• Sheeras (10/5): - The proximity to the checkpoints, the cleanliness, ease of checking in and out, comfortable beds and ease of getting around. It can be a little noisy due to the proximity to the CIQ cos of the trucks honking but its bearable and everything else was good. Also, maybe can leave a few extra garbage bags so we can change when the bin is full.

• kasan (6/5): - The staff was very helpful and friendly. We wanted to extend our stay and the staff made it easy for me. The guard staff at the guard house was friendly too. The instructions given by the staff to retrieve the key was straightforward. The rooms were very clean. There are playgrounds and a swimming pool too for those with kids. The pools are simple and clean too. Our room view was magnificent. The bed wasn't comfortable for us to sleep. You can see the city square mall and komtar, but it's not friendly to walk from the apartment to those malls especially with kids. We don't drive so, we had to take grab just to go to the nearby mall. I think it would be easier for those who drive to go to the nearby malls. The traffic around the apartment was horrible probably due to the nearby construction. Without all these, it is definitely an awesome experience staying in the apartment

• Kugendran (1/5): It felt like a scam on this homestay and company - Nothing It’s was a ripped off seriously , very bad doing something like this for the value we paid ( saying this because we stayed at the same condo paying almost the same price which we get the whole unit with 2 rooms and a parking lot ) but everything about this company was a ripe off what was stated on the booking.com page and what we actually got on the day ( I even tried getting in touch with the customer service but they we rude , no solutions given and just cut off’s and late replies )

The mattress and bed is too high and stiff, the pillows were too stiff and giving bad nights sleep. The price charged isn't value for money, the host is very pushy to get us to check out and very unaccommodating to allow check out at 12:30 noon, and insisted on checking out by 11am which we had told them we were stuck in jam due to heavy traffic and heavy rain when we went out for breakfast.

• Nadia Ngatimin (10/5): Perfect - Easy-peasy check-in with clear instructions. One parking spot provided. Clean and comfortable unit that feels like home, with good security for peace of mind. This is the only place we choose to stay whenever we visit Johor. The only downside is they provide just one access card, which can be inconvenient for large groups who need to take turns using it.

• Tomas (8/5): - Zařízení je blízko hraničního přechodu do Singapuru. Výborný byl bazén na 7. patře. Apartmán je dobře zařízen. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem v letadle do Johor Bahru sledoval poslední díl Hry na oliheň, dokážu ohodnotit i ladění apartmánu ve stylu tohoto seriálu. Jinak bylo vše OK. Klíče jsme našli podle popisu, majitel komunikoval přes whatsapp, postele připravené a pohodlné. Vyhlídka na město fascinující. Obchůdek se vším (kromě piva) 24/7 hned pod barákem. Takže bez problémů. Asi největší výtka se týká přístupu k pěším hostům. Vše je zařízeno tak, že návštěvník dorazí autem a hotovo. Hostitel za to asi tak úplně nemůže, ale i tak by se určitě dal vyvinout tlak na majitele komplexu. Do baráku se dá pěšky dostat jenom úzkým průchodem mezi závorou a kukaní pro vrátné. To je fakt nedůstojné. Žádná recepce, žádný přístupový chodník. Fakt divné... Jo - a ještě jsme zaznamenali nějaký zvláštní smrad, jehož zdroj se nám nepodařilo odhalit. Přes noc jsme si buď trochu zvykli nebo se to zmírnilo, takže to tak nevadilo. Mysleli jsme, že jsme si něco přitáhli třeba z trhu (durian to nebyl), ale ani ve věcech jsme nic neodhalili. takže to pro nás je nevyřešená záhada.

• Croisy (10/5): Parfait! - Tout est parfait: grand, beau et spacieux, lits confortables, cuisine, machine à laver ect…Les gros +++: la piscine et la salle de gym! Ainsi que la console de jeux vidéo pour revivre des souvenirs d’enfants avec des bon vieux jeux comme Mario Bros ou tetris ! Une deuxième clé serait pratique sachant qu’on ne peut rien faire sans (accès ascenseur, piscine…). Ça nous permettrait d’être plus indépendants
• Thomas (10/5): Top - Magnifique appartement. Incroyable vue. La piscine est à couper le souffle, et on a pas eu le loisir de tester la salle de sport qui est sublime. Plus la place de parking et le prix, résidence ultra sécurisée... Si vous devez vous arrêter à Johor Bahru, c'est ici. Absolument rien
