• Gianina Flores (7/5): Buena Ubicación le falta mantenimiento - La Ubicación Exelente! Las fotos están hechas con IA y distorsionan el tamaño real. Labarropas sucio, toallas con olor. Supuestamente alquilamos con 4 camas y nos dieron Futones en el piso y no son cómodos cuando te alojas varios días.

• Jodie (10/5): A great find in Osaka - Location was excellent and the price was perfect. The host gave us early access to store our luggage and this was really helpful. So convenient to the metro and JR line. We would stay here again for the price point and location. Overall this accomodation was excellent. If anything was to be improved, the mattresses are rock hard and the towels are tiny for westerners. It is noisy with the train, but so thoughtfully considered with ear plugs provided. Also only one set of keys for groups of adults made it difficult for groups to seperate and come home at different times.
• Sabrina (8/5): Piacevole e confortevole - Un esperienza molto piacevole, considerando le usanze completamente opposte alle nostre. Il bagno con asse riscaldato e il bidet incorporato ci ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpresi. L’Oste è stato presente, disponibile e molto affabile. Metro sotto casa e diversi negozi e centri commerciali a pochi passi. Mancavano le pentole e le stoviglie per tutti e 5 gli ospiti, ma il resto c’era tutto. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare il riscaldamento in una stanza ma ci siamo aggiustati.

• Nizam Wahab (9/5): Excellent - Love the response from the owner. It was comfortable as everything was well equipped such as kitchenware, plus it's close to train station which is huge point. Good stay for a family.
• Suelyn (9/5): - Awesome location, close to 2 train stations walking distance to shinsekai lots of food available nearby for supper as well. very comfortable , have all the amenities we need, have water cooler for hot and cold drinking water. Have washing machine and dryer, clean towels provided as well. Host is very polite, will provide the check in details on the day of stay. In the other review need to go very far to check in, but it's not true. The check in procedure is very easy and convenient. None

• Kwan (9/5): Good for value, recommend ~~ - Very good location, near to station, restaurants and more. Very convenient. Host and staff are very nice and friendly, allowing us to store luggages before check in. We have a pleasant stay at the place. 1st time getting 3 rooms, we have have more than enough space for big luggages. Thank you for hosting us. Surely will book this place again in the next visit to Osaka!! ❤️❤️❤️ PS: My husband likes the bed not too soft, just nice. But he wishes that there will be a stool in the bathroom. 🙏 The place is near to main roads and station, which could be quite noisy sometimes. But we still had good rest as we were so tired after long day walk. Also, there's no table cloths for us to clean the table after eating. Overall, we are satisfied. 🙏

• 野村 (10/5): 駅とコンビニにとても 近くて家族で連泊するのにお得 - 予想以上に生活用品が整っていました。寝具も快適でタオル類も豊富で助かりました。洗濯機や電気製品も使いやすかったです。洗剤やシャンプー類も備え付けでありがたかったです。駅とコンビニが近くて便利なのに、宿泊費が安く、家族での滞在にはお得でした！ 周囲の治安があまり良くないと聞いてましたが、深夜に出歩くわけではなかったので、特には気になりませんでした。

• cathy (8/5): 总统满意，希望能够从方便客人的角度完善改进办理住宿的地点和实际住宿地点不在一个地方的问题 - 地理位置很好 办理入住的地点与离住宿地点有一定距离，对于携带行李的旅行者很不友好。希望能够明确告知客户可以提供钥匙投放住宿地的某个指定密码箱，方便同行的携带行李的客人可以不用拖着行李去找办理住宿的地方。

• Izzati (9/5): Its a wonderful holiday for us. - they provide everything, like washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, basic hygiene (shampoo, shower gel). It fit just nice for 5 adults and 3 children. close to dobutsuen-mae station and shin-imamiya station. if you like shopping, especially for tax-free, the don donki just 5 min walks from property. The owner also very nice let us keep our luggage before check-in time. Nothing.

• Tina (8/5): Lovely apartment with good location - We loved that the apartment was very spacious and it had 2 separate bedrooms with double beds(also an extra room for 2 people but the mattress was on the floor - Asian style of sleeping). The bathroom was big and had a washing machine, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and we had a balcony :) The place si also close to the metro^^! The only this is the windows don't hold any barrier for sound so the noise from the streets and trains can be heard quite a bit but they do provide you with free ear plugs which is very nice :)
