- Bernd (6/5): Man wäre gerne Superior. - Das Abendessen verdient die 4 Sterne Plus. Das beim Frühstück, ein Schokodonut und Croissant (ich nehme an nicht selbst gemacht) das einzog Süße ist, ist schwach, genauso das innen gatschige Käseomelett. Beim Betreten des Hauses empfängt einem eine dunkle, enge Rezeption und ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Chlor und Schwimmbad. Wirklich ärgerlich ist, dass beinahe das gesamte Personal der deutschen Sprache nicht einmal für eine einfache Konversation ausreichend mächtig ist und sofort ins Englische wechselt. Immerhin steht das Hotel in Österreich. Und das nächste Ärgernis folgt wenn man in der Bar ein Glas Rotwein bestellt. Uns wurden zwei verschiedene Weine zum selben "Empfehlungspreis" von 8,80.- verrechnet. Die ganze Flasche hätte 36.- bzw. Knappe 50.- Euro gekostet. Und dass die Hausherrin in der Bar ganz ungeniert ihre E-Zigarette dampft ist einfach überheblich und zeigt viel von Charakter und was man von seinen Gästen hält. Dass es im Zimmer bis zu 27 Grad hatte wurde von den Herrschaften an der Rezeption darauf geschoben, dass wir die Vorhänge tagsüber nicht geschlossen hätten. Erst der Chef erklärte uns warum es so warm ist....das ist auch aus anderen Bewertungen zu entnehmen. Somit...danke, aber eine Wiederholung des Aufenthaltes wird es nicht geben, zum veräppeln muss ich nicht in ei. 4 Sterne Superior fahren. Ach und zum Abschluss...die offenen Fächer im Schrank waren sowohl bei unserer Ankunft als auch vier Tage später von einer satten Staubschicht bedeckt...man konnte mit dem Finger gut im Staub schreiben.

- Remus (10/5): Супер отель - Даже не знаю с чего начать. Это один из лучших отелей, где я останавливалась. Обслуживание 10/10, расположение 10/10, еда 10/10, спа 1000/10. Завтрак очень разнообразный, персонал всегда рад помочь. Имеется бильярдный стол и настольные игры. Напитки в баре супер. Обязательно вернемся! -

Frühstück für den Preis nicht adäquat, keine warmen Speisen wie Pancakes oder Waffeln, keine speziellen Eigerichte, keine frischen Säfte, insgesamt die Auswahl zu wenig. Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein, die Liegen sind extrem eng gestellt, man hat null Privatsphäre. Der Ruhebereich ist ein Durchgangszimmer, hellhörig, laut und in keinster Weise entspannend. Die Duschen bieten null Privatsphäre, jeder der gerade in der Sauna sitzt sieht einem beim Duschen zu.

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommen - Bei unserer Ankunft wartete bereits ein kostenloses Upgrade auf uns, zu einem grösseren Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit tollem Ausblick. Leider war es im Zimmer immer eher kalt, die Heizung schien nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Wir waren grundsätzlich begeistert vom Spa, jedoch etwas entäuscht darüber dass der grosse Aussenpool als salziges Solebad gekennzeichnet war, dies war jedoch nicht so. Auch war der Pool unserer Meinung nach zu kalt eingestellt. Auch wurde unser Zimmer aus unerklärlichen Gründen 2 mal nicht geputzt.

- Roxana (10/5): Wonderful vacation - I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance. Maybe the fact that there were not that many shelves in the wardrobe and not much space for the robe and towels to dry.

- Norman (8/5): Angenehm - Das Personal war hervorragend, aufmerksam, freundlich. Immer hilfsbereit, besonders die Damen an der Rezeption! Bad/WC für ein 4,5 Sterne-Hotel zu klein/eng, Frühstücksbuffet war „sehr überschaubar“ für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie!

- CodoDer3. (10/5): Ein Wort - SENSATIONELL - Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang, über das Spa Angebot hin zum köstlichen 5-Gänge Menü. Alles hat bisherige Uraubserfahrungen übertroffen. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und sympathisch, als wäre man schon ewig Stammgast. Das Zimmer super toll und riesig. Der Spa Bereich einladend, sehr gepflegt und eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Abendessen auf Sterne-Niveau. Die Lifte konnten wir als Wulfenia Gast kostenlos nutzen. So kann man von der ersten Minute an, seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

- Steffen (10/5): Perfekte Wellnesstage - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Genauso stellt man sich einen Wellnessurlaub vor: sehr freundliches Personal, richtig gutes Essen, wunderschöner Wellnessbereich und tolle Landschaft. Auch unsere Hündin Luna hat sich so wohl gefühlt :-) Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!:-)
- Anja Rzehorz (10/5): Einfach unglaublich toll und Entspannung pur!!! - Das Personal, vor allem die first Lady Patricia an der Rezeption und die junge Dame aus Griechenland , waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Und das Essen Abends war super!! Tolle Kellner und ein mega Frühstück!! Das einzige, was ein wenig komisch war, ist die Toilette im Badezimmer. Sie ist unglaublich eng. Man sollte nicht breit und dick sein.
- Tinkara (8/5): - Zalo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, še posebej bi pohvalila nasmejano natakarico Elektro, poskrbela je za hitro strežbo in prijetno ter sproščeno vzdušje. Lokacija je zares lepa veliko pohodniških in kolesarskih poti. Ob prihodu dobiš kartico ugodnosti s katero prejmeš popuste na določene zunanje aktivnosti kot izposoja koles, vožnja s sedežnico in pendolinom, adrenalinski park itd. Zunanji bazen je prijetno topel, notranji pa malo hladnejši. Pri savnah je super da imajo ločen fkk del in swim wear del. Zanim je koncept večerij. Izbiraš lahko med glavno jedjo ( pesketarjanska, mesna, vegetarjanska), juho in sladico, poleg pa lahko naročiš tudi hladno in toplo predjed. Prvi dan te posedejo za mizo za katero sediš celoten čas bivanja, mizo imaš vsak dan zagotovljeno. V lobby baru imajo na voljo družabne igre katere se lahko igraš med sproščujočim srkanjem pijače :) Razgled iz sobe je božanski, škoda da okna niso bila pomita od zunanje strani. Motila me je slaba zvočna izoliranost sobe, močno se je slišalo topotanje od zgoraj. Postelje so tudi že poležane, vzmetnica ni bila najbolj udobna. Na žalost bio savna ni delovala, vrata se niso zaprla do konca, temperatura ni bila ustrezna. Hrana je imela med seboj zelo podoben okus ( kremne juhe so bile po okusu skoraj identicne).
