• Zhicong (1/5): Bad - DO NOT BOOK HERE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We booked two apartments from the same host for 4 nights, and the service was abysmal. Despite paying a cleaning fee, our requests for room cleaning were ignored multiple times. Additionally, the shower head in the apartment I booked through Agoda was broken. I called, texted, and contacted Agoda customer service numerous times, but received no response and the issue was never fixed. As a result, we were unable to shower for 2 days. This was an extremely disappointing experience in Kuala Lumpur.
