Guest Reviews
- Simon (8/5): -
- Marta (8/5): Good - The location was great, close to the tube station. There was everything one might need in the proximity - supermarkets, cafes, a pub, shops. The apartment was ok, good sleeping options for 4 people. Not as clean as one might expect. No toilet paper - had to go to a supermarket to get some upon arrival.
- Bryan (9/5): Overall loved the location and proximity to the city center while still feeling like a small community right in the hear - Location was perfect. The community of Wimbledon feels safe and overall a really good area. With 6 people staying for 2 weeks it was a bit cramped, but that was to be expected a little.
- Connor (9/5): - Good location. A few minutes' walk from the District Line and cafes, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet area.
- Susan (5/5): Pleasant but... - Location was great, near to underground station and bus stops right outside the door.
Good sized Sainsbury's, lovely pizza restaurant and coffee shop within 3 mins walk.
Host was very pleasant and easy to pick up the keys.
Kitchen area was well equipped and appreciated the generous amount of coffee and tea bags provided.
Shower did have a selection of shampoo and liquid soap and good new clean shower.
Outside seating area was small but would be super in the summer. Very compact and felt a bit like a youth hostel, but not the price.
However it could sleep 5 as had a 3 tiered bunk bed room so would be very reasonable if a family needed to squeeze in somewhere for a night or two.
Shower room/toilet door opened directly into the dining/kitchen/living area.
With a bit of money spent on the accommodation & facilities it could be super.
New duvet covers needed on all the beds - they were clean but very worn, old, bobbly and have seen better days.
Upgrade the cheap duvets and pillows.
Compact double room with a 4ft 6" very high bed and only access from one side or the end of the bed.
What was under the bed?
Curtains needed in the main bedroom as blind lets in the light.
Disliked having a vacuum cleaner on show in the living area. Install a cupboard?
Motley collection of industrial 5L containers of washing up liquid, floor cleaner, hotel samples etc under the kitchen sink and also in the shower room.
Could hear noise from upstairs.
A larger TV with instructions would be good too.
Pleasant but could've been lovely.
- Lisa (8/5): Perfect location, will stay again - Lovely place close to the tube and near my daughters home so handy for visiting. Homely, bright and quiet seeing its in a busy area We couldn’t find sheets for the sofa bed. We were a group of two adult couples and had to make the sofa bed up with only a duvet and pillows. Would have liked a sheet to put over the sofa
- Pavel (10/5): - Praktické ubytování za příznivou cenu, poblíž veřejné dopravy i obchodů. Nedaleko Wimbledonských tenisových kurtů. Nic, vše OK.
- Monika Magdalena (7/5): -
- Laura (8/5): - Nice area Bad internet connection and TV was not working due to this.

If haven't already booked this apartment would highly recommend it.
- Magdalena (10/5): - Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w pobliżu sklepy, piekarnia i Wimbledon. Apartament w pełni wyposażony.
- Romana (8/5): - Communication with staff, price, location
- Aleksandra (5/5): - Lokalizacja i komunikacja Czystość, schludność, wykończenie, jakość mebli
- Kelly (9/5): Safe and vibrant neighbourhood stay. Easily accessible. - Situated in a nice area. Walking distance to transport. Clean and well kept unit. Nothing.

- Lisa (4/5): Convenient for commuting & village shops. - Luckily close to family . My daughter brought towels round as they live local. Double bed too high, no towels, no teabags,
I had to ring the host for key
Txt on arrival as there were no towels although it states towels provided.
Dirty cereal bowel under bed.
Glue under mattress which has ruined my husbands bed rail .
Toilet seat broken
Curtains need attention
- Szmyrgałło (10/5): Wygodnie, milo i czysto. Polecam - Wszystko było w najlepszym porzadku, wlasciciel przygotowal i poscielil lozka poniewaz dojechalismy pozno w nocy, bezproblemowy kontakt, super ciche i spokojne miejsce z bliska stacja metra. Polecam
- Ihinose (3/5): I could have stayed longer with my family but I was uncomfortable - It is too small it should be listed for fewer guests
The bathroom drainage wasn't working

