• Michelle (9/5): Great value in Osaka. - A lot of space in the apartment and very clean. Nice couch. Washer and dryer inside apartment were convenient. Close to metro. Great restaurants nearby. NA
• Ludy Ann (9/5): - 10-15mins walk to train station, there is two supermarket nearby and lawson and family mart. the rooms and bed is big. its complete with amenities and kitchen appliances that you need for your stay. it so good and affordable. my family were comfortable during our stay no elevator but its manageable because of the layout of the building.
• Brackenreg (8/5): - 3 bedrooms with Western style beds. Washing machine n dryer were fast n efficient. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Stairs up to rooms, especially not good in rain. Without a car it was a longish walk to stations n any shops. We originally booked expecting to hire a car, but without car it was out of the way. Outlook was pretty grim in industrial type setting along canal.

• Riku (9/5): 実家感があって居心地が良く、安心しました。 - ・清潔でした。 ・ベッドが沢山あって、テレビも大きく居心地が良かったです。 ・スタッフの対応が良かったです。 ・洗面台が綺麗でした。 ・各部屋にエアコンはあったけど、リビングにエアコンが無くて部屋を温めるのに時間がかかりました。 ・電車の音が気になりました。
• rrri (8/5): - 問い合わせの対応がとても良かった。泊まる前から丁寧に対応してくださりましたし、チェックアウト後に忘れ物をしたときも取りに戻ることができました。 立地もよく、滞在場所としてはとてもいい場所でした。とても広く、7人でもベッドは足りました。 食器など、備え付けのアメニティも多く使いやすかったです。 トイレに換気扇がなかった。（消臭スプレーはありました） 自分らはあまり気にならなかったですが、踏切が近くにあるため音が気になるかもしれない。 4階に泊まりましたが、エレベーターがないためキャリーケースなどを持って上がるのは大変です。 ソファベッドがあると記載されていましたが、見つけられなかった（全てダブルベッドだったので寝ることはできました）

• 周 曉梵 (10/5): - 我住401的12人房，設備都很齊全，但是建議10入住會比較舒適，我們住了6天，很好 沒什麼不喜歡，但是剛開始從西九條走真的很遠，建議從千鳥橋出站，旁邊有超市，也有藥妝店，出站後過馬路一直直走到快底時看到粉色房屋左轉進巷子到底左邊有停車場，停車場有樓梯走上去就是了。

• Nishida (5/5): 大家族出行くのは、良いホテルだと思うが、静かには難しい - たくさんベッドがあった 朝起きたのが、鳩の鳴き声が気になるぐらいだったから。 荷物が多いと、4階まで上がるのが大変。 子ども連れだと、中々静かに過ごせなかった。 テレビが映らなかった。

• Masaya (10/5): コスパ良く、遊びの拠点に最適！ - リピート利用です。 お部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。 無料駐車場もあり、空きがあればチェックイン前の駐車も対応してくれるのが嬉しいです。 また少し歩きますが、西九条駅から徒歩圏内なので、USJやその他へ遊びに行くにも便利なところが良いです。 特に無いです。

• Evelyn (5/5): Definitely not upto to expectations - Nothing We had to walk up 3 steep and narrow flights of steps. Rooms were very small and there was a strange smell in the room. The building that the apartment was in was very rundown and there was no clear indication where the apartment was, nor information from the host.
• Davide (1/5): Do not Book this place - This place is not like advertised on Booking. Firstly the house itself looks decrepit. I have never in my life seen a worse maintained house in my life. Everything is rusty, old and just dirty in the hallway and outside the house. Then the apartment itself is big and quite cheap. But we could not stay there as every single bed was not made with washed linen. They all had hair everywhere and stains. There's also a strong smell of old tatami, which some may not enjoy at all. The train passes pretty close to the apartment so it is quite loud, yet it is in the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a favour and do not book this apartment. We did not even get our money back, even tho we did not stay in that apartment for a single night, since it is prepaid.

• Daiju (7/5): 設備や立地、居住性から良い宿泊場所だと思います。 - 内装はとてもきれいで洗濯機、乾燥機など設備も充実していた。 台所周りの備品も清潔で安心して使用することができた。 寝室が3部屋あり状況にあわせて使用できるので助かりました。 外観はかなり年季が入っており、部屋までの経路が分かりにくかった。（3階の奥の部屋でした） 部屋の中で2回虫が出たこと。 道路側の寝室は下の階の声がかなり聞こえので、寝る時に気になりました。

