• Joanna (10/5): A lovely wee apartment for two, it had everything you needed and more. The location was amazing and so central, with man - I loved the uniqueness of the apartment and location was excellent. You felt very secure and even though it was busy outside, once you closed the windows you couldn’t hear a thing. Even though it’s not a busy road just be careful going out the main door as you’re stepping straight onto the road, look right!

Есть все необходимое для проживания, немного не хватало освещения на кухне. Постель чистая и удобная. Контакт с хозяевами хороший. Разрешили оставить в номере багаж до заселения и после отъезда. За что большое спасибо! -
• marlene (10/5): - C'était parfait L'emplacement est incroyable, nous avons exploré différents quartier de Rome, je trouve que c'est le meilleur pour loger (proche de tout, plein de possibilités de restauration etc) L'appartement est vraiment ultra mignon, il correspond exactement à ce que nous cherchons, un petit endroit cocoon pour se poser et récupérer après de longues journées de marche😅 Le lit est très confortable, petit canapé pour prendre son café. La cuisine permet de manger a la maison ou de prendre son petit déjeuner facilement (nous avons juste indiqué qu'un micro onde serait intéressant a avoir 😉) L'appartement a été refait avec beaucoup de soin il y a un très bon double vitrage, un thermostat efficace, vraiment tout est très bien fait Nous recommandons++++ pour deux personnes

• May (10/5): Awesome! - The place and location are superb. Clean and all basic needs are provided. We loved our stay. Very close to the train station and the Colloseum. Host is responsive and genuine. Great stay. Will definitely stay there again! Just the bathroom lock needs to be fixed. I was lock in and we were in a hurry for a scheduled tour. Was panicking for a bit since we didn’t want to miss our scheduled tour.

• Ewa (10/5): Simply phenomenal - Amazing location and beautiful flat equipped with everything you can possibly need - could easily stay there for a week or mote. The decor is traditional which is very refreshing with today’s minimalist trends. We couldn’t ask for a better accommodation, especially for this price. Mornings can be noisy as nearby restaurants are throwing out trash, incl. glass bottles. It’s what you get when staying this central so it wasn’t much of a problem, for more sensitive ears sound stoppers may be needed.

У нас было самостоятельное заселение, все прошло прекрасно. Если будем еще когда-то в Риме, то обязательно вернемся в это жилье! Кровать скрипит, но нам это не мешало

• Josefa (10/5): Italian apartman in the centre of Rome - I liked the large space of the apartment, which, compared to hotels, also offers its own kitchen in a living room, spacious bathroom, and view. The Colloseum is just around the corner and the metro is 50m away. The airport shuttle (terravision) was on time and took us to the main station, which is in a walkable distance from the apartment. The apartment was pleasant, tidy, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. There were plenty of towels. Ask for an extra duvet in advance, Italians only sleep under a bedspread. Everything is provided, even a few coffee capsules. The owner of the apartment contacted us before our arrival, communicated throughout our stay, and after our departure. The apartment itself is set in old Rome, a few meters from the ruins of an ancient civilization. Everything is nearby. We walked to the city center (to the Trevi Fountain) several times a day, it's really a short walk. I recommend the apartment to people who want to get closer to Italy - the apartment is decorated in Italian style, there are beautiful chandeliers and a wooden ceiling, and shutters. We slept very comfortably at night. The windows are very well sealed, but you have to expect that sometimes you will simply hear noise from the streets, because you are staying in the city center (elsewhere it will be quite similar). However, my boyfriend had no problem with the noise, he didn't wake up even once. I only woke up the first night. Check in was without a problem using codes, after that we used the keys provided. I actually have nothing bad to say. Thank you Francesca for your lovely apartment. :)

• Anemona (10/5): Great location, apartment and host - The location is amazing. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shops, mini-markets close to the apartment. As you exit the building, turn right then left and you can see Colosseum( 5-7 minutes walking). Great italian pizza at Boccacia( 30 seconds away). In the morning- Bar La licata( on the corner). The apartment is small but chic, the couch is comfy and has extra bed sheets/ towels, has 2 air conditioners and Francesca is a good host and has a lot of recommendations. The pictures are from the morning we left. The floor was a bit dirty and was dust on some surfaces. Even though there is a vacuum and a broom it was not enough to keep the floors clean while we stayed. There should be a bucket and a mop or at least a swiffer mop. And the ac in the bedroom smelled moldy but that was not such big of a problem because it’s another ac in the other room.

• Lori (7/5): Would likely look for something not as pricey. - Location in respect to major attractions. Bed and couch were comfy. Binder with guest information. Had all we needed for meal prep and storage except for a sharp bread knife. Shower door was a bit narrow for a pregnant woman. Bathroom smelled like sauerkraut. There wasn’t a balcony or terrace. There were silverfish. Seemed pricey all considered.
• Aistė (10/5): A lovey stay in a really great location! - A lovely, cozy apartment, a few minutes away from the Colosseum. The self check-in process is very smooth, the host is responsive. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows and air conditioning in both rooms. Few steps from the apartment, there's a lovely cafe/bar La Licata - a great spot to grab some fresh pastries and coffee and eat them in a beautiful tiny square right next to it, we went there every day. The only thing that affected our stay is the really poor sound-proofing - we were woken up all 3 mornings by the running and shouting of the kids upstairs, but it's probably not something that can be fixed in such an old building, so maybe grabbing some ear-plugs would be a good idea.

• Vasiliki (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect for a couple, comfortable clean and beautiful in a great location in Rome. There are restaurants, pizza places, bars and mini markets very very close to it.
• Mengjiao (9/5): Clean and good location. Generally good place to stay. - Clean, quiet, has AC, Washing machine. Good location. Host is friendly and reply fast. AC not very strong, no elevator, not convenient when you have heavy luggage - but it is in floor one, so not that bad.
• Cesidia (8/5): Excellent based on location, full kitchen and clothes washer and air conditioner. - I liked that Metro stop Cavour was very close and that in the Piazza and surrounding area there were higher end restaurants and eateries for locals&tourists. Also, within walking distance of Colosseum, Forum etc. I understand it’s an older building and it’s part of the charm, but building is missing an elevator…although the apartment is said to be on the 1st floor, it’s really the 2nd floor. I could only do a few steps at a time with my full size luggage. When I left, I had help getting it down as this would have been more dangerous than going up.
• Cato (9/5): Superb - Very cosy appartment with all the small practical details you need. Very close to Colosseum and you will find good restaurants round the corner. Higly recommended. The entrance door need a new sealing for better noiseprotection. (But very little traffic in the stairs, so not really a problem)