- Ulf Autrum (9/5): Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 4-5 Personen - Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung für 4-5 Personen.
Die Wohnung liegt knapp 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Southfields entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

- Marguerite (8/5): Very good - Location was incredible, especially for the tennis. The flat was clean, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. Alex was an excellent host and quickly took care of any requests we had to make our stay more comfortable. Though the location was ideal, the busyness of the tournament meant there was frequent street noise at all hours of the night / morning. Advance warning of this would have been helpful. Also, it was a heatwave when we visited and there was no AC and very little airflow in the flat. I'd recommend adding a few fans to make the stay more comfortable.
- Khulood (9/5): Superb -
- Senni (9/5): Superb - Lovely neighborhood and a very helpful host😊
- Irene (7/5): Good -
- Patrick (10/5): Family first England trip - Couldn't ask for a better location to the flat, tube (train) just a few minutes away walking distance. The flat was very nice and comfortable for a family of 5, it had everything we needed. Southfield what a great area anything you needed was mins away grocery, bakeries, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Very close to Wimbledon nice 40
min walk passing by the courts or take the bus to the village it won't disappoint. Real pubs are in the village not Southfield sorry. Nothing
Everything was great
- Mark (10/5): Will definitely book this accomodation again. - A lot of stores nearby and the tube station near the place makes it more convenient to roam around.
- Travis (10/5): It was an excellent location for a family stay at a fair value. - The location is perfect for the value
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olliver (5/5): Luxury price tag for make-do offering worth no more than £80 per night peak season - It was near Wimbledon Lawn Tennis, and close also to restaurants and cafes in Southfields Thin sort of hessian material hanging in bedroom windows where curtains should be, so not only no reduction whatsoever of daylight between 4.30am and 10pm, but brightly lit all night by street lamps outside. Bedrooms are at the front, directly onto the street which is a busy traffic thoroughfare, so not peaceful either. The second bedroom is a box room with 3 short bunk beds in it. The basin in the bathroom is so tiny it cannot function as a basin as you would want in a proper bathroom (that you would expect for over £250 per night). There was no shower gel supplied in the shower, only carex hand soap on the basin. There are a few kitchen units with sink, hob and oven, but the fridge is not with them but stand-alone beyond the bathroom entrance. The whole accommodation requires expert interior redesign and proper investment. It should be marketed as a studio, with beds at the back for peace and quiet, and the living area at the front which is where all the natural daylight comes in. We had booked 3 nights but had to leave after only 2 as we were desperate for the comfort of home and a good night’s sleep. £870 for the privilege.
- Joanna (8/5): Recommended! - Great location, safe, very clean, 2 mins walk from delicious pizza, tube station, Sainsbury's, Wimbledon park. If you don't need 5* hotel, this place is perfect. Very nice host, thank you Alex! Too much light at night in the bedroom, no hairdryer; otherwise, it would be superb.
- Barnfield (6/5): Pleasant - It was good as a last minute booking and very close to the bars, food place, and transport connections The basic aet-up of the apartment. The noisey traffic whilst trying to sleep and the muslin curtains that didn't block any light overall all of us slept really badly over the 2 nights
- Douglas (9/5): Great for a short or longer stay. Very clean and comfortable and super convenient for public trans. - Close to Tube line and some decent restaurants and a grocery store. Clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and basic amenities. Curtains in the bedroom let a lot of light in in the morning, but otherwise a lovely flat!
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - The flat was very clean. The double bed was comfortable. The flat heating was fine. The shower pressure and temperature were good. Kitchen has pots pans cutlery plates etc which are in good condition with a two setting.hob induction and oven plus fridge and washing machine. The flat is quiet.
The flat is about 3 minutes from Southfields tube station where there are cafes, M & S food, Sainsbury's local and Gail's bread and cake shop and cafe. A frequent bus service to Wimbledon stops nearby.
The owner was helpful and met at agreed time. The owner said blackout curtains will be installed which would be of benefit as the current curtains let in some street light.
