• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing - The property owner provided very detailed instructions on how to access the keys, parking, and building amenities such as the pool. There were also helpful notes around the apartment explaining how to use various features. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. I stayed there to relax, and it was absolutely beautiful—I would definitely stay again. Nothing it was perfect

• Kirsty (9/5): Already looking forward to next time! - Our apartment was in a fantastic spot, close to shops, but still nice and quiet. Our host was fantastic and we couldn’t fault the room, our stay was lovely, easy directions from start to finish and everything we needed in our room was thought of and there for our use. A bit more than we would usually spend per night, but for a special occasion we will definitely be back. A little higher than our usual spend for accommodation. But that’s our choice and the room was definitely worth it!

• Kay (10/5): Very enjoyable - Location is close to public transport just outside the door. Close to restaurants and night life. Secure parking . The facilities were fantastic. They had everything; washing machine, dryer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Everything was great.

Even though it is close to a busy street, the double glazed windows and balcony doors are doing a great job, could not hear the trafic. Super helpful and friendly host, provided all instructions and answered our questions.

• Mark (8/5): As a builder myself i couldnt rent this property out without rectifying these issues, - no breakfast kitchen cupboard door was falling off and big gaping holes at the back of the overhead cupboards, not vermin proof excessive silicone everywhere in the bathrooms, must all leak as the door jamb was completely rotted out. mechanical gate blew off in the carpark making not secure heater unsecure from wall, very dangerous with kids.

• Geoff (10/5): Amazingly good, stand out stay ( I travel and stay in a lot of hotels / apartments) and I was very i - The apartment ( self contained) had many “essentials” for short stays that many accommodations do not offer I.e butter, cooking oil, half a dozen eggs and various condiments etc. well appointed rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Pillows were terrible

• Deborah (8/5): GREAT ACCOMODATION WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR A SHORT 2 NIGHT STAY IN CANBERRA - Midnight Luxe, met all our needs during our short 2 night stay with our grandchildren. Everything was provided to ensure we were comfortable & the facilities were excellent especially for children aged 6-12. What we particularly liked Lovely approachable host Tracy (quickly responded to all our questions etc) Comfortable beds Dinner table seating for 6 Pool towels provided & the pool Enough cooking/eating items to facilitate eating in Large TV + 2nd in main bedroom Washer & dryer provided & washing powder etc Great coffee machine & pods etc Private secure parking Whilst we did not eat out, you could clearly see there were many many local restaurants, in walking distance, open, for any type of personal cuisine options Thank you Tracey for a wonderful stay, we packed a lot into our 1 full day there in Canberra & kids really enjoyed their time at Midnight Luxe & Canberra everything was great. However maybe just a few extra tubs chairs to seat 6 comfortably watching TV etc as there was plenty of space to do this and somewhere to put our own soaps & bathroom products in each shower recess

The apartment block itself is a bit dark due to decor style but just a matter of personal taste - not a reflection of apartment or the thoughtful host.

• Doerthe (8/5): Cute, newish appartment in great location - location, swimming pool, sauna, balcony, directly opposite a tram stop. Wifi kept dropping out, I prefer linen or cotton sheets to plastic sheets, prefer real plants -all greenery/plants in unit and on balcony are fake, softer lighting options would be appreciated. Host request to score the property as 10/10 or not rate it at all, is not appreciated. It undermines the rating system.
• John (9/5): Perfect get away!! - The location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well stocked with utensils and some dining essentials. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The carpark. We were in a large vehicle and it was very challenging navigating down and up the ramps. Stupid design to be honest. Also car parks themselves aren’t sequentially numbered for some very strange reason. The guidance from the apartment management team (Tracy), was very clear and accurate thankfully.

Was centrally located and within walking distance to amenities. There was a venue playing music both nights we stayed ( Wednesday and Thursday) nearby through the evenings. It was loud enough that it could be heard with doors and windows closed. Was not able to connect my Netflix to the room as it kept dropping out ( even using my mobile data) so didn’t watch it.

Great communication with host. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. Stuffy smell in passageways after existing the lift.

Accomm exactly as advertised no hidden horrors - n/a suggestion - a small bbq on the balcony (maybe that was not permitted) maybe a little more shelf space in the bedroom cupboards as in both bedrooms these were packed full of towels and robes

Loved that the kids could swim in the indoor pool and I could use the gym during our stay. The apartment had a lovely view and really comfy beds. The photo instructions were also really helpful to check-in. Just a shelf in the shower for bottles and products would have been great, but that's so minor!

The location was exceptional in terms of proximity to everything we did and walkability to shops and loads of lovely places to eat!
