Paulo (10/5): - I had an excellent stay at Brickell Arch Residences by Palermo Home Miami. The apartment is very clean, well decorated, and offers an amazing view. The location is perfect, right in Brickell, close to everything. The comfort was great, with a very comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were very good, and the free parking is a big advantage. Check-in was easy and smooth. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Sergio Andrés (8/5): Reevaluar - La ubicacion, las instalaciones y el ambiente La alarma contra incendios y el proceso de restablecer el sistema muy malo, a la madrugada maa de 1 hora con el ruido y sin estar preparados para la situacion e informar a la torre la situacion. El sistema de tarjetas me parece un reproceso y es engorroso, subir, bajar y volver a subir, muy costoso el valet parking.

Chechodard (8/5): Appartement bien situé, calme avec parking👍. Rafraîchissement et nettoyage indispensable!!☹️ - L’appartement, situé au 29ᵉ étage, offre une belle vue sur Key Biscayne. Celle-ci reste toutefois partiellement limitée par la présence d’immeubles situés en face et sur les côtés. La distribution des pièces est très agréable. Le logement est particulièrement calme, sans nuisances sonores provenant des autres appartements ni de l’extérieur. Une place de parking est également incluse avec le logement. L’appartement nécessite clairement un rafraîchissement important. La moquette est très sale et devrait être remplacée ou au minimum nettoyée en profondeur. Le filtre du sèche-linge n’avait manifestement pas été entretenu depuis longtemps. Le canapé est très défraîchi et devrait être changé. À notre arrivée, le coffre-fort n’était pas utilisable ; nous avons dû chercher nous-mêmes le code maître sur internet pour réussir à l’utiliser. Nous n’avons également pas eu d’eau chaude le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. Enfin, le lit ne dispose pas d’un vrai sommier et le matelas est extrêmement mou, ce qui rend le couchage peu confortable. Ces problèmes sont bien réels et donnent l’impression que l’entretien de l’appartement n’est pas une priorité. C’est regrettable, car avec quelques travaux et un meilleur suivi, ce logement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.
Danny (1/5): Loud room with constant elevator noise and music from atrium - I liked very little about this property. The unit was spacious, that’s about it. The apartment was located near four elevators, and you hear them going up and down all day and night. It was so loud you could barely think about anything else when in the apartment. And if that wasn’t enough, the apartment also overlooks an interior atrium with a restaurant at the bottom of it. The restaurant is open 24 hours and plays music during all hours! During the day and evening it’s loud, so you have both the elevators and the music going in your apartment all day and night. It was truly the least comfortable to stay I had had anywhere. I could go on, like about not having an iron in the room (when the staff insisted it was there) and the three elevators you have to take from your room to get to the car. Avoid this place!

Madison (10/5): Perfect apartment - The view was incredible! The location was as well very practical, the parking was free as promised and this apartment had a kitchen so if you love to cook on your own, this apartment would be the perfect solution.
Mahesh (6/5): Room with no outside view, but opens to bar and restaurant. - The location is very convenient. It felt more like a federal prison. No view to the outside or water front. The balcony open into the atrium of the restaurant and bar. It’s extremely loud and busy until late night. The bathroom door is a sliding pocket door that has no handle and extremely sticky and hard to close or open. My wife needed my help every time to open/close door. My finger got a big cut while operating the door. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The room was close to the elevator hatch that was very noisy and rattling constantly during whole night. Only one set of towels for 3 nights stay. The bed frame is dangerously sticking out and hit my shin causing painful hurting. The coffee machine was not cleaned for many days with residues. Overall not very enjoyable.

The staff in the entrance doesn’t want to help you because you’re not hotel client. For luggage storage they take money from you on the day of checkout the apartments belong to owners and there is no reception, there is a smell in the Kitchen all the time

Cumbersome check in (multiple elevators, no staff to assist). It's basically an Airbnb/sublet apartment. There is an actual hotel there which makes the whole check in experience confusing.

