Guest Reviews
- Maria (10/5): - Had fresh juice, ample drinking water and milk in the fridge for guests on arrival. The apartment was cute little but had everything we needed. Loved the shower body wash the best in my 5 month travels throughout Europe. I liked everything

- Pedro (7/5): We din’t like Nápoles - The house is fine. The host was very kind. The neighbors…

- Mirsada (10/5): - The host Anna was very helpful, she found us a taxi.

- Martin (9/5): Superb - Nicely equipped with small surprise in the fridge and light breakfast. Minor maintenance issues.
- Anonymous (3/5): Ok stay, not horrible but could have been much better for the price. - AC, no stairs and close to the train station and they accommodated our earlier check-in, very communicative. Furniture was falling apart a little, couldn’t use the downstairs sleeper couch because of it instead had to put one of the mattresses on the floor. Kitchen didn’t have much (no napkins, or enough coffee for all of us to use their machine, gas was turned off when we arrived but probably a safety feature no big deal, microwave made weird sounds). Breakfast was ok, but most of it was stale (not expired, but stale).
Update - after I posted this review, the property manager called me/messaged me and continue to harass me to remove it which I did, but I guess Booking.com did not remove it so might as well update it with what I had to experience afterwards.
- Petra (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and accessible owner, who was also available for advice on where and how to go. Location 10 min from the main train station. Comfortable enough for a family of 4 and with enough towels for 4 people :). Coffee machine + capsules and Italian-sweet breakfast (biscuits, toast, nutella, ...) included in the price. The apartment is on the ground floor and therefore with covered windows and no daylight. This did not bother us, because we only slept in the apartment. But if you want a view of Vesuvius, this place is not for you :)

- Lesroutes2005 (10/5): Special thank you to Anna & awesome place - I highly recommend this place! Not only was it quiet, clean, and conveniently located near Napoli Centrale station, but Anna was also an exceptional host. We had to book her place last minute due to issues with our original accommodation, and within an hour she had everything ready for self check-in—including breakfast items and a fully stocked fridge. She was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. Everything was good

- Katie (9/5): Lovely, well designed duplex apartment easily walkable from the station. - The apartment is a well designed duplex in a quiet residential street. We liked the fact that it is in an internal courtyard so not overlooking the road, and very secure. The aircon was incredibly welcome in the height of summer. The apartment was really nicely furnished, everything you need for a short break. What made it really stand out was the incredibly helpful advice and communication from the host. She recommended a terrific place to get the most delicious Napoli pizza (seriously, try the fried ones, it's an absolute must), as well as giving us invaluable guidance to take public transport out to Pompeii, and even where to get breakfast. We could walk easily from the station to the apartment with all our bags, which made it a really practical and good choice of location for us. We stayed for two nights, visiting Pompeii on our full day there. The host also left us various things for breakfast, plus juice and mineral water in the fridge. We would return! The tiny window means very little natural light but honestly, that was a bonus in some ways as the heat outside meant we wouldn't open the window anyway.
- Monika (8/5): Very good -
- Araz (7/5): Good -
- Delia (8/5): Perfect well located den at great price. - This was a very well priced comfortable space. We we are party of five including three adult teens. We had everything we needed. It was cosy but perfect for what we needed. Nice to have milk and juice in the fridge and bread etc..shower was really good as well and great aircon.
The neighbourhood is quite run down but it is close to the central station and once you step in the apartment everything is fresh and modern and it felt very safe.
Thank you The space is obviously newly renovated. Just a couple of tiny bits.. little tables at bed side needed securing better. I got the place for its 10 out if 10 WiFi but unfortunately contractors were in process of upgrading system so it was down. The hosts tried their best and apologised. I think they were very sincere with this and I'm sure it's sorted now.
- Johana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, we appreciate the self-checkin since we’ve arrived late and also booked very last minute. The host was incredible (via WhatsApp), had no problem with English speaking and responded within seconds! Thank you so very much for accommodating us! The flat was as described and captured in photos, we stayed with a 3y.o. and appreciated the quietness which we hadn’t even expected in Napoli. Thanks!!
- Balazs (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! Owner is - 'é una persona perfetta'!!! - very nice and helpfull. Good location, breakfast, garage Nearby. Naaaapoli. 10/10 Thx

- Peter (8/5): Very good - This is a very small, but practical apartment, not too far from the center of Naples, perfectly suitable for a short stay in the city. The apartment had everything needed for our very brief visit to the city. Very narrow streets, I did not risk parking on the street, but we were instructed to seek out a small garage nearby, which solved our problem with the car (25/euro per night for our 7-seater).
- Faisal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lode (9/5): Superb -
- Pauline (8/5): Great location next to the train station ! - We only stayed one night before leaving Napoli. We arrived super late at the place but everything was super easy & uncomplecated. We could check-in via what´s app and get the key out of the safe box. Coffee and some snacks were available - so it was perfect before going to the airport.
- Vasilis (8/5): Very good -
- Kuberan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (10/5): Beautiful apartment and super nice staff. - The apartment is new and it has everything you need for a confortable stay. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and quick to respond questions and accommodating. Conveniently located close to the train station.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - This property was very clean, we had been given some yummy breakfast which we had every morning before our big days which was nice.
The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and was in great condition with an exceptional aircon.
Particular mention to Anna who checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything and that we were comfortable.
Really enjoyed the stay here The only thing about this place is the location is slightly dodgy when walking around at night so just make sure you’re aware of that. We just got taxis to and fro when moving around and did day trips to all sorts of places as Naples is very central.