• Jeaneal (10/5): Walking distance to a train station with clean and comfy accommodations. - It was a nice quiet location to rest after spending all day walking sound. Is just a short walk from a train station making it convenient.
• Austin (6/5): If you are coming by car it’s a quiet and neat place to rest but I wouldn’t recommend if you are relying on public trans - Washing machine and dryer were very handy. Beds uncomfortable, could feel the springs! Satin sheets also not to our liking. A couple of cockroaches were in the kitchen. I know this can’t be helped sometimes. A lot of messages to be quiet in the lead up to our stay, due to being in a residential area. We respect this request of course but maybe it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel?
• JUNKO (4/5): - 家電が揃っていて、広く、ハイシーズンでもまとまった日数が取れたこと。駐車場が無料。ただし、建物内駐車場は早いもの勝ち。 シーツは清潔でした。 それ以外は不潔でした。 ずっとゾワゾワしていました。 あまりにも汚かったので、掃除しながら過ごしました。 ゴム手は必須です。ラムーで買えます。 キッチンの窓枠には謎のべたべたした茶色い汚れがついていて、窓枠を拭くと布が真っ黒になりました。ほかの窓枠には誰かの忘れ物のピアスが片方落ちていて、ベッドの脇からは古びた緑のチェックのシュシュ、ベッドの下をのぞくとペットボトルのゴミがほこりにまみれて落ちていました。 そして、ベッドとベッドの間からは誰かの脱いでひっくり返した靴下が出てきました。 なんだか、事件の幕開けのようで、ワクワクしますよね？ 実際、インターホンの過去の動画をみると、なぜか警察官が映っているときがありました。 ケトルのフィルターは薄く赤茶色に汚れ、水を流せばつまりかけた排水口は延々と「ごぼ…ごぼっ…ごぼっ」と言います。 乾燥機も洗濯機もあります。家族連れにはとても助かります！！！ しかしながら、洗濯機の糸くずネットは満杯で、まず掃除する必要がありました。洗濯物がほこりだらけになりました。 乾燥機は、室内に排気がでる作りだったので、熱気と湿度で部屋が南国になります。大阪で南国気分を味わえます。 だからエアコンで除湿をかけるのですが、いよいよ本格的に乾燥機が働くぞ！と佳境に入ると、乾燥機の排熱＆湿気VS.エアコンの除湿になるので、アンペアが上がって乾燥の途中でブレーカーが落ちます。 なので、エアコンと乾燥機の戦いを時々監視しに行く必要があります。 床はなんだかベタベタしています。クイックルワイパーの本体はあるので、拭くところは買えばよいです。 掃除機はあります。掃除機をかけると吸いが悪いので、ひっくり返すとなんということでしょう。 びっくりするほど髪の毛が絡まってしめ縄状態です。そりゃ、回転しないわ。 ほどこうとするものの、髪の毛によるしめ縄は強固で、結局先端を分解して、四苦八苦してとりましたが、知らない人の抜け毛を触るのはゾッとしました。 また、階下の駐車場が満杯だったときに、タイムズを利用しました。あらかじめナンバーと車種を伝えたら、無料になるという案内だったので、伝えておきました。だから無料で停められそうだと思っていたら普通に有料でした。 何泊かする予定だったので、今後無料にならないかと思って次の日「どうやったら無料になりますか？」と聞いたら、今まで日本語のやりとりだったのに、なぜか英語で「事前の予約が必要です」って回答が来ました。 ナンバーと車種を伝えることで、リザーブになるかと思ってました。それだけではだめだったなら、そう言ってくれればよかったのにと思いました。とはいえ、駐車場代は880円だったので、無料みたいなもんですね！ 屋根があり、壁もあり、階段もある。エアコンもついていて、家電もあって至れり尽くせりです。ロケーションもなかなか良いし、駐車場つきです。一部屋の予約で、二部屋使えます。

• YUKI (7/5): - 静かで、交通の便がよい、買い物もしやすい、駐車場つきで便利、全体的には整っている、備品も揃っている、USJから二駅で、帰りに駅前スーパーで買い物もできる バスルームの排水が溜まりやすい、バスタオルが臭う物があった、リビングには少しの髪の毛や塵が落ちていて清掃が完璧とまでの印象がなかった。

• KIMIHIKO (8/5): - 掃除が行き届いていた。 万博、USJのアクセスが良い。 洗濯機、乾燥機が使えるのが良い。 浄水器がついているのが良かった。 部屋全体がかび臭かった。 洗濯物にもカビの匂いがついたので、お掃除してくれると良いのでは。 ベットマットがあるとなお良い。 テレビが見れるとなお良い。
• Giselle (10/5): - We really like the neighborhood, it was very quiet and clean. The property manager or owner was very quick with responses. The space itself was very clean and what I really like was the use of the washing machine. After each day having sweaty clothing it was amazing being able to clean our clothes. As we had a rental car one they had a parking spot available which was amazing, most places have pay per day parking and that can become pricey. The book they provided helped us navigate everything we needed in the house. If we had taken the subway the property was 8 minute walk from Osaka loop line. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

• Tammie (8/5): Very clean and tidy. - Great size. Loved having space for my kids. Also loved they had Netflix. Loved they had a washer and dryer Was a little out of town. But we still found local shops only 7mins away
• Peter (7/5): Saubere Zimmer mit etwas längerem Fusweg zur nächsten Bahnstation. Host war nicht erreichbar. - Die Lage war nah zu den USJ. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und man hatte eine Dachterrasse. Sie war etwas außerhalb gelegen und nah an den Gleisen gebaut mit regelmäßigen Zugverkehr. Der Host war nicht zu erreichen.

• Toni (10/5): For the overall rating I enjoy my stay in 100% rating not only me but the whole family we have a very comfortable queen - So clean and so nice comfy and with all amenities for long stay used like the washing machine with drier, the hot and cold in all source of water and many more plus theres no 2nd or 3rd floor its a one flat house Its a little bit walking distance to the main road where you can find the train station and grocery stores but its fine with me its a just a bit walk
