• Ellen (8/5): Property is as shown, Dee is fab and it ya great place to stay. - Dee has great communication skills, keeps you updated and makes sure you know what’s what. Lovely property, nicely turned out. It’s as nice as it looks. Excellent location, a really comfy place to stay and feels homey. I like cooking so one of my big big bears when I stay away is blunt knives which are dangerous as they bounce off food when cooking making it more likely you’ll slice yourself. Wonderful to have a property where the knives have been sharpened - attention to detail. Dee leaves out a ‘treat tray’ and makes sure some nice snacks and sweet treats are there which is such a nice touch. Felt very welcomed, great communication and excellent hosting. Can only fault 2 things: 1) no wooden spoons or utensils so when cooking all metal. Wooden spoon and spatula would make a difference. Everything else fab. 2) more a me than a house thing, I like a firmer bed. So whilst the rooms are lovely, bedding very comfy, I prefer quite a hard bed and this was medium.
• Paul (6/5): Nice surprise, close to train station - The unit was a surprise. From outside we didn't have high expectations. However, inside was nicely done and roomy. It was perfect for our three day long business trip. Beds were comfy. Good bathroom. Great kitchen facilities. Quiet. Close to the train station. Dee (the host) was very professional and helpful. Finding was a little challenging, as the instructions weren't that clear. The address provided was a couple of blocks from the actual unit. The front door is openly electronically remotely by the host on arrival. The front door really needs a latch for night time security. The unit was clean-ish. Bathroom could have done with some more attention to detail.

We were updated every step of the way and we got a very detailed message of how to get into the property, the restaurants around us and the supermarkets. The property itself was so so so clean! Smelt amazing all the time. We felt very secure too. The beds were so comfortable too. The games were entertaining too and such a nice touch. The bathroom had a bidet which was amazing. The mirror had a light and honestly we just loved every single part of the flat. Nothing at all. We had no issues

• Nick (8/5): Apart from the few gripes I’ve mentioned, it was an excellent stay, and I’d highly recommend it. - The owner was extremely kind, leaving us some wonderful treats for our birthday and anniversary. The flat was immaculate, with pretty much everything you’d need for a short stay. The location was close to the train station and bus, although a little less salubrious than expected. I would absolutely stay here again. The beds are a little uncomfortable, perhaps a firm topper would be helpful. The water pressure in the taps in the bathroom was terrible, gives no hot water and the hot water in the shower wasn’t good enough. The overpowering air fresheners around the house were also too much. Perhaps a full length mirror would be a good idea. It was a bit noisy from the other flats in the complex.

• Nancy (9/5): Well priced, good location with amenities - Property has been very well refurbished, with excellent facilities. Plenty of space for the four of us, plenty of towels, crockery etc. Very good value for money, easy transport links to the centre of London and beyond, lots of places to eat and drink within five minutes walk. Parking is right outside the door. There is a park two minute walk away and for the more athletic a run around Clapham Common is easy to do. Ideal location for Battersea Park/power station, Wimbledon, London city. The apartment faces a primary school which I thought would be noisy, but it wasn’t. Access to the property straightforward & communications with host good. Property is in a block of flats that has an internal rubbish chute which means the entranceway to the apartment is a bit smelly… But certainly not inside the apartment! Parking suggests free parking but it is actually £15 per week-day (but free at the weekends) if arranged by the host. This is a very reasonable cost given other accommodations were in the region of £40 per day, however it wasn’t clear on the booking information.

• Ammar (10/5): Excellent, Very Satisfied. - The apartment was extremely clean and very well organized. The decoration is beautiful, with flowers everywhere and air freshener throughout the place. The bathroom is elegant, and everything was neat. There were extra towels and many other necessities. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked very nice. I love it. When I needed the Wi-Fi password, Dee sent it to me immediately. When I needed to adjust the heater, Dee sent me a video showing how to set up the heating system. Getting and handing over the key was a piece of cake, as everything was done remotely. I 100% recommend this apartment to others, and I will definitely go back any time I am in London. I will book again this week if it's available. Everything is perfect. I didn't see anything to complain about. But I can suggest some extras to make it Super Deluxe: Warming the apartment before the customer's arrival is a good idea. Adding a douche shower kits to the toilet for hygienic besides the toilet paper will be a plus. I used the water bottle for hygienic with the toilet paper.
