• Peter (6/5): Good location, but faulty electrical issues. Don’t recommend staying here. - The heating and lights didn’t turn on in 2 rooms. When I contacted the hosts they asked me try different remotes for the heating. Nothing they recommend worked.

• anna (7/5): Ottima posizione, ospitale per 4 persone. - Ottima la posizione, a shinjuku e, precisamente a kabukicho, quartiere notturno dove trovi golden gai e vari locali. A tratti può sembrare inquietante ma resta invece tranquillo. Fermata bus n.86 all uscita dello stabile, comodo per raggiungere shibuya crossing. Vari supermercati vicini e ben 2 fermare metro per raggiungere tutti i punti della città. Peccato per l assenza di uno specchio a figura intera, consiglio di metterne uno nell ingresso così da rendere più agevole la preparazione in contemporanea di più persone dato che l appartamento ha solo un bagno. Ci sono 3 stanze da letto ma più di 4 persone andrebbero scomode, un tavolo in cucina con solo 4 sedie. Il balcone sulla strada andrebbe pulito. L appartamento è al 9 piano servito da ascensore.
• JINGYAO (1/5): 极差 - 没有一点 最基本的客人入住前检查清楚，连空调坏的也不清楚。提醒了不认真处理，极度敷衍。空调坏的连个人为报告都出示不了。说客人坐坏收纳提示证据，客人全单赔付，也做不到。害我们被携程扣款。家用民宿真的不合适。还是老实选酒店吧。

• Carl (8/5): Very good - Convenient location close to Shinjuku in Kabukicho entertainment district. Comfortable apartment for three people. Easy check in. Noisy. Street noise and loud neighbors can be heard through the thin walls.

• Jeffrey (7/5): Convenient family stay. - Not too far from station, close to many restaurants. Big enough for five adults. Would prefer extra toilet.
• Jacqueline (7/5): Price and facilities are suitable only for a group of 6 people booking. No TV. - The location isn’t super good but not bad. I enjoyed walking from the apartment to Shinjuku area. Though the building itself is very old and elevator is quite run down but property and rooms are clean. I didn’t realise that the property didn’t provide TV. They have three rooms and all the rooms were filled up with two single beds and a double bed. It suits group booking instead of a family of 4 like us. The beds are not as comfortable as I can feel the spring on my back when I lay down and it made noises when I turned around during my sleep. When we checked out at 11am, the lift wasn’t working as it was temporary shut down for checking but no one informed us and we had to carry our luggages to walk down from 9th to 6th floor using stairs.
