• Rachel (7/5): Beautiful location, and super cosy - Location and it was cosy Not many utensils and could have been a bit cleaner
• Peter (9/5): Views private quiet character needs some maintenance - The view was amazing. It was both private and quiet. Loved the stonewall look and scandi feel. OUTSIDE The entrance driveway was difficult to navigate due to severe erosion so getting in and out you had to be very careful. The garden obviously hadn’t been weeded in at least one year due to the height and frequency of weeds. In the end I started pulling out the weeds. INSIDE Several scratches on the walls. I have photos to verify all of this. The shower needs a rack or shelf for shampoo and soap bottles rather than having to bend all the time to reach the floor.

• Jane (9/5): Central to township and easy car access to Freycinet National Park. - Beautiful outlook, easy parking with a designated spot, spacious room, laundry, good kitchen facilities and basic pantry items. Close to a restaurant, fish and chips, ice cream and a general store. Only half the bbq worked.

• Audrey (7/5): Comfortable with views however I would suggest at least a dishdraw/dishwasher to save water. - The view, location and fire place Not told in advance that on the second day of our stay the water in the street/premises would be shut off all day. The street and owner were given noticed however this was not passed onto us and therefore our day had to be re arranged and dishes left uncleaned as there is no dishwasher in the premises. We had to call about this issue several times till we were told the true story of why we had no water. Therefore we lost time and missed out on one activity in the area.

• Louise (8/5): Great view of the hazards in modern tidy location - Fabulous view from the balcony/ couch/bed. Really spectacular ! Modern room, everything clean and tidy Quite compact - not much space for bags, hanging but this is only a minor negative as overall it was pretty good.

• Toni (8/5): Nice stay - Great position with easy access to shops, takeaway, beach and the National Park. Badly lit, rain eroded driveway. Parking is not good, nor easily identified. There is a distinct lack of lighting making getting to the studio in the dark and rain problematic for older travellers. There was not heat on when we arrived. No electric blankets for the bed.

• Becky (7/5): A beautiful location. - Fireplace was nice and bed was comfortable. Not able to check in prior to 3 pm. Windows with the views to the water and Hazards were extremely dirty. Walls were very thin and could hear neighbors tv late at night.

• Lorraine (9/5): Awesome location - Location was exceptional - walkable to little town centre and right on the water front. Unit had everything we needed even though it was compact. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. View was awesome. Even with frustrating negatives below would definitely recommend and stay again. Check in process - we were asked what time we would arrive and I replied with 2pm. We got there at 3.10 (official check in was 3pm) and the cleaner was still on site. Then we had to wait for our lock box code for another 10 mins. BBQ (electric) on site doesn’t work and was mentioned in another review in November last year. Huge pot hole at the base of where the parking spot is which was also mentioned in a previous review a long time ago. Communication via message was slow.

• Sally (9/5): Perfect little cottage studio room with a wonderful view. - A wonderful spacious studio room with a beautiful view. Quiet and private and had everything we needed to be self sufficient for a couple of nights - kitchenette, BBQ and laundry facilities included. A short walk to some great restaurants and the farmers markets were an added bonus! We would definitely stay there again!

• Paul (9/5): Great location, clean, modern, functional. - 1) The text message which was sent to me the day before had an incorrect address. It had Esplanade, But it should have been Esplanade East. This made it difficult to find and wasted about 20 plus minutes and added stress. 2) There was only one drinking glass. Not sure if the previous guests broke one, but a few glasses would be a minimum.

• Jodie (9/5): Brilliant location & enjoyed immensely . Happy to stay again & recommend - Plenty of room, well equiped & very cosy. Great to have laundry facilities after few days on the road . Walk to the cafe & chipper. Very central to all the beaches & walks. A little more coffee provided for the plunger or a pod machine as limited access to coffee with cafes.

• Karin (7/5): great location! room for improvement in the details - location is great, close to the Bay and super quiet 🤫 the view out of the bed onto Mt Amos is lovely. and we had a wallaby visitor and some local birds 🥰 the driveway to the cottages has a huge pothole and slippery gravel. not that great for your car nor to walk! my friend slipped on the wet gravel and hurt her knee so walking for her is bad (and we’re not old)… On another note - complimentary shampoo would be lovely in addition to the body wash 😉
