tasia (2/5): We love the area but unfortunately paid a lot for very little. - The house is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shops. We stayed 8 nights with 6 people and, for the price paid, the property was poorly resourced and uncomfortable. On arrival we found empty or insufficient essentials (laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper), no cooking oil or salad bowl, no beach towels, and only two out-of-date coffee pods. The Wi-Fi did not work despite trying both the house details and the property manager’s password. Storage was inadequate with no wardrobe in the master bedroom and the downstairs wardrobe blocked by a bed. Seating was insufficient for all guests and some dining chairs were damaged. We’ve stayed in cheaper properties in the area that offered a much higher standard and all essential amenities. This accommodation did not represent value for money and having to purchase basic household items was very frustrating.
