• lucena (7/5): Bom mas nem tanto - Do local, bem próximo ao Domo e a todas as ruas, galerias, restaurantes e lojas. Embora num primeiro momento acreditamos estar num ponto mal frequentado do centro, percebemos que há uma renovação com bons restaurantes e cafés ao lado do edifício. Um dos quartos é bem pequeno e o apartamento tem um cheiro peculiar que não agradou. Também acho que as orientações para entrada no apartamento poderiam ser mais objetivas e não em 9 passos. O vídeo que mostra a entrada nao é bem feito e na parte mais importante mostra uma porta diferente da que esta lá, o que confunde o viajante que geralmente chega cansado e com pouca paciência para se ater a tantos detalhes e passos para encontrar a acomodação. .

If I really need to pick something for improvement, the hot water heater for the shower have mediocre capacity for the ones who loves long hot showers.

Снимаю в 2 раза больше от первоначально заявленной цены (услуги клининга). Похоже на обман. Можно сразу было указать реальную цену. Неудобно было еще плюс к этому оплачивать налог, пришлось потратить 20 минут на заполнение анкеты. Будьте бдительны!

• Gillian (10/5): One of the nicest cities I have visited, nice atmosphere great Accomadation - Great location right in the centre of Milan, near to Duomo Cathedral. Close to metro station. Lovely clean stylish two bedroom apartment with everything you need. The actual apartment is better than the photos I would highly recommend to friends and family if visiting Milan. The host of the apartment responded to any questions or concerns that we had promptly. There was nothing to dislike about the apartment

• Sarah (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was clean, comfortable and in a very central location. - Great location near the cathedral and metro station. Apartment clean and comfortable. We found the communication around access quite complicated as carried out through a third party and involved quite a lot of chasing and then several videos of how to try to access the apartment. We did manage to access it eventually but it did eventually involve a phone call.

• Eyaggelos (10/5): Excellent apartment - Excellent location,modern elegant stylish apartment situated just a few minutes walk to Duomo. Very well equipped. The check-in was not in person. Although all the information needed was detailed and accurate and we had no problem, if we should need an in person check-in, it would be charged with an extra amount of 25 €.

• Edna (6/5): Great design and modern aptm but aptm management is lacking - This apartment should get the best design award! Absolutely lovely, modern and bright! Everyday we spent a few minutes figuring the switches to light up the correct places. It has everything we need and it is new and clean. The aptm management is very slow in their responses. The bed is comfy but sinking to the side. The towels dropped lotsa lint and our bodies were we full off lint after using. Next door was having a renovation and we were awakened at 8am everyday. I left a bag of clothings in the drawer but they said they did not find it which is untrue as the bag should not have gone missing in a drawer...

• Ulrich (9/5): Superb - Central location, good and modern facilities, super clean, good heating (in November), fast WiFi, quick responses from host. Everything important works well! Beware. The apartment is managed „off-site“ by „bnbutler“, a property company, which has put in place a complex check-in and door locking system, with only partial explanations through online messages. Building doors are locked after hours, no building manager or guard.
• Dan (8/5): Great location, excellent apartment for 3 people close to the tourist spots. - Central location, turn the corner, and you are at the Duomo. Clean, fully furnished and self-contained: the washing machine was a bonus after staying in hotels. Some renovations were being done directly above the apartment, so at times, it was very noisy. I don't think there is any way around this issue.

Made for hot night Bbbutler how sent details about the apartment was HORRIBLE! Unresponsive. Video missing details and some wrong. Took 20 min to get the door. This is a horrible support group after traveling all day.
• Powell (9/5): Perfect city break apartment - Fantastic location (surprisingly quiet given how close to the Duomo you are) and a high-end apartment with great amenities. Thorough check in instructions given and followed up on via WhatsApp to check all was ok. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The only minor issue was that there was no cutlery (that we could find) in the apartment. Made it tricky to make a cup of tea without a spoon 😂

Very centrally located, just a few minutes walk to Duomo. Would recommend for a short stay in Milan. Kitchen/living area very small so not practical for making a full meal for us, just ate out and had bought continental breakfast, but we were only there 2 nights so not a problem.

It was modern & just lovely. They even recommended a terrific driver, Black Star Limo, to transport us to another town. Where it was situated on a semi deserted side street. However, even though it was very close to everything it was not crowded with people by the apartment.

• Michelle (5/5): An unknown person used his code entered into the apartment at 8:15AM when we were still sleeping - The location was great and the property was nice and clean. An unknown person entered the apartment using his code when we were still sleeping at 8:15am. We were later told that was the cleaner who came early but the check out time was 11AM. The incident made us feel unsafe and kept wondering if anyone else would have come to the apartment when we were out and about. When we first arrived at the property, believe or not, next door neighbor's luggage was in our apartment! We reported the issues to the property manager who didn't see this was an issue and simply said:" we were sorry for the inconvenience." I didn't think they take this matter seriously as our safety and privacy were not valued.

• Amabel (10/5): A gem in the heart of Milan!!! - One of the best rentals we’ve had! Bedroom and living room were beautifully furnished and spacious. The second bedroom was a good size for our teen. The apt was immaculate and well appointed. Every convenience was thought of, including a steamer for your clothes! The washer/dryer was wonderful to have since we had only packed a small travel capsule wardrobe per family member, and the well appointed kitchen, including full sized refrigerator and cappuccino maker was wonderful to have, even if we chose to have croissants everyday instead of making our own meals. Definitely a gem!

• Dora (6/5): Good location, clean and comfortable but could use better management. - The apartment is weirdly decorated but clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice snacks were provided. Location is close to major sites but touristy so not a great restaurant selection. The staff often didn’t respond. I asked about early check in and they didn’t want to ask the cleaner if she would be finished early. I got locked out of the apartment because their lock box broke and they made me try it over and over before they would send someone even after I sent them a video showing that it didn’t work. I forgot some clothes there and again there was reluctance to call the cleaners to locate them. I finally did get them back but they didn’t try to make things smooth.

• Anastasia (10/5): We will choose it again in our next trip! - The facilities were great! There is a coffee machine and some snacks for the breakfast. Also the kitchen is very well equiped in case you want to cook something in house. The location is perfect. 2 min walking distance from Duomo and the metro line. So it is easy to go everywhere in town.
