• Syafitri (4/5): Dissapointed with the bed room and bath room . - - Location is quiet - The owner of apartment is cooperative and easy to contact We came at 8pm and the owner told us that the room in ground floor ( sufficient for 3 people) is not ready yet . While we have 3 big luggages and he asked us to stay in 3rd floor and the room is smaller . We told him that the room is small and not sufficent for 3 people with 3 big luggages . The owner recommend us to use the ground floor with condition the bed sheet is not ready and the pillow cover not ready . We are ok to move . We found out the bath room is sharing while stated Private Bath Room ( there are other tenants in different floor) When we use the Bath room the door is hard to lock , so when my daughter use the bathroom we have to wait infront of the door to avoid she get locked inside . We decided to stay here only 1 night ( we booked 4 nite) and the owner understand and cooperative.
• Uliana (2/5): The room can be comfortable for two adults, but is completely uncomfortable for families with children or 4 adults - The apartment is located in a quiet area, the room is clean, the bed linen is new and clean The room was different from the description on the website, it is too small for 4 people, the sofa did not fold out, so only one person could fit on it. The owner gave us an extra mattress, but we didn't have a place to put it on the floor. And I think that sleeping on the floor is not ok. There is mold and dirt in the bathroom. We couldn't use the fridge in the kitchen, the TV didn't have a network connection, we never got the Wi-Fi password. It was noisy due to the fact that it is a separate room in a shared building, the room was not locked with a key. Poor communication with the owner
