• Andrea Giorgio (9/5): Lo consiglio - Posizione ottima. Appartamento bellissimo, luminoso e spazioso. Piccole cose facili da sistemare: Suggerirei di cambiare un’abat jour della camera da letto perché rotta così come il telecomando della televisione. I cuscini sono un po’ scomodi. Sarebbe gradita anche una bottiglia d’acqua, sarebbe carino nei confronti degli ospiti.
• Cheryl (8/5): Charming apartment with some issues. - The location is great, the size and decor of the property were also really nice. Modern aesthetic. Now, beneath the surface, its clear there’s a few issues which is a shame because the property is actually really good. Firstly, the remote to the tv wasnt working. I messaged the host but got no reply which sucked as I didnt get to watch the giant screen once. Also the neighbour really hated any type of sound/noise. I played music on my phone as I had no entertainment and for about 10 mins the neighbour was banging hard, stomping and created a hostile environment. Clearly they didnt like the fact this was a rental property and made their feelings absolutely clear. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If I did have the tv working im sure there would have been a lot worse. Ive seen others review that the neighbours actually knocked on the door and confronted them. This is not fair on us and needs to be reviewed. Also, the spatula was absolutely filthy, thick with old food. I bought eggs and could not use it and I didnt want to clean it up after someone. The dish soap was extremely watered down also so I wouldnt have been able to clean it. Theres a lot of junk in the cupboards, old items just left there. There isnt a proper bin in the kitchen. The bath had a big gap which meant water would accumulate here it was hard to reach with the towels. Also awkward to enter the bath. There’s limescale on the fittings in the bath, felt a bit old and unclean. The kitchen balcony chair is stuffed in the corner, cant really sit on it properly. There was a lot of banging and noise coming from either the gym and neighbours. The lounge sofa was old and I felt the wood beneath it, had to use lots of cushions to feel comfortable. These issues were all noticeable so im not being picky. Just wished they would have been properly addressed so that I could have enjoyed my stay better.

• Anna (9/5): Nette Unterkunft, wenn man gern etwas mehr Platz hat - Sehr nettes Gebäude und großzügige Wohnung Mit geöffnetem Fenster ist es etwas laut verkehrsbedingt, was mich aber nicht vom Schlafen abgehalten hat 😉.

• Magnus (8/5): Hemtrevligt - Modernt, bra utrymme, bra kök, bra toalett, nära till tåg/buss, nära till mataffär, bra med air-condition, Lås-app för att komma in funkade inte men en granne hjälpte mig in, varmvatten funkade först inte men kunde fixa varmvattenberedare själv, lite kryddor/olja för matlagning vore trevligt (resten köper man själv), tyvärr dock en otrevlig granne som klagade på högt ljud, vilket det absolut inte var, (hon behöver nog vänja sig vid att det ibland bor folk i lägenheten!?!).

• Stanworth (8/5): Well equipped, comfortable apartment for city living - Great location for exploring Milan, tourism and culture. Metro and tram stops are a few minutes away. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Has everything you want for a few days stay in the city. Nice cafe just downstairs, supermarket across the road, all very convenient. Host sent us good instructions with photos, of how to find the apartment and how to enter. Make sure you follow the instructions sent in advance for setting up your account with the automated online admin service. Note that you need to use your smartphone for opening the street door the first time, so make sure you have a working smartphone with internet access, even without the wifi.

