• kathryn (5/5): - Loved the view and pool facilities. Everything was okay, except, I thought the bedroom with the two single beds was way to small to accommodate adults. The door in the bathroom would not shut unless force was used.

• Nicole (3/5): Disappointing Stay Due to Cleanliness Issues and Lack of Communication - Location was good and view was beautiful Unit not properly cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Walls are in poor condition. Furniture falling apart. Property Manager didn’t communicate with us the entire stay. Wifi did not work.
• Shona (6/5): Great location, apartment needs a glow up. - Great location, pool was fab, brilliant view! Apartment was tired needed a lick of paint everywhere. The cups and plates were dirty, one of the single beds you can't lock the wheels and it moved which was annoying when trying to sleep.
• Guest (8/5): Lovely stay, small apartment but perfect for a couple days away! - Great location, Great view perfect apartment to relax with the wonderful facilities but enjoy everything the city centre also has to offer. It would have been nice to have a few extra cleaning products in the apartment e.g bench spray, and more washing up liquid as this was basically empty on arrival. I understand that we as guest usually have to buy extra things like toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc. But a few simple things, like having those espically for guest only having a short stay would be a nice extra.
• William (6/5): - It was good for my family. Great with the indoor, outdoor pool and gaming. Laundry in the room was great as well. All in all good 2 nights stay. Due to safety reasons. We did not stay at our required accommodation the Q1. Hard to understand email to find the lock box for our late check-in. And key drop off to a news agency. Which is abit confusing.

• Shuang (8/5): Good trip, good choice - Very good location, close to everything. Nice ocean view , my son very like the swimming pool. The second bedroom’s beds were too soft and the wheels can’t lock, always move.
• A (3/5): Not value for money. - Location AC has stopped working during our stay, it was boiling hot. Stingy with supplies like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.
• Peter (4/5): Disappointing room for such an iconic property. - Great location, great views Place was very hard and bare - no decoration, no 'homeliness'. Very basic furnishings. No soaps, shampoos, body wash etc in bathroom. Skirting board in living room very crudely replaced - unable to fit the wireless router plug properly. Twin beds in room 2 were unstable - on wheels and moving around a lot.
• Virginia (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Everything! Host was awesome in accommodating. Dishwasher was broken and smelled bad when trying to open. Very minor
• Stacy (3/5): Room needed a lot of maintenance, very poor condition for the price we paid elsewhere. - Location and facilities (pool, gym, though we didn’t use them) Room was very worn, scratches all over walls doors. Architraves were in the way of plugging in power points such as phone chargers beside beds. The wifi modem was also unable to be plugged in. The fridge (or something creaked all night.) The metal strip from the tiles in the kitchen to lounge room had lifted at least 10cm and a massive trip hazard. We went told of a full day jackhammering in the building during our stay. The unit also didn’t feel that clean, seemed like it had been used for parties. When we asked to cancel the remaining 2 days of our three day stay, the staff were good although we still go charged more than half the accommodation cost but only stayed one night.

I wasn't aware it was in the same building as the skypoint We received info about parking but not enough as there are more entrances and have chosen the wrong one. We also expected heated pool ( one of most important reasons this apartment was chosen in July) but there was actually indoor pool heated only

• Haley (8/5): Amazing views with easily configured bed options!! Great family getaway :) - Great location! Did one breakfast on ground floor at local coffee shop. Second breakfast at Q1 SkyPoint Level 77 with amazing views! Some lights not working and minimal hand soap, but could be easily fixed.
