This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. JULIE (8/5): The property is great but the basics, including linen should be provided - The layout was well set up to cater for our family needs with a private parent retreat. The view was wonderful We did not like the fact that there was lack of any basic amenities. It was very surprising for the amount of money we paid. There were no condiments provided at all. There was no salt and pepper, no teabags, no coffee, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner or even a garbage bin in the bathroom. There was no garbage bags provided at all. These are usually standard in most short term rented properties. As a travelling group this is very inconvenient and very annoying. There was a very small coffee pot suitable for two people only, yet the house is available to book for 7 people. There was no teapot either. We really felt that having to hire the linen was also an outrageous extra! Many other properties included linen, but I was not aware of this situation until it was too late.
