Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Pry MartineZ (9/5): BUEN DEPARTAMENTO BONITA VISTA ,LIMPIO, ACOGEDOR. POCA ROPA DE CAMA . DETALLES CON EL ARRENDADOR. - Tenía calefacción. bolsas de basura extras Y estaba muy limpio. Y muy agradable a la vista. Nunca vi a quien le había arrendado. Le solicite más frazadas pues la cama solo tenia 2 muy delgadas y otra para encima.Y le comente que se pasaba frio Y no me dio solución. Le solicité 1 día más de estancia en el lugar, y ayuda para hacer el tramite y pese a que había disponibilidad. No hubo mayor preocupación. Le propuse pagar directamente. (O que me me ayudara con booking) por estaba enredada en como hacerlo. Y hubo cero preocupación, comunicación.. o INTERES POR ARRENDAR 1 NOCHE MAS.lo que me provocó una muy mala sensación y desconfianza. Es una relación cliente -arrendatario nula solo por wasap.
