• Szocs (8/5): Very good - Located in a new building, in the heart of the city. Close to the cathedral, close to the most amazing pizzeria (I mean worldwide!), very spacious and comfortable, good wifi. Grocery store, kids playhouse and cafeteria just downstairs. Good, proactive communication, good English, welcoming owner. Parking can be a challenge in the area. With small improvements, this could easily be turned into a perfect 10 score: few plates, mugs, cutting board, cuttlery etc needed in the kitchen. A trash bin. And some thorough cleaning. The fridge was not really cold for some reason, even at max setting (freezer was just fine though).
• Astravelercom (8/5): Good location, place, apartment, recommended! - Good location, apartment and owners. Very fast and good communication. Not very clean, no appliances, random items left from other people.
• Taulant (10/5): Unbelivable and surprisingly perfect!!!! - Clean, large, interior, view (amazing), furniture, bedding’s, aircon, wifi. I have been in a few properties in Shkoder and i have to say this place is 5 stars. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Shkodra and surrounding areas as this is the best place to stay

• Kody (7/5): Almost a 10 - The location was good, the value was good, and the building/apartment was new. There is a store, cafe, and backery close by. Communicating with the host was easy, and they were nice and pleasant, and check-in was easy. Has everything you need to cook. Why I didn't give a 10 for the review. During the check-in process, we were accommodating to the hosts' schedule under the pretenses they needed us to meet due to work obligations and come to find out they were going to the beach with friends. We were shown the apartment at a rushed paced due to the host. At first glance, the apartment looked great, but once we started to settle in, we noticed that the kitchen surfaces were dirty, and there were a few dishes still in the sink. There was also no toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand soap, a broken toilet seat, one normal sized towel, and a hand towel. We notified the host, and we were able to accommodate ourselves. Other than that, there are no other issues.
• Mohammed (7/5): Good value and Nice nights sleep in city centre. - -Apartment is well located few steps from city centre. -Host is great and happy to help. He even allowed us to stay for few hours after check out. 🙏 - spacious apartment in new building with cafe and supermarket in the same complex. - apartment could benefit from some cleaning and organised efforts to present it nicely.