Samir (9/5): Super appartement, super endroit, parking à côté, piscine agrèable, très bon rapport qualité / prix - Très central, quartier très sympa, se balader dans le quartier Brickell city center le soir est très sympa avec pleins de resto/café, miami metro rail juste en face pour visiter la ville est gratuit (il va un peu partout dans la ville, super sympa), l'appartement est grand, on était au 32etage donc la vue était magnifique, le salon et cuisine bien équipés, grand frigo, une chambre à coucher avec un lit king size, très confortable qui donne sur la salle de bain/douche aussi très grande. La cuisine bien équipe avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer le petit déjeuner ou le diner car Miami reste une ville très chère. Donc manger un peu à la maison vaut bien la peine. Le parking inclus, faudra juste descendre au rdz, traverser la cour pour arriver dans un autre building et monter en ascenseur, très pratique car se garer est un peu compliqué et assez cher (parking public minimum 20 USD par jour et pas forcément à côté). Dans le même building du parking se trouve la piscine chauffée, pas très profonde mais super sympa pour se détendre l'après-midi après avoir visité la ville et avoir fait du shopping. Très propre et bcp de place. Seul bémol avec l'appartement est le canapé lit. Canapé confortable pour s'asseoir mais le matelas est trop fin donc pas du confortable pour une adulte voire un enfant de dormir dessus. On a envoyé un mail à notre hôte et ils ont monté un matelas supplémentaire. Pas comme le lit mais bcp plus confortable. Une salle de gym dans le bâtiment assez bien, plutôt des machines cardio avec qqs machines de musculation, ca va pour faire 1 ou 2 séances. En gros, super appartement, clean, haut standing, grand appart avec tout ce qu'il faut, grand plus avec le parking et la piscine mais un canapé lit pas confortable mais avec le matelas supplémentaire ca va. Seule chose qu'on n'a pas du tout aimé c'était le canapé lit trop dure à cause du matelas trop fin. Heureusement, la réception a fait monter un matelas supplémentaire. Dormir sur ce seul matelas fin aurait été très difficile. C'est dommage car il faudra juste remplacer le matelas avec un autre plus épais / confortable et la note monte facilement à 10!

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE OF THE AKA BRICKELL CONDO WAS EXCELLENT & THE STAY FROM 11/27/2025 TO 12/2/2025 WAS VERY GOOD UNTIL THE NIGHT OF 12/1/2025 TIME BETWEEN 9:30-10PM OCCUPANT, DEBBIE, WHO HAD ALREADY GONE TO BED DUE TO A 6 AM FLIGHT THE NEXT MORNING. (NEED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT 2 HOURS BEFORE FLIGHT). (SO, UP BETWEEN 2-3AM ...TO FINISH PACKING. CALL UBER OR TAXI TO AIRPORT). A MAN HAD ENTERED THE CONDO WITH DIFFICULTY (MAKING LOTS OF NOISE & TALKING TO SELF & CUSSING). HE WAS GIVEN THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER & THE DOOR CODE TO WHERE DEBBIE HAD BEEN STAYING (FROM 11/27/2025-12/2/2025). HE ENTERED & WOKE UP THE OCCUPANT .... SAYING: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN MY CONDO. SHE REPLIED I HAVE IS PLACE UNTIL 12/2/2525 AT 11AM. SHE THEN CALLED 305-724-2410. THE GAL THAT ANSWERED WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE MAN ... THEN THE WOMAN HE HAD BARGED IN ON....THIS MEANS THAT THEY TEXTED THE MAN THE WRONG CONDO NUMBER & HAD GIVEN HIM THE NUMBER CODE TO GET IN. WHEN THEY RE-TEXTED HIM THE CORRECT CONDO NUMBER AND CODE HE STILL HAD PROBLEMS AT HIS CONDO & RETURNED TO DEBBIE'S CONDO TO GET THE PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT HAD TEXTED HIM THE INFORMATION. DEBBIE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME RETURNING TO SLEEP DUE TO THIS INCIDENT & NOT HAPPY ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. DEBBIE & I, CHRISTINE LEONG....WERE TO SHARE THE CONDO FROM 11/27/2025 TO 12/2/2025 AFTER OUR SURGERIES (I HAD BOOKED & PAID FOR THE CONDO) ... BUT MY SURGERY WAS CANCELED. I HAD TALKED WITH DANIELLA. SHE SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE THERE...I HAD RETURNED HOME TO MO. ON 11/24/2025. I WAS NOT HAPPY TO HEAR ABOUT THIS INCIDENT HAPPENING TO MY FRIEND DEBBIE.

MARINA (10/5): Très bon séjour ! - Très bel appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Bien équipé et bien situé. L’hôte a été très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le quartier est très bruit la nuit avec des voitures de course que l’on entend même au 28eme étage. La peinture des portes pourrait être refaite car assez abîmée.

Der Support war schnell und höflich Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Sauberkeitsbewertungen gewählt, wurden jedoch enttäuscht. Handtücher mit Make-up-Flecken, Haare in der Waschmaschine und Kaffeereste im Milchschäumer führten zu einem Gesamturteil von 4/10. Nach einer Anfrage an den Support wurde nur oberflächlich nachgereinigt; die Mängel blieben teilweise bestehen. Der Wasserhahn im Bad ist unpraktisch konstruiert: Entweder kommt kaum Wasser oder der Strahl spritzt alles voll. Die Bettdecke war besonders schlecht: kein richtiger Bezug, nur lose zwischen zwei Laken, was extrem unbequem war. Zusätzlich gab es fast jeden Abend laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht.

The gym was AMAAAAAZING, and I’m a massive gym rat! The place hit the spot! And the restaurant in the hotel “MARE”!!! Chef’s kiss!!! All day!! I didn’t like that I had to go home!! lol!
