Sophie (10/5): Exactly what we needed as a base to explore west London. All communications were speedy, friendly and helpful. Would sta - All was as described. Clean, comfortable, close to tube. Would come back. Better mattresses in both bedrooms would have been a plus, but they were comfortable enough.
