• Annabel (8/5): The apartment was close to amenities and the facilities were comfortable. - The apartment was neat and tidy and well equipped. The key fob was damaged and did not always work. It was difficult to contact the owner and fortunately we eventually managed to get the fob to work.
• Erica (8/5): Great and would be staying again! - Loved that there was a shopping centre less than 20metres from your door. Restaurants were right there. Had to pay for washing machine and dryer. This was quite expensive each time.

• Tom (9/5): Wonderful location with great cafes, shops and transport. Apartment was clean, parking convenient and easily accessible. - Awesome location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Decent gym and pool. Parking access and space was very good. Helpful instructions provided by Dave for accessing the apartment and departure. Would have been more comfortable if one of the beds was a queen size, as a double bed was too small for two larger and taller adults. A second fob and room key would have been appreciated to make access to the apartment more convenient, as sharing one key/fob between three people was a little problematic.

• Gerard (7/5): - Location. Issue with fob meant we were stuck in and out of the apartment at times. Could not contact anyone to help. Received response hours later.
• Vicki (10/5): Had a great stay & would consider staying there again. - Very safe & secure perfect location for our needs . Very clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone Loved the secure parking, just a little tricky to find at first. Freezer was great but fridge temperature was not good . If staying for more than a week you need extra towels especially if you use the pool . Coffee machine didn’t work Full length mirror would be good

• Belinda (7/5): comfy spacious room - but save your stress levels and pay to park elsewhere - A bit awkward getting keys from bottle shop - hard to get park in busy street The underground parking was so stressful - it took 20 minutes to find park and then again to find exit. Even with YouTube video to watch - there is no reception underground, so had to exit and screen record directions. My calm husband with awesome sense of direction was ready to give up leave the whole complex. There’s no clear markings in underground car park. The most stressful car park I’ve ever been to.

• Elsine (7/5): - Location was great and very friendly people who live in the building and helpful. The bed was to soft in the main bedroom also carpet needed cleaning in that room. Needed some TLC.
• Donna (7/5): Stay was fine. We loved the area and it was comfortable and really hassle free. - Close to everything. Location was fabulous. It was missing a few basic comforts. It would be good to provide some details on how to enter the foyer of the property.

There was only one key to the building which made it hard when we wanted to do separate things during the day. It would be a have been better if you could have two keys.
• Marc (7/5): While highlighting the negative aspects, we like the location, safe entry and exit, clean facilities - Location is good. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Good communication with Dave. Our accommodation was changed due to weekend holiday period (Good Friday) and while this was arranged prior to our arrival, we were disappointed. I agreed to accept a one bathroom apartment but this was very inconvenient because the only mirrors in the apartment are in the bathroom. 4 adults getting ready for a formal event was quite a challenge. Only one aircon (in the lounge) and one fan was also a bit inconvenient as the bedrooms were quite warm at night. We couldn’t open the windows due to street noise.

• Fatima (8/5): Exceptional service. My family loved the place. I felt like home away from home. - Close to shops and easily accessible to Melbourne central. Pool was exceptional. The house was clean. I also love the view from the balcony. I like every single bit of the house. This is just for me and many other families who might want to save cost on dining out. Please provide a blender.

• D (9/5): Comfortable plus - The location is excellent, the free off street parking was wonderful, the beds were comfy, the check in and out process was easy, the host was very helpful and even provided videos of how to access the building and parking. We will stay there again. Great experience! The lift buttons on the apartment's level seem a bit worn, and need pressing a few times to register, but that's not the host's fault. A hand towel and bin for both bathrooms would have been extra helpful but it didn't dampen our experience.

Property facilities took the stay to the next level Could be a personal thing but bedrooms were quite cold even with doors open and heater going (the blankets were perfect to combat that though!)

• Sophie (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location, close to dining,shopping and public transport. So great to have secured parking also. Another set of towels would have been appreciated for the 8 night stay. A few small touches would have been appreciated like a mixing bowl, oil,tissues.
