Alan (5/5): I would like to return in September but no availability and I would like the broken items repaired for other people to e - Spacious Great location 2 exterior doors in rooms that didn’t lock. Extractor fan in main bathroom was too noisy to turn on, so the bathroom lights couldn’t be on either as on the same switch, only had the mirror light. Lots of dirty towels in laundry cupboard and storage cupboard. I tried to extend by two days on Booking.com but it did not allow this, so I had to make a second booking resulting in 2 cleaning fees for only 1 clean. This was reported to the property manager who was going to request a cleaning refund

Neil (9/5): Lovely place. Great location. I would come back. - The place is huge and the photos do not do the size justice. Anything you would need, in an apartment, was provided. It’s very smart with lovely decor. The information/welcome pack details everything you’d need and when I had one small issue, communications to resolve were swift and effective. The location is just off Great Portland Street and a five minute walk to Warren Street Station. There are lots of great pubs, and restaurants, nearby…I have to shout out the Prince of Wales Feathers and the Agra, such good food from both. I would stay here again any day. Code collection for the keys was cumbersome and is an area for improvement. Other than that, nothing.

Dan (5/5): Very nice apt, very nice location, a few issues encountered. - Very nice appartement with nice location I must say that everything was not up to the appartement standards. No one to welcome us - which is ok usually but not when: Not hot water was available, no heating as well Then we add to try ourselves to find a solution, which allowed us to get 2hrs of hot water when we needed it. One of the radiator was leaking in the small bedroom, we had to place some towels but it was making a lot of noise. And finally, we couldnt use the TV as well. It is a shame to have such a nice appartment with some issues like this.
