yaw hock (7/5): management will upgrade renew the all toilet seats. - Location is good, but there is nothing grand or much happenings. The man made beach is well kept and the condo public area is good. Except the jazuzzi facility has been out of order for long time. This unit 1802, bay point rooms toilet seats appeared to be dirty with stains of mold. There is no microwaves provided and plastic cups only. It seems the rice cooker is old n dirty stain inside. No laundry powder available even washing machine is available. As near the main road, is not a quiet environment due to motorists around. Main hall air conditioning tripped due to error- need servicing and repairs.
