Guest Reviews
- Lita (7/5): Affordable accommodation - Really clean, comfortable refurbished cabin. Very lovely staff...I wish they owned it. I love that you can choose to socialise indoors or one of the outdoor fire pits.
Really peaceful. The bathroom could do with a little love.
That it's not locally owned, especially for where it is.
They really want to expand, hopefully not at the expense of the peace.

- Mcfarlane (8/5): Lovely hosts and great facilities - Relaxing and good facilities
Rien

- Monica (9/5): This was my second stay here I brought my young son who asked as soon as we left if we could come back. Simon and Clair - Has all the amenities to suit a short stay,
With options for cooking in shared Bbq or kitchen areas - which are kept very clean . It’s a little further from the Halls Gap attractions/hikes (with petrol currently being so dear) but the trade off is less crowded !

- Dalilah (9/5): - It was a beautiful spot with clean facilities and beautiful landscape. We stayed 1 night and would want to come back. The tiny house was clean, basic kitchen items available though we only needed the kettle, microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. Simon waited for us to arrive which was incredibly kind, and very clear that we were to ask for help if needed, no matter the time.

- Joanne (9/5): A fabulous few days in a bush setting with wonderful hosts! The pool & pool table were a highlight - We had the most wonderful stay at Grampians Edge, Tiny Away village. The whole park was well maintained with clean amenities, shared bathroom, a fully stocked guest camping kitchen with all utensils needed, a big rec room with pool table, board games & TV.....and the highlight was the beautiful pool which we took full advantage of over the hot days. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, as were the roaming chooks. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks for a lovely and easy escape :) The couch that converted into a 2nd bed was very uncomfortable and we did not end up using it.

- Libby (7/5): An exceptional location and business venture, topped off with fantastic friendly hosts - The location was absolutely exquisite. The hosts have done an excellent job in the short period of time they’ve been there. Their future is very bright, their friendly nature and exceptional hospitality made for a fantastic experience. There was quite an amount of rodent faecal matter throughout the bed and room we stayed in, otherwise everything was fine.

Our Tiny Home had everything we needed, and Claire’s warm hospitalit - It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, very well maintained, and feels safe, you can tell it’s a place that’s truly well loved. We stayed in Tiny 12 and had everything we needed before heading out for our hike. You can cook a meal and enjoy it either inside or outside your Tiny Home, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. We had such a great time, Claire is wonderful and incredibly welcoming! None

- Becky (10/5): This place is an absolute gem! - My first time staying in a Tiny Home and I loved it. Would definitely recommend staying here. Bed was comfy and the place felt super cosy. Loved the common area with the book exchange and pool table. Staff were very friendly and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Hope to visit again one day soon. The blinds could be better fitted to the windows. You can also hear some noise from the road, but it’s only minor, having said that, the location is very convenient.
- Brianna (8/5): -
- Thang (8/5): -
- Markus (9/5): - Lovely hosts who immediately made us feel at home. Several fire pits and separate barbecue facilities. Very easy to get to the northern part of the Grampians, about a 15min drive. The campground is situated a few hundred meters away from a busy road which we could occasionally hear, but nothing too bad really.
- HAYA K M (10/5): Exceptional ❤️🌿 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
We had an amazing stay at the Tiny House in the Grampians! The place is beautifully designed — nature-inspired, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that make it truly special. The scenery, the calm atmosphere, and the bonfire setup made the experience unforgettable.
A special mention to Claire and Simon, who were exceptional hosts (management). Their communication was clear, prompt, and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well-informed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
If you’re looking for a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend! 🌿🔥 N/a

- Mekhala (10/5): Cozy tiny home tucked away in midst of nature. - This was my second time here.
Absolutely love this place surrounded by nature, lake, small island with barbecue facilities.
The room itself is self contained, cozy, comfortable and plush. Well worth every cent. Nothing
- Tim (10/5): - Very cool set up, good facilities and chill areas, calm and quiet. N/A
- Janey (8/5): Amazing stay!! Highly recommend for families and couples alike 👌 - The location was beautiful! The communial fire pit complete with marshmallows for the kids was my daughters favourite! (Bonus that our daughter Claire shared the same name as the owner)
The communial kitchen and entertainment area was also pretty awesome and there were plenty of fun things for the kids to do inside and out.
it was a really good central area to Hal's Gap and 2 pretty decent sized towns (Horsham and Stawell) the giant koala was also really close by and was a favourite for both the kids.
The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed (Baroka) beds were comfortable, and TV a good size - not that we spent much time inside. :) My partner wasn't super impressed about the comfortability of the couch, the size of the coffee cups and the pressure in one of the showers.
My only complaint would be the set up of the showers- water was lovley pressure for me, but the smaller size of the shower room and the splash off from the shower meant that my clothes got quite wet. A barrier of some kind between the shower and the changing area in the shower cubicle wouldn't go a stray.
The heater was also quite noisy- but we got used to it and the kids didn't notice it at all.
- Xinwei (9/5): Loved it! - Claire is so welcoming and always responds timely to our needs. The cabin is clean and the heater was on when we first stepped in. We absolutely love the peace and beauty of the area and the owls! The fire pits and marshmallows are a bonus! N/A
