• Oliveira (10/5): Ficamos encantadas e agradecidos. - A acomodação entrega o prometido. Ótima localização, próxima ao centro, acredito que 5 min andando.vozinha completa. Anfitrião disponível nas poucas vezes q precisei. Enfim, condomínio com poucos APs, local familiar, silencioso, confortável, amamos muito. E com certeza voltarei. Não tinha ferro de passar, porém nada que atrapalhasse nossa experiência.

• Thayane (10/5): Estupendo - Gostamos de tudo. Ficamos encantados com o apartamento e as instalações. Ele é espaçoso, suuuuper confortável e fica em um condomínio muito tranquilo e silencioso. Uma pena que ficamos apenas uma noite, pois estávamos de passagem. Mas ficamos com vontade de voltar e ficar mais tempo. Não temos nada a reclamar.

• Nina (8/5): Peace and quiet - The place is beautiful and secure, the host is friendly and helpful at all times. Right next to one of the main attractions of Lencoise. Lots of ants enter from below the main door and the balcony door.
• Gadiel (8/5): Great option - If you have a car and enjoy the ability to prepare your own meals, then you will appreciate the location of this property, the secure parking and the well equipped kitchen. The shower is very good. The balcony is pleasant. The option of both air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom is great for climate control. Lucas is a great host that cares about your experience and communication is good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Nothing major but a few things which could be improved: The mattress is small for two people. I appreciate this is to accomodate space for a single bed to also fit into the room, but if you’re only a couple using the bedroom then the experience overall is worse than just having one queen size bed. This set up of beds also means that the power outlet is not conveniently positioned for the double bed. The pillows simply need to be replaced. Worst pillows I have ever used - it’s almost equivalent to not having a pillow at all. Instead of providing hand soap, the bottle is refilled with 99% water and 1% soap. Very cheap. The rubbish bins provided are just way too small. I know this will sound like a ridiculous complaint, but remember if you’re booking a place like this it’s probably because you want to prepare your own meals. As it is, you very quickly fill the rubbish and need to frequently empty them. When we arrived there were 20 ants concentrated in one area. We thought this might be a recurring problem, but once we got rid of them they didn’t really return. This indicated that the cleanliness isn’t where it should be at least for our stay, which I guess is a better problem than recurring ants - pick your poison. Overall this is a good place to stay and clearly none of the issues are awful. With some simple changes Lucas could make this place a 9/10. If he improves the bed too it will be 10/10 (at least for couples, I suppose having multiple beds is better for groups and families).
