• Nicholas (6/5): Stay for the location and views - not the quality of the apartment. - Amazing views and fantastic location. This property needs serious maintenance. Tiles falling off in the bathroom, fabric on the hallway walls dirty and damaged, stains on the furniture and kitchen bench.
• Ethan (4/5): Amazing view very unclean - Amazing view, but that’s where it stops. Black mould, lots of dust, missing tiles, stains on carpet and lounge. For a “penthouse” I expected this to be more decent, especially for the price!

• Valerie (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The apartment is tired. Needs updating but that wouldn't stop me from going back to it.
• Nick (5/5): Passable - Very good location, apartment a bit run down but didn’t affect our stay. Unfortunately we were given the incorrect parking information on checking in (check in is off site). We had 3 cars and were told to park one in a particular numbered park and the others anywhere that didn’t have reserved or a bollard. When I questioned this they said to let them know if there was any issues and they would send alternative parking via email. We found out parking permit is also needed to display in your window, (this was not provided) Your number plate needs to be given to on site reception, or your car could be towed if you stop anywhere on the property, inside or out. We we ended up getting abused by the on site manager (Mark) and threatened to have the cars towed. We moved the car within an hour and four parking for $4 per hour, (this added up a lot over the 3 days!) We let q stays know on the first day of our stay and they emailed us alternative parking after we had check out.

• Rebecca (10/5): A great getaway at a fantastic location, in a massive, superb unit. - Location and size of apartment. The view was amazing. Unfortunately a lot of the cupboards were locked in the kitchen so we had no where to store food - which was inconvenient for a family of six on a weeks holiday!

• John (6/5): Great location and apartment. Management need to improve. - Location, great size, living area exceptional A balcony door was left open and rain soaked the carpet. The management was contacted immediately but did nothing for 3 days in which time then carpet started to smell like mould. There was no toilet seat in ensuite. This is fine for a prison, not so good for a holiday rental.
• Isaac (5/5): If it wasn’t 1/2 price I would have been really disappointed- penthouse, more like cheap house - Location, view, aircon Missing toilet seat, leaky toilet, wifi didn’t work in any of the bedrooms only in loungeroom- effected client ability to relax in room, pool was closed for 1/3 of stay, dusty air vents/ surfaces
• Hartley (4/5): Loved the views and location. Price was fair. But cleanliness, and points mentioned above was very unsatisfactory. - Location and views Missing toilet seat. Stains on walls, floors, cushions. Ripped fabric on wall. Overall cleanliness was poor and disappointing. Not at all a reflection of photos at time of booking. Also, confusing and frustrating having one check-in address, and then another address for actual apartment. Finding our parking space on arrival was a nightmare! No clear direction at all.
• Lilyan (6/5): Pleasant - two big lounge rooms were great and good location. toilet was broken from previous people at the apartment and no discount or compensation was offered from Q stay. the apartment had many stains all over the carpet in each room. some seats on the balcony were rusty.
• Shaun (9/5): We had a fantastic time this is a great location with good facilities. - Very spacious and great views. It is also a great location close to restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of things that could be tidied up for minimal cost such as the shower caddy that is cracked and rusty.
