No estaba lista una de las habitaciones por un arreglo en el techo, nos las entregaron en la noches y tenía una parte muy pequeña en el techo abierta tapada con una tabla

El desayuno de muy buena calidad, aunque se podría validar tener variedad de alimentos. En una ocasión no se contó con agua caliente en la ducha.

• David (2/5): Disappointing - The breakfast was minimum.The location was satisfactory. A tv that wasn’t usable for regular channels,only for channels to pay for eg Netflix. The bedside light could not be used as the plug had been covered up.

• Silvana (8/5): Muy bonito, muy limpio, pero si se escucha bastante ruido - El lugar es muy limpio y muy bonito, queda super cerca a la Plaza principal de Villa de Leyva Hay mucho ruido, por lo que es casa se escucha todo lo que pasa, las personas que llegan, las que se van. En nuestra ultima noche, llegaron huéspedes a las 11pm haciendo mucho ruido, moviendo muebles, lo que impactó en nuestro descanso. Luego llegaron otras personas a la 1am también con bastante ruido. Recomendable que las personas encargadas de la Casa puedan mantener un ambiente tranquilo. Se pueden poner avisos de silencio, para las noches sobretodo. También la puerta de nuestro cuarto no cerraba bien, y cuando abrían y cerraban el cuarto de al lado, parecía que nuestra puerta se iba a abrir, tanto que mi mamá se despertó a la 1am a tener la puerta.

• Sally (9/5): What a find! - Vicky was wonderful, room was huge and beautifullydecorated, breakfast was perfect. We were in the front room and a rooster and his friends nearby started crowing at 3am and didn'tstop. Well, we wanted to escape the city!

Problem with check-in. Not sure if overbooked. We had booked 2 rooms but they asked if we could share a room which we were not willing to do.

Good breakfast including fresh fruit and croissants. Vicky was very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money. Water could have been warmer in the shower.
• Belechael (10/5): Exceptional - This is a small hotel, practically a house, with a few rooms that are fantastic! Highly recommended for their quality, spaciousness, cleanliness, friendliness of the people who run it and its location! Everything was perfect, in fact it was the best room and facilities out of 8 hotels in my travels in Colombia! Oh, they just didn't accept credit cards, I suppose because they just opened up. Ask if they do when you travel there.

The directions we had made it a bit difficult to find the place. At the time of our visit there was construction during the day which was very noisy but will likely end soon.

The location of the hotel. The street to access the hotel is in very bad conditions. And it was raining, so it was very muddy. Our room was nice, however, the second bed was in an attic , and you had to climb ver steep stairs. A little dangerous for old people. I would like to come back to the hotel, but I would ask a different room.

• Valeria (10/5): Amazing stay, super clean and lovely room! - Totally recommended! We loved it, the house and especially the room are beautiful and were designed with love to detail. The owner is absolutely lovely and attentive, and helped us in any way we needed. The breakfast is delicious. But especially, the place is spotlessly clean! If we come to Villa de Leyva again, we will stay here for 100% again, also the location is great, quiet and yet only two blocks of the main square. The pressure of the warm water in the shower was low, but no big problem for us.
