- Anna (7/5): Nice apartment and facility with some points for improvement - The whole facility is very new and looks nice. The apartment was good as well. However, the booking was for two people and we got towels only for one person and despite asking we never got the second set. One of the towels was dirty. Some dishes were not properly cleaned. The apartment doesn’t have dish washer and kettle. For us personally it was not a big problem but I believe this should be a standard in each apartment. There was no soap and only small shower gel. If you stay for a longer period of time you need to buy such things yourself. If you wish cleaning service, you should book it extra for extra charge. The lamp in bedroom fall down mid of the night. Hopefully this will be repaired for the next guests. The breakfast was extremely good and better than in any hotel we stayed in São Paulo before. The facility has a very good gym with new equipment and nice pools. Please note that they do not provide official invoice, saying that Booking should provide it. However, Booking doesn’t provide the invoice neither and refer to facility. All in all it was good, however, for this price the service and cleaning of the apartment could be better.

- Stefano (10/5): Nice stay in excellent aparthotel - Brand new luxury aparthotel, having 2 wonderful swimming pool (one with warm water, the other on the 26th floor - rooftop), nice SPA and gym with view towards green area. It also offer excellent breakfast included in the price, both buffet and à la carte with countless sophisticated dishes. All ambiences are very cleaned and stylish, including the apartments. The entire building is very safe, guarded by many bodyguards and with control room. Staff is super kind. Best price quality ratio compared to other options in the vicinity. Highly advised! Check-in was a bit confusing, because receptions are from the facility management, while the operators are externalised and you need to get in touch with them via WhatsApp and they send emails only in Portuguese for the various check-in instructions. Kitchen is not very much equipped, but I didn’t need it.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The rooftop pools the the community area are very nice! The room itself was also modern and clean, so perfect for a city trip. We loved the breakfast (yes its included even when it's not stated on booking). There is a buffet and you can additionally order pancakes, eggs benedics etc separately. The apartment was not equipped very well. Very basic things like clothing hangers were missing, so if you want to use the washing machine you have to get a bit creative.
