• Kinane (8/5): Bel emplacement - Appartement super sympathique, moderne, bien situé et avec de bon équipements. Les hôtes étaient également accommodants. Le canapé-lit ainsi que les coussins n'étaient pas très confortables.

• Roy (7/5): Good - La cercanía con la estación de tren y del centro. Ubicación muy tranquila. La comunicación con el dueño y también la atención de dejar shampoo y gel de ducha para cada persona. Además recibimos el Ticino Ticket que nos permitió viajar gratis a muchos lados. El sofá cama no es nada cómodo y rechina muchísimo. Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina.
• Charles (8/5): A few tweaks and this place would be ten out of ten, internet was the biggest bummer. - Positives * Beautiful apartment well laid out, very modern and new, lots of storage for an extended stay. * Well equipped nice pots, one fry pan,so so quality * Comfy bed * Coffee and Nespresso machine thank you. * Stepped walkway goes all the way downtown, is beautiful but steep may have problems coming back up. We walked everywhere. * Washer and dryer * Nice touch with the bags of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Negatives * Not for the mobility challenged, stepped walkway to apartment is steep and made of cobbles, big roller bags beware. * Zero internet, contacted the owner they attempted to give us an alternate. Alternative did not work. * Not enough pillows, quality varies. * A welcome binder with some suggestions of sites to see and good restaurants. Also, directions on how to use the washer. * Half the light fixtures in the bedroom the bulbs are dim or don’t work at all.
• Elitsa Emilova Nikolova (9/5): Препоръчвам - Апартаментът много ни хареса, защото беше чист и модерен, оборудван с всичко необходимо. Домакините се бяха постарали да е приятно на гостите с осигурена посуда и удобства. Комуникацията с домакините беше отлична, дават ясни инструкции как се стига до къщата и като цяло препоръчваме да приятен престой. Съветваме хубаво да огледате инструкциите как се стига, защото града не е особено пригоден за пешеходци и входа и малко труден за откриване. Не ни хареса часа на изнасяне и напускане, който разбира се предварително беше упоменат – след 16:00 и до 10:00. Тези часове са малко неудобни за гостите, затова четете внимателно. :)
• leoni notari (5/5): Bello il posto ma deludente sotto vari adpetti appartamento e gstione. Leggendo i commenti mi sono accorda che vari prob - La location. Il riscaldamento rotto, il wifi che bon funzionava, la finestra che non chiudeva (per fortuna la stagione era mite). Inoltre la lavastoviglie perdeva e la cucina era accessoriata al minimo. Nessun gancioper appendere la biancheria in bagno

• nicola (8/5): Vicino alla stazione e alla funicolare - Camera da letto molto spaziosa, cucina e bagno moderni, doccia grande. Appartamento ben riscaldato e pulito. I guanciali piccoli e sottili . L’indirizzo non era esatto, abbiamo faticato a trovare la casa. Siamo stati aiutati da una gentilissima signora che per fortuna conosceva la struttura.

• Alexandre (7/5): - La position dans Lugano est très pratique. On se rend rapidement au centre à pied (attention le retour est quand même raide ;-)). En marchant à pied nus nous nous sommes rapidement rendu compte que le sol n’était pas très propre. Pas de chiffon pour nettoyer les surfaces et le siège des toilettes était fixé de travers. RAS sinon.
• Javier (8/5): Buena experiencia, salvo la escalera de la calle, y que Lugano , estaba en obras en todas las calles y los navegadores a - Todo estaba bien, salvo la entrada , una escalera bastante pesada, y para meter y sacar el equipaje era bastante cansado El alojamiento era perfecto

• Anna (8/5): Nice clean apartment, good value for money if you are looking for a place with a kitchen. - Nice and clean apartment, close to the city center and to the train station. Good kitchen. Clear instructions how to get to the place. The linens on the bed were bomb!! There was construction nearby so it was really noisy in the morning. The location is on an angled pedestrian street that is all stairs so no matter where you park you have to drag all your luggage through it. The kitchen didn’t have oil, salt or pepper. The WiFi was working poorly during the rain.
• Aurora (8/5): Good stay for long and short term - Very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The gate at the entrance was very hard to open, at first I needed to jump. After that I asked the property and they told me to push a little bit stronger and I actually worked.

• Magdalena (6/5): The overall stay would be really nice if not those inconveniences. Apartment is modern in a good location and has a pote - The apartment itself is very modern and location is convenient close to the station and within a close proximity to the old town. Nice to have an air conditioning during hot summer months. Dishwasher was broken leaking before we even arrived and the staff left a damp cloth where the leakage was. I think it’s a little arrogant to provide a first impression when guests arrived. After using the tab water in the kitchen it turned out that it is not only dishwasher causing the flooding but also by simply running the water. It was fixed fairly quickly but it unable us to function normally for 2days and we had to mop the floor each time we used it. Not great especially when visiting with a little baby. In addition, a member of staff closed the entry gate to the building one day and we couldn’t enter the apartment standing in the rain with a pram. It was very stressful since we only had a key to the apartment and it didn’t work to enter the gate. Again, surprising that someone locked the gate if guests are in the building. It’s a mistery how it’s even possible..Also, mosquitoes nets on the windows could be added since there are a lot of them.
• Ali (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable stay in a very well kept, clean apartment. - Fantastic communication, and contrary to what some of the reviews have stated they give clear instructions for the property (short walk away from station) and how to get the keys. Very clean, and all inclusive apartment. Air con is a real bonus in summers. Have some shops nearby for groceries at station, and around the area. Definitely would be looking to stay again when back in Lugano (with a good deal of course).
• Móteiro (8/5): Very good - Very close to Lugano center and train/bus station. Excellent conditions. Host was very helpful and kind. I would suggest to improve/upgrade pillows and bathroom towels.
• Elina (7/5): The apartment was good, but the customer service was awful, rude and unfriendly. - Good location. Renovated, clean apartment. No microwave despite the listing said a fully equipped kitchen.
• Rostam (5/5): Passable - Report: The dish upon arrival were dirty upon inspection and water was collected in the dishwasher when first opened to be used.
