- Gontse (1/5): Poor Service by owner - The owner last minute cancelled our booking to accomodate their other guests who were asking for an extension. One had to look for other accomodation last minute. Booking was done two weeks prior to stay and the owner canceled us two days before our event. The owner cancelled the booking via WhatsApp which I do not use & later had to call me in the middle of the night to let me know my booking was cancelled and we were transferred to another accommodation somewhere 🥺😰 which was very very dodgy. Poor poor service by the owner.
