• Isiah (1/5): - The staff were friendly and welcoming. The trailer was outdated, the light switches were faulty, the door was broken, and the room was claustrophobic. Furthermore, the bedsheets were dirty and had someone's DNA on them.
• Steffan (1/5): Didn’t stay at all. Was awful as hell, mouldy, stuffy, unsafe and in sanitary - Nothing, I’m still awaiting a full refund as I never even stayed one night. The location was awful, there was mould in the rv which I didn’t know I was being paced in. They used a pad lock as a door lock. The bathroom was out of order and there were crack heads saying in the main house. My parents had to send me 800 to find somewhere else to stay so now I owe them money so I’d like a full refund ASAP. Otherwise I’ll take things further
• Christina (10/5): This house is a home. - Not only did I get a good deal, I got to meet some amazing people. The maintenance man and his wife, are so caring and understanding. I wish it was long-term stay!!!!!! Well we can not pick our housemates. LOL!!

The place is very noisy because it's close to the airport, and you can hear takeoffs and landings. Therefore, you won't be able to sleep peacefully and safely. Warning to anyone planning to stay in this hotel motle or RV . The surrounding area is unsafe. The accommodation you'll be sleeping in is unsafe and unstable. You'll feel vibrations every minute. There's no air conditioning or fan. The place is very noisy because it's close to the airport, and you can hear takeoffs and landings. Therefore, you won't be able to sleep peacefully and safely.

• Ugur (1/5): Unfortunately, I was very disappointed - The hosts appeared to be very nice and hospitable. The room was not well-maintained. It was very humid inside, making it hard to breathe, and the furnishings were old and in poor condition

Only broken one which cannot hide me from person outside. -No a/c or fan in RV. During the day time you will die. -RV shaking all day not stable. One lady in RV volume up TV and it's lound!!!! -Only one towel for double bed room. -Bed is hard. -Toilet is dirty. -The main house has bad odour.

• Iván (2/5): Avoid this place - Is a bit close to the airport Please try to avoid this place… the neighborhood looks dangerous and is far from all the points of interest in the city , the place is old, smelly and dirty, the photos in the website are old, the mattress are terrible, there’s no air conditioning, cleaning is poor, odor is unbearable, inside the house smells like mildew.

• Allan (1/5): The worst accommodation I have ever experience - The RV room is old, smelly, windows are broken, no air conditioning, during the night there were gun firing and heard people quarreling outside in the middle of the night. It was not a safe neighborhood. Never slept.

• Michaela (1/5): Bad - Location near the airport Accomodation in the camper van, very uncomfortable, very hard beds and very small room. Toilets and bathroom was outside of the caravan. The rooms in the house were free, but despite this the owner did not provide them to us.
• Jahnica (4/5): Disappointing - people you'll be staying with are great people, the room we were in looked like the photo. Plenty of privacy if staying L3 its pretty detached from the main part of the house. The while house smells like mildew. If you walk through the house you can feel some soft spots where the wood rotted away. They have roaches. There mold in both bathrooms. When staying there you will get conflicting information about the bathrooms. You'll be told they're for everybody and that you cant lock the back door but the moment you start using the front bathroom you'll be told you can't use that bathroom and that the back bathroom is yours. The back bathroom is basically the size of a closet you can barely turn around in it and the shower panel is also peeling off the wall not to mention the floor of thee shower feels as if you'll fall through it. The bed is old and feels like a very worn in inner spring mattress. The house heater doesn't really work back there and the heater they'll give you will constantly blow the the breaker so you'll reset it a lot because its freezing. The kitchen photo in red is old kitchen no longer looks like that and is actually worse. Only two pilots on the stove works and the oven doesn't work at all. They constantly change the wifi information with absolutely no notice. There was a period of time were there was no wifi for 24-48hrs.
• Muratcan (1/5): It was horrible - Front door didn't lock.. thought we were getting a house room for me and my wife, ended up being 2 twin size beds. Could have made it work, but there was someone else in the RV who was in and out all thru the night. No designated parking, which could have led to a altercation. Overall will never book this place again. You have no bathroom, shower, no peace. Beware of this booking.

Great place to crash for a few days Some noises in the mornings from the neighbors' construction woke me up sometimes but it was manageable

• Tatiana (8/5): No fuss, no muss family home-turned-casual-hostel kind of homestay - I've been in LA for work for almost 2 months & have been staying here. Almost feels like home despite some aesthetic upgrades taking place. Weekly maintenance cleaning is on point & there's on-site staff easily accessible for late check-in situations or issues. Mayra the owner is not on site, but responds promptly regardless & has been very flexible w/ my extended stay bookings. Just needs some organization & decor & it'll b perfect.
• Maria (1/5): Unsafe and dirty - The RV is old and basically falling apart, there was a missing key to the RV so me and my friend felt very unsafe. It was dirty, there’s was a cockroach at the RV, the mais house smells like old and the kitchen was dirty. We talked to someone with thought was the host and they gave us the code to our door but apparently he was just a guest which makes it even worst. The guy/host/guest/idk broke the door out of the rail course he couldn’t open it so we could not close and lock it. We stayed there for less than a hour before we decided to drive back to SF because it was very sketchy and unsafe. Please, put you safety and health first and book somewhere else.

• Ferdyl (1/5): Disappointing - It’s misleading, this is not exactly the room. The room is in the old RV with no AC, dirty is understatement. Roaches are everywhere every time you need to used the bathroom you have to go out the RV and walk to the main house which is not safe at all. Location is not the best at 2am when i got there people are still hanging out and smoking right in the street. I don’t recommend this place. It’s completely misleading the picture that has shown in the site is completely different from the actual one. It hurt that i made this review because i don’t like dragging people down but i just wanted to help future guest.
