Location was great for where we were going with trams right near the apartment. We will be back!! A handtowel for the bathrooms would be an added extra, as would some pool towels and some washing powder

The pool was great simple but great temp Wifi didn’t work so couldn’t use tv Very confusing location and hard finding key. Communication was very poor. No tea or coffee sachets so bring your own! • Dmitri (5/5): Good location and responsive hosts, but very basic and dated - The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Good central location, though be mindful of occasional dodgy characters in the lanes and nearby streets. Aircon is only in the living room, not in bedrooms. It got hot and stuffy during night. It’s noisy from the train tracks and from some cracks and bangs within the building. Had to use ear plugs. The apartment is dated. The shower barely worked. Hot/cold water was finicky to adjust. The building’s facilities are very basic. No showers or change rooms in the pool area. Sauna was barely warm. Pool is shallow and narrow. Stayed in the Melbourne Quarter complex before and it was similarly priced, but with much better facilities.
• Caitlyn (5/5): Perfect spot in the city, in need of a good clean and comfort - The location was perfect! Directly opposite from the aquarium, close to Crown and 7/11 and multiple restaurants and bars. Air conditioning worked brilliantly and the pool facilities were a bonus! Very secure and private. Night views from the balcony were amazing. Communication was clear and prompt and check in instructions were easy. Netflix, YouTube etc was fantastic to have on the TV and the fridge/freezer worked brilliantly. Beds were very comfortable. Despite informing the host of our check in time of between 3 & 4pm, our apartment was not ready at 4.30pm when we arrived. We were met with a cleaner who needed “10 minutes” to pop up and clean the room. We walked around the block 3 times and it was ready at 5pm. The “quick clean” was not done very well, with the main bathroom shower and ensuite dirty and sticky residue on the floors. The silicone in bathrooms themselves is mouldy and brown and there was no tea towels or pool towels provided. Kitchen table/chairs are about to fall apart and we sat on the floor to watch TV as it was comfier than the couch.

• Kate (9/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location, walking distance to train station, Sea Life aquarium and the Chadstone shuttle bus depot to go to Lego Land. The pool was excellent, great depth for younger kids and a great way to fill some time without having to go out about about. Very accommodating host who allowed us to drop our bags off a little early so we could explore after a morning flight over to Melbourne. Great communication from host also. It is a minimalist apartment but we didn't need much for our weekend stay. Basic kitchen utensils and cooking equipment available. A clothes airer for wet swimming clothes on the balcony would be handy, however the host was very appreciative of this feedback.

• Eleesha (7/5): Convenient location, Friendly hosts - Convenient to southern cross train station and trams. Location was perfect for our stay. Host was quick to answer questions and very friendly. We booked for 5, we had to ask for an additional towel (which was promptly delivered), minimal cutlery and dinnerware (we purchased more and left there). Would be beneficial for hosts to provide a booklet containing information on level to pool, car park usage, close stores for groceries etc. Apartment wasn’t cleaned very well, bathroom sink had soap scum and shower had black hair in drainage. Mirrors were very dirty. Cloths in kitchen were dirty.

Everything was designed for ultimate comfort, from the cozy beds to the stylish furnishings. The space felt warm and welcoming, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The perfect location and breathtaking view were just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to stay here again

It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The cozy beds, thoughtful details, and well-arranged furniture made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal, the view was stunning, and the hosts were super responsive. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
