• Johnny (9/5): - We verbleven in een pipowagen in februari. Zeer netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Genoeg leuke dingen te doen binnen een half uur rijden.

• Niek (10/5): Geweldig - Top lokatie, knus en heel gezellig ingericht. Ideaal voor 1 of 2 nachten. Kunt heerlijk eten en wat drinken bij de Bistro Papilon en sporten is ook mogelijk tegen zeer laag tarief.

• Rebecca (7/5): Knus, rustig en mooie locatie maar te weinig slaapcomfort - Rustige en mooie locatie in de natuur aan het water Geen enkel raampje kon open dus slapen zonder verse lucht zorgde voor een duf hoofd ‘s morgens, zeker omdat we de verwarming moesten laten draaien om het niet te koud te hebben. Volgende dag wel extra dekens gekregen op onze vraag want het donsdeken was te dun voor de koude nachten.

• Nadine (10/5): Einmalig und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft - Die Lage einmalig, Unterkunft sehr schön Eine Mikrowelle würde es eindeutig toppen

• Stuer (8/5): Fijne, gemoedelijke camping maar zeker ook nog ruimte ter verbetering. - Broodjes werden tot bij de accomodatie gebracht. De ligging van de accomodatie was zalig, midden op de vijver. De pipo wagens waren goed uitgerust en netjes. Bij aankomst was de receptie gesloten, alhoewel in de communicatie stond dat er iemand zou zijn tussen 15u en 17u was dit dus niet het geval. Ook bij vertrek was de receptie gesloten. Afval werd niet gescheiden! Het was niet helemaal duidelijk waar we alles (glas) kwijt konden.

• Manon (3/5): Gâchée par des odeurs d’égout très fortes! - La camping est sympathique. La roulotte bien aménagée et plutôt confortable. L’odeur!! problème important de reflux des canalisations ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement inconfortable. Impossible de dormir la nuit tant les odeurs sont incommodantes! À ce prix là, on s’attend à un peu mieux…
• Veronique (10/5): Confort et originalité dans un écrin de nature ! - Superbe endroit, au calme, à 15 min du domaine de Terhills, la roulotte offre tout le confort souhaité pour 4 avec douche et toilette personnelle dans la roulotte, air conditionné, tv, wifi et même machine à café avec 4 dosettes! Le luxe en pleine nature. Chouette Etang pour se baigner et le restaurant est de très très bonne qualité ! Tout était parfait ! Tout était parfait, rien à redire !

• Antonio (1/5): We decided to pack our stuff and go home after two hours there - The environment was not too bad It’s not a quiet place. The loudness of the music in the bistro was way beyond acceptable. Apparently they organised this party long ago. But none told me when booking that I would need to bear with an unwanted karaoke situation making my cabin shake and vibrate. Furthermore, the cabin is so badly isolated that you need to choose either baking or freeze under the air conditioning. After a couple of hours we packed back our stuff and we left the place. None cared about it when we gave them back the keys. We ordered cous cous and vol au vent at the restaurant and the food turned to be disappointing and expensive.

• Virginie (3/5): Loud music at the bar till midnight - The place is beautiful. Accommodation is cosy. Very loud music at the bar/restaurant all afternoon, evening, and night until midnight. I booked there for some peace and quiet, and that was an epic fail.

• Majid (9/5): Quiet and cozy place - The location and atmosphere were great, the room was cozy and clean, and the TV was smart which was great, and could watch Netflix and Youtube The toilet does not have a door, which causes a bad smell in the room, there is no supermarket in the complex, and because the restaurant is closed until the afternoon, you have to go out for shopping.
• Sprung (9/5): Romantic, dreamy, nature, everything I could have asked for! - I loved the warm energy of Bert and his colleagues at this camping village! The accommodation he gave us was on a quiet spot (as I requested) right on the little lake, with a beautiful and romantic view. I was impressed by the New years day brunch, how fresh and delicious the food was especially. Hiking in the area was easy to get to and the little camping accommodation was nice and cozy to relax in afterwards. Well heated and warm water, with a comfy bed. Would definitely come back here for another stay! Maybe later dinner hour availability? But most places in Belgium close around 20-22h. They were nice enough to recommend some nearby places for us to have dinner though!

• Daniel (4/5): Good but nothing special. - The cabin was verry clean near a little nice lake with a lot of funny ducks. It is not clear what you can do and what you can't.On the website you will see (barbeque) and when I call on the phone the propriety they told me (NO FIRE).I booked exactly for the barbeque because at 170€ you can book a four stars hotel in belgium.Anyway even if I bought everything before for the barbeque (coal,meat ,etc) I needed to let it home because (no fire).When I arrived on thr site, I saw that they have their own barbeque that you can use for free and if fact you can do fire.Not gonna lie for the price I payed, I can't say that my stay worth it.

But as a seasoned traveler, I am baffled by the high rating for this accommodation. The facilities in the room are poor, especially the cleanliness, which is terrible. Or maybe it wasn't cleaned at all. Mattress, quilt...

• Alina (8/5): We would gladly return there but we would look for other eating options. - The landscape, the nature, the silence, the cleanliness are all very positive points. Everything was very clean and in good order and the communication with owners very good. The setting is almost idyllic and perfect for a long weekend getaway. The pippo wagons are very nice and decorated with taste. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food. Although I read good reviews here, we found the food overpriced and not of great quality. We paid for a beef tagliatta and a burger the same amount we would pay in the city center of Luxembourg in a good restaurant. Also, the breakfast was a bit poor for 15 eur/ person, some pain au chocolat, croissant, bread, butter, confiture, yogurt, two slices of cheese,two slices of ham, a few slices of fruits. No options of eggs or any drinks included. Luckily we had a coffee machine and capsules in the room and we made some coffee. We were expecting more local and good quality food in such a beautiful natural setting.

• Liz (10/5): Do it! I’ve already recommended it! It’s excellent! No big issues at all but forewarned is forarmed. - Quiet, relaxing, picturesque. The lake & wildlife a beautiful bonus. The Wi-Fi in the cabins was very poor & didn’t really connect at all. This made the TV obsolete. However, I didn’t go to watch telly & connection to to internet was strong at the Bistro a few yards away if needed. Wording could be better regarding facilities. There is no minimart on site (separate building with essentials), I only bought water over the bar. The mini bar is a fridge. House keeping & laundry services are an add on & no towels are provided but you can get a small pack at the bar for a fee. Go to the local supermarket first… easy!