• Daniel (9/5): Awesome apartment in great location - Self check-in, roomy apartment, big smart-tv, good sofa, workdesk, good bed, great kitchen, good location with restaurants, grocery store and sports bar 5-6 min walk away, metro station just around the corner. One of the best I have stayed in. Elevator is small, like most italian buildings noise cancellation is non existent so you hear neighbours and trains. The jacuzzi leaked water on the bathroom floor so it was of no use (but shower works fine).
• Roy (8/5): Nice place, but they need to fix the electricity. And the contact person was of no help whatsoever. - Great location. Nice apartment. There was something wrong with the electricity. The blinds at the bedroom to enter the largest balcony triggered a short circuit. So we could not sit outside. And an alarm starting to sound in the middle of the night. The "host" did nothing for us.
• Sean, (10/5): Perfect Choice of our stay. - Beautiful modern property. Great location next to Tram with straight line to the Center. Everything was mostly perfect. Sofa bed was a little hard. There are two Elevators so make sure to use the Elevator on the righthand side as you enter the building.
• Katka (9/5): Great! - Very nice apptment, great location. Very spacious, AC in every room, outside blindes, very well ecquipped kitchen. Washing mashine and blow dryer in the bathroom 👌🏻 Metro station, grocery shop, restaurants, caffe close by. People in the building were super nice, we didn’t have any problem. I highly reccomend this accomodation. Little noisy main street at night, but we didn’t mind. For someone it might be a problem. But with closed windows it should be OK.

• K (6/5): Terrible appartment but great host - It was a horrible first night in Milan to stay in this apartment. We had been so exhausted but we had to meet some big issues in this apartment. Firstly, we were struggling to find parking lot around the apartment. It took almost an hour to find it. Then when we arrived at the main building, we couldn’t access into it since their entering system had to use the internet link which at that time it was down! Soo terrible that we had to wait againnn, until there was a lady who happened to enter the building too. Then we could enter it with her. After that we were shocked that the elevator was very old fashioned which had doors to close it before it went up! Our nightmare hasn’t ended yet. Since their internet was down, then we couldn’t turn on the aircon nor tv. Until we communicated with the host by video WA then he guided us to make the internet on again. It was reallyy reallyy such a nightmare experience in Milan! As a matter of fact, the apartment itself is nice, spacious and clean. And “another good point” was the host did fast response in all of our answers from the first time we encoutered the issue. At first I want to give 2 point as the review, but I respected his fast response, instead I give 6 then.

• Mark (8/5): Very good, with better double/triple glazing would have been excellent - - Convenient location - 2 minute walk to Metro line 5 for getting to the Allianz MiCo Milan Conference Centre and to Porta Garibaldi in the other direction for the Malpensa Express to the airport. Also only 5 minute walk to the Carrefour supermarket. - Kitchen well stocked with utensils (but missing a kettle and kitchen scales & wine glasses were oddly located away from all the other glasses and mugs in a cupboard on the other side of the kitchen - didn't find them until the 3rd evening); oven worked well - Large size of the apartment - Large Smart TV for watching Netflix, etc. - Very effective air con - Elevator worked (apartment is on the 5th floor) - Location on a busy road - traffic noise not generally too bad as on the 5th floor, but despite closed windows and shutters, could still hear some motorbikes screeching down the road in the evening and was woken on a few occasions overnight by the sirens of emergency vehicles - The air con turns off automatically when you go out, so be careful to remember to turn it back on again if you nip out to the supermarket - Shower took quite a bit of time to reach the appropriate temperature - One of the control panels for the window shutters in the bedroom was permanently lit up with a blue light and another panel had a flashing green light - would have affected sleep if I didn't find something to cover them up with
• Maksim (9/5): Great apartment in a nice area above Chinatown - if you are looking for acomodation outside the crowded touristy areas but still close (an easy 5-6 tram stops away from the Duomo) this is the place for you. 10 minute walk to Chinatown which is amazing and bustling with cool bars and restaurants. Easy check-in, responsive host, beautifully furnished with 2 balconies, full of natural light and elevator to the 5th floor. The duvet that was on the bed and was meant to be used to cover yourself had a huge yellowish-brown spot on it. It was pretty disgusting to look at. maybe use the duvet cover next time so people don’t actually see it. It’s supposed to be inside the cover and not as it was on the bed. Luckily it was hot so not necessary. It ended on the floor. One of two shower heads did not work (the flexible one on the hose so only the fixed one was operational).

• Sebastian (9/5): Very good but keep the msall elevator in mind. - very nice condo with everything you need when you bring your family for a trip to Milano. communication just outside the door that will get you anywhere in the city. The elevator is one stair up from the street and is rather small. We had a big stroller that we needed to carry up the stairs and which would not fit in the elevator without being completely dismantled.
